- Appearance Description: Wesker is well normal musclarian human being with bleach blonde short hair. Wesker has about three outfits that he wears someimes. Wesker wears a navy blue long sleeved shirt with the Karakura State logo on the left sleeve. He rolls the sleeves up to past his elbow and wears a white t-shirt underneath. Over this he wears a black tactical vest with the Karakura State logo on the back.Over his vest he wears a utility belt with shoulder straps with many pouches.
The left shoulder strap houses his radio/walkie talkie, which has an ear-piece with attached microphone on his left ear. Also attached to his belt is a leg holster on his right thigh. He has black combat pants tucked into big black lace up boots. He wears black fingerless gloves and a big watch on his left wrist.Wesker has his trademark sunglasses and his hair is short, blond and slicked back.

Wesker's best attire is the super dress suit. All parts are made of soft and high quality imitation leather. The coat, pants and shirt are full lined, zipper added to the shirt, comfortable and easy to wear his attire becomes more sinister and supports a leather trench coat with black leather boots, gloves, pants and a short sleeve shirt all complete with his trademark sunglasses.

- Personality: He is ego centrical, sarcastic, selfish, and yet calm. He is also very determined and stubborn. He also seems to be self concious about his appearance because he only wears nice clothing and has his hair nicely slicked back. Some think he's a psychopath but I personally disagree. Yes he doesn't show remorse for who those that were killed but he doesn't go around killing random people whenever he pleases. It's usually done when they are in his way of getting what he wants. Despite the violent nature of the sin he embodies, Wrath is actually one of the calmer of the Quincies and rarely bickers with them, but when he is angered he unleashes his full power. He has a slightly strange sense of dark humor and has a habit of doing rather odd things for someone of his status, such as joking with his subordinates, dressing up as a tourist. . He also appears to secretly enjoy the complications that the heroes and their friends have brought to his evil plans since he has lived a life where everything has been planned, controlled, or predicted, even at one point amusedly remarking to a high ranked quincy, after admitting his amazement at Human adaptability, "You Humans sure piss me off." However, he still shows some annoyance towards humans, sometimes referring to their constant meddling as bothersome, even admitting to being greatly frustrated with a little girl because of her crying at a military funeral (where he believed everyone should be respectfully quiet). He is also scornful of the idea of fealty or sacrificing one's life for others, believing only that the strong should survive and that the loss of one life can only be balanced by the loss of another.

Wesker will joke around and Wesker giddily reveals that he was the one who sparked the Quincy wars will the hollows. He will laugh with a sadistic glee upon seeing others in pain or misfortune. It will kill without hesitation, as seen when it not only murdered an quincy, but also toyed with his 'human' emotions before finishing him off. Wesker usually does not regret any of its past actions and always looks forward to seeing others fight. It will even create pointless human conflict solely for its own enjoyment. Beneath this cruel exterior, however, Wesker is secretly jealous of humans' inner strength and the mutually beneficial friendships that they share, as most of its kind show little real concern or emotional support for one another.

- Human Skills: Viral & Unknown Biological Enhancements: He actually stole of biological product from the back markets of slums of karakura town. Some cyber druglords make off with a truckload of the viral samples.Wesker actually injected himself with a viral demonic prototype drug that which altered his abilities completely and completely changed his personality. The viral drug was called "TG-Omega. Wesker was almost killed a rebelled shinigami. As a result of his viral injection, Wesker was granted a number of superhuman physical abilities. Wesker demonstrated hyper-accelerated speed and reflexes, enhanced agility, intensified endurance, increased strength, limited healing factor, and he often took great pleasure in showing off his power to intimidate his foes. These attributes gave him a number of advanced combat capabilities. The virus he injected also had the added ability of superhuman endurance and near-invulnerability; hardening his skeleton, internal organs, tissue, and skin, to the point that attempting to punch him or engage in hand-to hand combat would most likely result in fractured limbs on the part of the attacker.

