Computer Build

I only have a thousand to build this computer aye? More if I get it built to were I can add more to it.If anyone has part reccomendations that would be awesome. I want this damn thing to run everything I throw at it and then some. I don't really need a screen since I have a massive tv. Any mouse and keyboard ideas?

Processer? Kinda aiming for a 16 core but eight works I guess. Program wise, Photoshop, Sony Vegas, After Effects, Firefox, Chrome, something that teaches coding and microsoft word would be great. Seven on one drive and XP on another with two more harddrives in tow. Graphic cards I know nothing about. Same with motherboards. Floppy drive since use them for my own reasons and a BluRay DVD re-writer drive would be awesome since I love me some The Fast and The Furious.

If anyone could link torrents that won't destroy my computer please do. Need all the advice and help I can get.
