ATTENTION.
THIS IS A DECLARATION OF A STATE OF EMERGENCY.
MARTIAL LAW HAS BEEN DECLARED.
The Temporary Captain-Commander, Xaver Chayton von Bréanainn, has gone missing.
There is now a curfew in effect. All non-combat personnel are to be inside with lights off at 8:00 P.M. until 8:00 A.M.. Anyone caught out after these hours will be detained until Martial Law is lifted.
All combat personnel are to have his or her weapons on their person at all times.
All gates are to be guarded at double capacity. No Shinigami who did not leave the Seireitei after Martial Law was declared will be allowed back inside.
No usage of Senkaimon is allowed unless there is a 9-11 majority vote of the Captains.

Translation: Because of Pockeh leaving, the Gotei is in dire situation. Zero Division is missing the top two members as well (since Midori is canonly MIA for now). However, don't think that any attack won't be treated with the full power of the law.
