ZIAMICHI
***REMEMBER, ZIAMICHI'S CAN BE FROM ALMOST ANY RACE EXPECT VIZARDS, HOLLOWS OR ARRANCARS***
Name: Urufu Tatsumaki
Gender: Male
Age: 19
The Host Race: Human
Personality: Urufu suffers from Chronic depression. Everything he sees reminds him of the terrible things the world holds, and there is nothing anybody could ever do to fix it. He sees the entire world as a mere stepping stone from life to death, and nothing is permanent. Urufu finds beauty and cherishes everything, because he believes it will not last long. All things will end. All things will burn. It's unfortunate he feels this way. Perhaps it is due to the cancer.
Urufu has suffered and continues to suffer from Osteosarcoma. Bone Cancer. This cancer manifests itself in tumors located at the knees and the bones of in his head and face. He only has a 65% chance of living for five years. Three and a half of those years are up. It is most likely because of this that he is so depressed. He knows he is going to die very shortly, and he isn't afraid of it.
Urufu doesn't want any of what is happening to him. Truth be told, he'd rather settle for a life less frightening. He doesn't want to die, even though he isn't afraid of death. It will simply mean no more pain. No more fear. Death is a release, even if he would rather not be released from life. He enjoys seeing things the way he does now. Everything holds a certain beauty to him that others can't see. The beauty of instantaneism.
Pain no longer affects him. Urufu lives every day dealing with an intoxicating pain that fills the core of his very bones. This pain is white hot, intensely burning through his life. This pain... is normal. He deals with it every day. Because of this dealing, he no longer feels any sort of pain. In fact, if he isn't careful, he could get "seriously injured" and not even notice.
When Urufu must fight, he becomes a complete robot. He's like a mass-produced soldier, using incredibly tactics and strategy without thinking. He completely zones out, his eyes becoming blank, distant, glazed, and unfocused. He has no sense of mercy. He has no sense of 'taking it easy'. Death is the only option in a fight with Urufu.
What is on the other side of death? What happens after life? Is there a god? Is there any hope for his soul? Is he going to hell? Urufu has no idea. He ponders these things constantly, day by day, however. He wishes he knew the answers to these questions.
Wandering life like a robot, a zombie, a corpse, Urufu eats what he has to. He drinks what he has to. He wears what he has to. Nothing truly matters anymore. His own wants and needs are moot now, simply because he believes they no longer matter."You can't own land. You can't own houses. You can only own yourself, and even that is a rental." That is Urufu's motto on life.
Appearance:
Thick, shoulder length red hair sits atop of Urufu's head, crossing over his silver eyes. His eyes are the center piece of his angular face, with sharp protruding jawbones and sunken in cheeks giving him a very gaunt look. His tanned caucasian skin is covered in a red rimmed, black jacket with a high collar. The jacket's long sleeves hide the many scars from the times he had brutally slit his wrists.
A black t-shirt is worn under his jacket, no insignia or motif on it. Dark blue slacks and a pair of black combat boots (with the pant sleeves covering the straps) are all that makes up his body. Besides the scars on his arms, almost no blemishes, scars, or tattoos are on his body. His fingernails are trimmed normally, and his eyebrows are thin, kept out of his eyes. He has a very trim body, and usually holds a disgruntled or depressed look on his face.
Background/History: Urufu was born Hi-Spec. He knew of the existence of Arrancars, Hollows, and Shinigami since birth. He never thought anything of it. Just another level of existence. As he grew older, he was generally happy. He had his fair share of friends. He had his fair share of fun. He had his fair share of happiness. Life was generally good, nothing to truly complain about.
At about seven, Urufu’s family had gotten a dog. A large chocolate lab, this dog was a little too hyper all the time. After a couple of years with the dog, Urufu’s parents had another baby. His sister, Tora, also loved the dog very much. Unfortunately, the dog was still too hyper. The dog was put down. At the ripe age of 11, Urufu learned the true meaning of death.
Someone he had loved was gone forever, and there was nothing he could do about it. Angry about it, Urufu did some things he wasn't proud of. Taking a razor blade, he began doing something he had learned from the "emo" kids at school. He had slit his wrists numerous times in hope that the pain went away. It didn't, and all he had after that was scars as a reminder that you can't fix what's broken completely. Not even a crumpled piece of paper can be repaired, because once it's crumpled up it can't be perfect again.
