If the enemy is within ten feet they have a slight chance of avoiding it. If they are not within 10 feet it's more likely to be avoided.

Everything's fine except for the RP Sample. We don't want a resume, we want to know how you RP. Like, we want you to RP out something within that sample and show us an example; not a resume.

I'll be moving this application into the work in progress section until this guy decides to finish his role playing sample with the information Taichou asked. It is beginning to clog up the Unchecked Section and I'm going to unclog it by moving this thread elsewhere. However, I hope you do come back so you can finish this character.

I said in the post that he can't draw guns and i edited out the part where it says "He draws himself shooting you, it's like you got shot." so I fixed that.

So the world of black thingy takes 1 post to go a mile? That is fine, but before I can approve that add that into the app. People shouldn't have to hunt through posts to find it.

Tier 5-4 30 seconds, Tier 3 40 seconds, Tier 2 50 seconds, Tier 1 60 seconds, Tier 0 30 seconds but enhances power for the 30 second.

You never fixed this. We need lengths post-wise, not seconds. At each tier, how many posts does it last?
