I need to change.

Well its someone has told me I seem to be slipping back into what I once was. Though I've been told I've improved, I still need to pick up the pace here. I seriously need some help here guys. I know alot of people don't like me, and I'm tired of that. I'm fucking outright hated by a few and I need some help here. Anything I should change? Anything? anything at all I could use to better myself as a person in general. Please. I really need this help and I think the people here know me better than most so I think they could tell me more.

Its like I'm chained down by the past, the chains only rusting as I change the traits and things I do that they represent. I'm in a cell in the lowest dungeon. I have to change to be free you know?