Hiding his pain and misery from those days on, Urufu's life was cold and monotone. His sister was growing up healthily, and they had gotten a cat in order to make up for the loss of Fenrir, their dog. It wasn't the same. Urufu didn't like the cat. She was selfish. She was mean. She wasn't good enough for him.
High school was hard for Urufu. His depression and anger was always rolling off of him. None could get close to him. He didn't want them to. He ate every lunch alone, took every break by himself. His grades were dropping, and he didn't care. He just didn't give a damn. He didn't know why the death of a single dog had meant so much to him. It just did.
When Urufu was half-way through grade 11, at 16 and a half, he woke one morning with excruciating pain. It was a roaring, hating pain that came from his head, face, and knees. After a trip to the hospital and several tests, he had been diagnosed with Bone cancer. To be exact, Osteosarcoma. He had a very short time to live. Realizing that he was dying, his mood changed. Things mattered again. Everything mattered.
Going back to school a few weeks later, everyone noticed a change in his attitude. Hell, he actually spoke to people. He wore a smile every day. He said hello to everyone in a cheery tone. Even his grades began to improve. Anything to convince a "greater god" to let him live. He hoped there was a god. He prayed to it everyday, begging for mercy.
And then his prayers were answered, but not by any god. Kokushibyou was known in the demon realms as "Black Death". He was a demon with impeccible power, and had overheard Urufu desperately praying, dark tears falling from his eyes. Wanting to speak with him personally without scaring him, Kokushibyou possessed Urufu by containing his essence in a silver flash that Urufu had been drinking from.
Speaking to Urufu, he pretended to be his conscious. He asked what Urufu truly wanted. Urufu's reply? To not be dying. Revealing himself, Kokushibyou asked Urufu one last question. Is that what he really wanted. Getting a 'yes' in reply, Kokushibyou killed him.
Not completely, of course. Only his body died. His mind still lived on and possessed the corpse, effectively turning it into a puppet. Because of his high level of spiritual energy after that, his body never burned out. It never deteriorated. He now roamed the lands, after runnig away and faking his death.
He lived now, without living. He saw the world through glassy, cold eyes. His flesh was cold. His blood was still. He was immortal now, a zombie through time. Clinically, he was dead. Physically, however, he was very much alive. Flat line, no pulse but Eyes open.
Ziamichi Spirit:
Kokushibyou is known as the black death because of his appearance. He is a nine foot tall (seventeen feet long) black, reptilian monster. Fierce, amber eyes peer from his skull which has several orange slashes of color descending from his crown. Completely black and smooth, his skin is flawless. Ending his head is a wicked mouth full of vicious teeth and a long, red tongue. His neck is roughly four feet long and ends at a decent-sized chest. His chest provices support for two long arms, ending with hands that are tipped with vicious claws. Kokushibyou has large, powerful legs that end in three toed feet, and two tails. Each of these tails extend nearly 10 feet. From his back bursts six tentacles with powerful tips, able to punch through steel.
Kokushibyou is a scarred demon. He has seen much in his mortal life and demonic life, leading him to the conclusion that nothing holds value. Nothing is forever. Nothing has a meaning. Nothig is sacred. Kokushibyou wants only one thing, and that is to live his life to the fullest. Unfortunately, he wants to live this life as a human (or at least, appearing to be) once again. That way, he can drink again. He can party again. He can essentially waste away happy, unlike if he was a demon.
Incredibly sarcastic and cruel, Kokushibyou is a brutal monster that mutated after his tragic life as a human. He doesn't give a damn about needs or wants anymore, and exists solely to have a good time. This means that he will do whatever it takes to join in on the humans "good times".
Oddly enough, Kokushibyou is a very philosophical being. He holds inner knowledge and wisdom one would not expect from him. He too ponders the existence of a God or higher power, and at once point in his life held a bible very close to his bible, given to him by his younger brother. Now it means nothing to him.
Kokushibyou is a poet, an artist. He finds a very hot passion in exciting people, using his words as a weapon and tool as effectively as an actual weapon or tool. He enjoys to start a riot based on an actual clause/point that people don't normally see.
Ziamichi History: Born a human, Kokushibyou was originally named Cornelius Fleck. Born in the time of the Spartans, Cornelius and his older brother were drafted into the wars very quickly, Cornelius at 10 and his brother at 9. They were smart, fast, agile, and knew how to handle a blade. It wasn't Sparta's proudest moment, sending children into battle, but for these boys it was the making of legends.
