A day at the beach, a relaxing party for everyone(Open to all)

Kaito stopped and looked around, last night and into the morning he had been out here at the beach setting this up, there was logs around firepits, towels pinned down against the wind, stereo's, nets set up for volleyball and soccer, and some other various 'game stations' set up to play at on the beach. This was meant for a party, he smiled, he himself was not dressed in a uniform at all, only a pair of loose swimming trunks, and across his back his sheath and sword. He may have been there for a party but he wasn't stupid.

He reached down and hit play on the stereo at his feet and played some old 20th century classic rock music, as his slid his sunglasses over his eyes and laid down on the large towel that he had set up for himself, hoping that other individuals from any of the divisions would come out and join him in a relaxing day of doing nothing...for once. But somehow he doubted that the turn out would be very good.