Accelerated and Enhanced Viral Enhancements: Wesker started taking more and more of this viral drug which he found a serum called "TX Kimera" similiar to the TG-Omega Virus. The injection gave Wesker more unbelieavable abilities combined with other viral powers. Notable achievements of his superhuman speed, accelerated vision, and agility included being capable of dodging bullets at practically point blank range with nearly no effort (including rapidfire, multiple shot weapons, grenades, and Rocket Launchers), being able to cover great distances in short time (relatively equal to the time it would take using a fast vehicle), adhering to walls and ceilings like a spider and performing short dashes of speed faster than the normal Human brain could process. Some say that due to the virus he did not change in appearance (still youthful) although he is aging (248), and made him smarter. Ironically, the TX Kimera serum was also his greatest weakness, overdoses of the serum would cause him to be poisoned (although he didn't live long enough to know if he can heal from it). The overdose of serum caused his vision to deteriorate and blur, his agility seemed to be slowed slightly (though he still remained lethal and could dodge some attacks) and blood veins to pop out on his head, which also caused him to experience debilitating headaches. His aim, while using his weapon, is also quite inhuman.

Quincy Abilities
Reishi Absorption: Wesker as a Quincy Shooter primarily absorbs spiritual energy from the atmosphere, and combines it with his own spiritual energy to form weapons. He has an easier time collecting this energy in environments with higher concentrations of spiritual particles, such as Soul Society or Hueco Mundo. To a sufficiently powerful Quincy, there is no difference between spiritual particles and spiritual energy as a source of power. He can manipulate spiritual energy for offensive purposes. Wesker most commonly reshapes spiritual particles into various types of guns and bullets, but can also concentrate spiritual energy into the form of swords (Seele Schneider) or Gintō.

Master Gun Marksmen: When a Quincy Shooter becomes more skilled using their Gun and Heilig Pfeil, they gain more power and precision with their bullets. This is similar to how a marksman gains skill, and hits the target more frequently. Vincent Wesker has increased his power and skill much throughout his association with some shinigami warriors and is a prime example of this. He has showed great accuracy, able to kill Hollows instantly using one to two bullets.

High Spiritual Power: Wesker has displayed a high amount of spiritual energy. He has obviously mastered the Quincy ability of Reiryoku absorption, taking in reishi and spirit energy alike; This on top of his own energy reserves lends him plenty of strength in combat. Also to viral powers within given more boosts into his spiritual powers as well.

Gintō: A capsule-shaped tool used by Quincies to store their spiritual energy.It is an antiquated tool, but the use of it allows Quincies to perform certain techniques.

Spiritual Awareness: As a Quincy, Wesker can sense Hollows at a significant distance. His skill allows him to sense a new Hollow in an area before either shinigami or other quincys was able to sense its arrival. He was also able to tell the direction it was in.

Hirenkyaku: An advanced Quincy moving technique. It allows for high speed movements by riding on the flow of reishi created below the user's feet

Blut: A Quincy ability that gives one inhuman defensive & offensive capability. By making reishi flow into their blood vessels they increase their attack and defense power drastically. Blut is significantly dangerous but it has one big flaw, the two forms of blut for attack and defense work using two different reishi systems, so they cannot be used at the same time.

Seele Schneider: The Seele Schneider is a thin sword that can be fired similarly to an arrow. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the reishi of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed reishi. Wesker also stated that using it increased his spiritual power.

Ransōtengai: This is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless reishi. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow elderly Quincy to fight effectively.

Letzl Stil: This is the last resort for a Quincy using the Sanrei Glove this unlocks Wesker's Final Form which requires taking off the Sanrei Glove to access it. Letzt Stil is a result of of taking off the Sanrei Glove, allowing a Quincy the ability to collect Reishi beyond their limit. It gives immense power for a short while, but after the surge they will lose all the Quincy powers they possess.

Vollständig: Vollständig is the last resort for a Quincy using the special glove to initiate the ability. The ability is apart of Quincy evolution and is the answer to the drawbacks of the outdated Quincy: Letzt Stil. It is the easiest ability to understand, because their appearance and power changes evidently

- Quincy Items: Hollow Bait: This item is a small, coin-shaped disk that attracts Hollows when crushed.[18] When used by Wesker, the bait, in combination with a strong shinigami's powerful spiritual pressure, was able to draw a Gillian-class Menos out of Hueco Mundo.

Quincy Bangle: The Quincy Bangle is an artifact designed to mimic a Quincy's natural powers. It works by drawing in reishi from the environment, much like a Quincy does regularly. It can only be used properly by those who are already adept at forming and directing reishi.

- Quincy Cross: Wesker's Quincy Cross [A bigger and bolder version/ Wesker's signature death Sign Diamond Quincy Cross. It seems that the quincy has designed the perfect diamond death sign pendant. Containing 26 diamonds and about the size of a nickel, this is just the perfect peace sign diamond necklace. 10k white gold. I/J color diamonds, I2 clarity. It even comes with a complementary 18-inch chain.]

