Dark Binery are a organization through out the world that consist of Arrancar. The Arrancar are placed in 13 ranks that differentiate them from one another each rank based on the strength of the Arrancar. The head and founder of the group is Sasuke Uchiha a Rogue Arrancar currently roaming Hueco Mundo. Potentially he aims on forming a organization that will be known through out the world they will launch certain schemes and for a partial amount of time allow other people to hire them, in effect the highest bidder wins their service for a week. The money collected will be used to build and support the organization further. Mainly their first appearance will be in Karakura to let every one know that their present. Each and every member is marked with a number that defines their strength the left and right hand man of each member is marked with the leaders number along with a L or R.
Plot -

Sasuke Uchiha, the lone Arrancar that disagreed with Aizens decisions decides to do something of his own that wouldn’t be on such a grand scale as the Espada but would still strike fear into the hearts of enemy’s. To begin with he established his team, the Binary 13. From there on his venturing far and wide to find any possible candidates for the top ranks within Binary 13, upon doing so the plan to promote Binary 13 to a range of customers will launch into action. From the money made the organization will be strengthened in every possible manner in order to create a sustainable place for all types of Arrancar, strong and weak, in Sasukes eyes every Arrancar, Hollow or any other race has potential if they didn’t they would still be in their old hollow form. With that in mind he ventured into Hueco Mundo and his search began!
Rank Explanation -

The ranks are simple, they extend from 1-13. 1 Being the strongest out of the 13 member’s that are in the group. Each and every member that has a number without a L or R next to it has the right to free will, they don’t have to listen to others apart from the Head of the Dark Binary. However right hand and left hands of the member must listen to their leader as well as any leader with the rank below theirs for example right hand of the 13th Leader will have to listen to the 1st leader upon request all though the request must be in reason and mustn’t support any form of treason. Each leader may have one person as their left and right hand these two can be chosen by the leader themselves or at times appointed by the Head.
Rules -

Dark Binary can be one or many, each and every leader will be determined by the head depending on skills in a challenge and previous analysis. None of the Leaders or Arms are allowed to fight one another, upon doing so they may get in some trouble from either their leaders or if the case is on a larger scale the head. Each and every leader has their own free will to do what they want, but are to gather on request. Each leader can specify their groups specialty for example one group might be a sheer fighting group where as another might be intelligence and development which will allow decisions to be made regarding who will take part in certain missions and fights.
Missions -
Missions are submitted by the leaders of fractions or people who have a lot of money and would like to hire our assistance. The missions may only be accepted by the head of Binary 13 or the first three strikes of the dark. For clients, application form if any missions would like to be requested;}

Dark Binary left and right hands must serve under their leader and follow any requests they may have. If anyone with potential is found the information is to be returned to the head for possible recruitment. Any leaders can recruit their left or right arms as they wish! None of the leaders are allowed to go one another without permission. If any leader ventures into another territory such as Karakura or the soul society, upon return they must fill out a report regarding who they met, any threats and so on.}
