Note: After some searching on Google, Zerochan, and Deviantart I've yet to find any series etc that my image is linked with, hence the 'Unknown' for the series and image name.

If there's no name and/or series/artist, then it's unclaimable

So I can't claim unknown/unidentified stuff? Is there a way I could go about dealing with this? Photoshoping it in my own style so to speak? I don't know... I just would really like to figure out how to make using this image work, as I'm quite set on using it unless I must absolutely use another.

Nononono.
You can still use the face, you just can't (if someone else uses it) say "Hey, that's mine, you have to change it." You can politely ask them to change it, but that's about as much as you can do in that situation.

Ah, I see. Alright, thanks a ton for clearing that up for me I'm actually uber happy to know I can use it in the end.