- Sanrei Glove: Wesker's Sanrei Glove is almost similiar to a demon goth glove worn by goths. The Sanrei Glove is more like a vinyl glove with Black w/ Some Silver Accents, the glove is 18" long, fit like regular glove, then top 8" is open underneath (fits over top of arm only) w/ elastic band at top of "cuff. Almost similiar to the Sanrei Glove but darker. Which augments his bullet shots to a higher level wihtout worrying of forming a spirit bow.

- Type: Gun[Beretta 92F Mod. Samurai Edge]
- Appearance: Albert Wesker's quincy weapon is the most heavily modified Samurai Edge, with the exception of the Other Gun Model. Wesker's Samurai Edge has the lower frame and takedown lever replaced with Inox (stainless steel) parts, in addition to a skeleton hammer and Brigadier sights. Interestingly, Wesker is seen using this design throughout the dark year using reishi sniperlike black bullets. Wesker's handgun also features either an integrated Vertec style accessory rail on the bottom of the frame, as well as a beavertail horn—a feature that was introduced on the 92 platform (during theAdded by Riken171design stages of the 92 Combat), but never put into production.
The Samurai Edge manual also mentions that "A large removable silencer [which mutes sound sufficiently] can be mounted directly to the frame in a one-touch motion. The silencer type installs directly into the barrel, but accuracy doesn't worsen because a brake is not used on shorter recoil."

- Type: Gun [Hydra Shotgun]
- Appearance: The Hydra is a triple-barrel, sawed-off shotgun. Compared to other shotguns, it does a lot of damage from long range, and is just as effective at close range, similar but much stronger then a double barrel shotgun. It is the most powerful quincy shotgun ever created by Wesker. The Hydra;s attack range is desrtuctive, it can triple or even quadruple its damage at close range.

- Type: Gun [Dragunov SVD Sniper Rifle]
- Appearance: The SVD (Snaiperskaja Vintovka Dragunova, or Dragunov Sniper Rifle), Commonly referred to as Dragunov, is a Soviet made semi-automatic sniper rifle that appears in Wesker's long range and unbelievable shots. It fits roughly in the middle of the Quincy Sniper Rifle range, having a semi-automatic firing mode making it faster than the Sako S75 but not as powerful, and with a lower magnification scope than the PSG-1. It had in the beginning a starting reishi sniple firepower which severely wound or kill hollows, the reload speed of 2.83, and a capacity of 7 sniper reishi bullets. then Wesker Fully upgraded the weapom, it has a unbelievable & deadly reishi firepower to greatly fucking wound enemies, reload speed of 2.41, and a capacity of 18 sniper reishi bullets for take 4 posts to regenerate the bullets back into the rifle

- Background: Albert Wesker was born to parents with superior intellectual genes He and dozens of other children of his caliber were collected and raised as components of the Wesker children project by the Rembar Corporation and given the surname "Wesker". He showed particular promise over the other children, which pleased Rembar's founder, Oswell E. Spencer. Spencer saw in Wesker the makings of what his children needed. Obviously not coincidentally, Wesker would eventually go into the service of the same company that moulded him and become a close employee under the watchful eyes of his 'creator', Spencer, all the while unaware of the pharmaceutical president's true intentions and his origins. Wesker joined the international pharmaceutical enterprise Rembar at the age of seventeen, and began working as one of its researchers with Brian Irons. Year later Wesker was assigned to the Umbrella Research Center under Doctor James Marcus. Wesker became friends with, and a rival of fellow trainee William Birkin, becoming colleagues and accomplices for years to come. Both Wesker and Birkin were regarded by Marcus as his best apprentices and the only people he trusted. When the training facility was closed down on July 29, the two were personally transferred to the Arklay Laboratory, becoming the facility's chief researchers.
Upon their arrival at the Laboratory, Wesker was handed a file from the facility's president regarding the Ebola virus, which had been discovered two years earlier. The facility was, to the outside world, studying samples of the Ebola virus for usage in creating a vaccine; in fact, Rembar was researching into its impressive death-rate for usage in the experimental TG Omega-Virus, which was also being researched on in the facility Wesker's and Birkin's research of the TG Omega-Virus lasted over thirteen years and three different stages. Two years later when the research reached its third stage (the creation of the Tyrant Hollow), Wesker and Birkin were then ordered by Spencer to assassinate their former mentor, Marcus and steal all of his research. Shortly after, Birkin's research yielded the discovery of the GL Alpha-virus in the body of Lisa Trevor, a long time test subject of Wesker and Birkin's while at the Arklay facility. When Spencer approved his project, Wesker began having doubts about Spencer's intentions and requested a transfer to Rembar's Intelligence Bureau that same year.

