amidst the Storm

from the distance it would be hard to tell what exactly was what. A outline of a man, or due to the lack of breasts hopefully was a man. Walking in the midst of a dust storm. Though he was silent almost too silent, like the matters of this world had ceased really meaning anything to him. Though of course that was a lie but still, you get the point right? thats why in the howling, and unforgiving storm which had suddenly rushed across the wasted tundra. It was weird as he never left from the rain he just kept walking, lightning struck next to him, causing his cloak to billow outwards, rippling violently from the shock wave which followed. though the oddest thing was, that this person exuded no energy. Although it could be something or another it did not matter.

Thats when a pair of gold and black eyes slid out from under the whipping hood, their gaze sweeping slowly but searchingly through the storm, while he was buffeted by rain, and dust though that seemed to not bother him one bit. Lighting striking the ground in random places turning sand into glass. Through it all he kept walking, moving and breathing. Nothing more, and nothing less.

Edo shizuo, heard a dull voice in the background, someone yelling as the hurricane force storm increased. His own voice was strange and monotone from disuse, Which is why when he looked at the man who had yelled out something which was.. a name.. A peculiar name but still a name none the less.
toki.. a angel iramasha was it. Well he dully looked out, his eyes holding no sympathy and no worldly ties. He had just been created, a edotensei with a will of his own gifted by dr.Kabuto Hebi. The one man he would protect and serve with his very life. In short these where the eyes of a man who had felt death, and not quite succumbed.

So now, with his voice oddly loud for a lowly powerless human his lips opening steam forming from where the cold of his breath hit the hot humidity of the storm. With a rolling boom of thunder in the distance he spoke, the brief flash illuminating a red symbol adorned black cloak with a twin pair of blades sheathed at the hips. These probably looked like they where humming as if they wanted to join this ballet of lightning in the sky. A huge sword on his back, which seemed to be covered in tags of some sort. But for now his monotone voice spoke wavering from disuse.

"I am nothing but a memory, i once went by the name of shizuo Heiwajima before death. But now i am a tool.. a tool of doctor hebi's.


Now as he had finished speaking, his eyes cold and true had looked apon this mans features which where diminished by the storm's whipping and frothing winds of howling rain. But he had given his answer so now, he turned slowly and began to walk his cloak billowing out. the storm howling, but then he stopped and spoke once more, his voice having a sound like the scraping of nails on a chalk board. though still pleasant to the ears.

"..Tell me, what is death to you? "

" A blessing you say?.. Blessed to be in a void of nothing, thats just sick.."


Edo shizuo, spoke his voice still monotone. While thunder boomed, the sky began to swirl as tornado's from the natural climate system going out of whack began to form. Howling everywhere thats what happened , but he had told this man about doctor hebi and for that. He had to die, he would not hinder him any further so, With a silent almost Menacing voice he spoke, his hands loosening the sheath on his twin blades. His voice came out long and slow but it was still there.

"..You know, i'm going to have to kill you now right?"

Edo shizuo finished, not moving seeing what the other would make of this word. He had not exaggerated in the slightest though, thats what he had to do, since he knew of doctor hebi he would have to die because of it. There really was no other way and shizuo himself knew it. With that in mind he had merely stayed still , waiting , waiting to see what his opponents next move would be.

His inner world.. was, well frightening. It was the opressive feeling of a soul caught in limbo, all that fear which was enough to kill a man thats what was within the inner world. It was a place where you fell eternally , A place where you saw nothing , it was the fear of the unknown it truthfully was the void a place where you could not progress or go back. Thats what his inner world mirrored. Which is why there was no sound, none at all, And from it a figure arose his skin was pure white, he too was falling but he was not bothered by it, He had felt death before.

It was here that shizuo was falling, this inner world was that of one that had been left behind, his soul or real soul had moved on long ago, he was a memory of that soul. In essense anyways. For that reason nothing happened but a question slowly like the fang of something that was unknown ripping and freezing ones insides slid still monotone and not caring.

"..Now.. do .. you.. understand.. What death.. is?.. "

Came the voice in the distance, the falling figure looking at the other, his voice and eyes communing nothing.. they where as empty as the inner world of his.