They marched for days. Food was scarce, the walks were laborous, but Morale was high. They laughed, sang, danced, and sparred against each other on their trek. It wouldn't be long though. After a week of constant walking, Cornelius and his fellow warriors reached the battle field.
The war was brutal. The spartans lost many, even though they eventually won. Cornelius had to watch a friend of his be dragged under a caravan. They were forced to retreat at that point in the war. The next day, the body of his friend had been found under a tree, with the bodies of other captured soldiers. They had been mutilated, destroyed, broken, beaten, and massacred.
This broke Cornelius. He, alone, at ten years old, took off in the middle of the night and singlehandedly slaughtered the war lord of the opposing army, and then proceeded to attack the rest of the army. Needless to say, he too was brutally destroyed. Going to hell, he warped and changed, becoming a demon of myth.
Four thousand years later, much had changed. Cornelius had morphed from a pathetic ten year old boy into the scourge of hell. Gaining unimaginable powers and a terrifying new form, he had spent much of his time brutally slaughtering every murderer in the flaming inferno of torment.
Growing in both physical size and lust for blood, Cornelius had changed into Kokushibyou. The Scourge of Hell. Escaping back to earth thanks to a "Faustian Bargain", he wanted the life he had missed out on. Making a deal with young Urufu, he had changed him. Urufu wished he wasn't dying anymore. Kokushibyou used his power to grant that wish, in exchange for him becoming a vessel. The deal went smoothly.
Well, grant it mostly. In order to stop Urufu from dying, Kokushibyou had killed Urufu. Or rather, his body ceased working. Now Urufu has complete control over his body, working it like a puppet as his and Kokushibyou's souls possess it.
Now they are puppeteers, and Urufu is essentially immortal. Using his newly acquired powers, Urufu can now potentially live forever by possessing other corpses.
Ziamichi powers: Puppetteering: Kokushibyou can possess many things using special black chords or sheer mental power (if it is small/light enough). If he has enough control over something, he can manipulate it completely.
-Black Reishi Manipulation: His puppetry is so complete that Kokushibyou can even manipulate his reishi fully, forming weapons, shields, armors, etc with it.
Unique Traits: Urufu is clinically dead. His entire body is merely a corpse, and will rot eventually. However, if Urufu can get to another corpse, he can repossess that and continue on his existence. Urufu's reishi and reiatsu is now black.
Ziamichi Skill Level: Control: Advanced
Skill level: Hand to Hand: Advanced
Skill level: Speed: Advanced
Skill level: Powers: Master
Forms:
Bokor Form
- Spoiler:
In this form, Urufu's skin turns blue and he dons a very lavish "Sorcerer" outfit. A pointed blue hat with gold trim adorns his head, hiding his now silver hair.
In his hands he weilds a long pole-arm with a jagged blade. Many gems layer his entire outfit, and spikes protrude from the joints in the same gold material.
In this form, Urufu is able to manipulate his reishi/reiatsu entirely. He also has the ability to manipulate things as if they were puppets and even turn intangible in order to possess certain things (intangibility cannot be used for combat/defence).
Demon Knight form
- Spoiler:
After transforming into this form, Urufu gains a spandex bodysuit, colored a dark bluish purple that fits his new form rather snugly. Over that form is several purple belts on each of his limbs, and a belt-vest on his chest. He has large shoulder pads, also dark purple and wields a new staff, the end fitted with a green gem. On top of his head, covering his long black hair, is what appears to be a jesters hat, dark blue and purple as well. His eyes are now gold, with black designs under them on his blue flesh.
In this form, Urufu is able to call forth Demons from hell in order to fight for him. Currently, he is unaware of his limits of power. He knows for certain, however, that he can summon Balor, Master of Fire and wield his weapons. More information will be given when he discovers the limits of his power.
Balor, Master of fire.
More forms will be unlocked as Urufu trains with his spirit
Control: 8 because the two generally get along quite well.
Ziamichi Class: A+
Drawbacks: If Urufu isn't careful, he could rot away before finding a new host, and this would leave him very weak and unstable. If he doesn't have a new host at least two hours after he rots away, he will cease to exist, his soul (as well as Kokushibyou's) being zapped into hell. Also, manipulating his reiatsu at such a perfect extent takes the same amount of reiatsu to control it as it does to shape it.
Roleplay Sample: You all know how I role by now.
