I'm sorry, but since this thread is not complete and there is only ONE fight thread he's been in... I do not feel that he currently deserves a tier upgrade and skill upgrade.
Once the thread is complete and you have AT LEAST one more, I'll consider the upgrade again.
If you only want ONE of these parts to be approved (Either the tier upgrade or the skill upgrade) then once this one thread is finished I can approve it, but if you want them both, I need more from this character.

That's understandable. Just add 1 or two threads then. If that one isn't finished because of other peoples problems/absences, then your character still needs some other experience to be able to get stronger.
