  • Reasons For Upgrading: Well apparently Frost (and I think Tsu also) felt I should be in the two tier by now. And if it helps an extra jump, Snopy nearly fried a 1-3 in a spar as a 3-2, and actually put up a decent fight in this thread https://www.platinumhearts.net/t7133-this-can-t-be-a-coincidence-closed If Logan hadn't smashed the wall behind him, Serenity said he'd be unable to fight. So fairly close to beating a 1-3.
    What Are You Upgrading: Tier to 2-3 or 2-2+ or something like that.