Wesker joined the newly-founded XTRO division of the Raccoon Police Department, where he worked as a double agent for Rembar, giving them information on any police investigations. During his time in the division, he also took note of Chris Redfield's abilities. Two years after the formation of XTRO, a series of cannibal homicides were reported near the Arklay region. While the public feared these deaths were the work of a local cult, only Rembar knew the truth. In an effort to control the public outcry, XTRO. Bravo team was dispatched to the region to investigate the situation. Wesker used the time they were gone as an opportunity to gather battle data by pitting the members of XTRO against Rembar's B.O.W.s. At the same time, Wesker and Birkin were ordered to reclaim the Rembar Training Facility. Unfortunately, the resurrected Marcus destroyed any chance of reclaiming it. Forced to destroy the facility, Wesker realized this to be the perfect opportunity to leave Rembar to pursue his own personal interests. After destroying the escaped failed experiment: The T-001, Wesker encountered the head of Rembar's paramilitary organizations: Sergei Vladimir, who was Spencer's trusted colonel. He asked where Wesker was going, and Wesker simply said his next mission. Sergei reminded him that the reclamation of the training facility was his mission. Wesker pointed out that the TG Omega-Virus had escaped, infecting a great deal of the area. He told Sergei that his intent was to destroy the facility and dispose of it, as it was of no further use. Sergei reminded Wesker that he was not in charge of Rembar and could not just do as he pleased without his superiors' consent, unaware of Wesker's intentions to leave Rembar, anyway. He then unleashed his bodyguard, an Ivan against him in order to punish Wesker for his failure and as a reminder of who was in control. Wesker saw the fight as a chance for some entertainment and battled the hollow. Just as the Ivan was about to attack again, an explosion occurred in the training facility, above. Wesker gave a soft smile as the facility's charges detonated, and the blast caught Sergei and his Ivan off guard so they could shield themselves. This gave Wesker enough time to slip away and escape the defunct facility, prompting Sergei to say "I guess he didn't like his lesson." Wesker then prepared to dispatch theXTRO Alpha team to the region.

By the following day, all contact with Bravo team was lost and Wesker's Alpha team was dispatched to the site. Upon arrival, Alpha team was attacked by a loose Cerberus pack and then, abandoned by their pilot, Brad Vickers. After the loss of member Joseph Frost to the dogs, Wesker and the remaining members of Alpha team sought refuge in the nearby mansion, where Wesker had previously worked. Initially ordering everyone to split up, Wesker disappeared and left the remaining members of Alpha team (Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, and Barry Burton) to fend for themselves. Of the nine XTRO operatives who entered the mansion (including Wesker himself), only four members of Alpha team, along with Bravo team's Enrico Marini, Richard Aiken and Rebecca Chambers, managed to survive against the various creatures and Bio Organic Weapons that infested the facility. In order to ensure the downfall of the other members, Wesker used extortion in order to convince Barry to do his bidding (luring the others to traps) by threatening his family. When Enrico uncovered evidence that implicated Wesker and Umbrella, Wesker murdered Enrico. However, Chris and Jill learned the truth about Wesker and then proceeded to foil his plot by destroying the T-002 Tyrant, along with the facility itself. During the ensuing chaos, Wesker injected himself with a Prototype virus given to him by his partner, William Birkin. After allowing the Tyrant Hollow to "kill" him, the virus reanimated his body after the room became empty. This is where he began leaning about his quincy powers but he really understood them. This gave him superhuman strength, agility and regeneration, but at the severe cost of the loss of his humanity. The resulting mutation also gave him gold-red cat-like eyes (but these were not immediately noticeable, due to the sunglasses he always wore). Wesker was revived, while the remaining XTRO operatives were convinced that the Tyrant Hollow killed him. After reviving, Wesker realized the XTRO had destroyed the Tyrant Hollow and escaped with their lives. He then tried to steal the data from the laboratory and escape.

After years of training, Wesker started to fully master his viral powers as well as his quincy powers becoming a deadly weapon. None of the other quincys would believe his tale but the newborn quincy was settings his sights on a new playground to test his new powers which was Karakura town.
