Iblis is 10 feet tall, not including Binders. With binders, he becomes 12 feet tall. The binders can be retracted into shield mode where he looks a bit like a bell pepper.

Background:

A Child born in Conflict

Fire surrounded a hospital in the former country of Iraq, now known as Taribia. Missiles fired by the Azadistanian Military had hit the city. But the missiles were filled with phosphorous and napalm, making everything burn nicely. The hospital was one of the few buildings not hit, or not on fire. However, even it was not far from bloodshed.

After the third, and final round of missile bombardments, the sounds of rotor blades could be heard. If one was to look in the sky, they would see a force of about 20 quad-tiltrotor aircraft. The aircrafts slowly landed in the middle of streets, opening the rear hatch. Armored Personell Carriers (APCs) drove out from the back of the tiltrotors. The aircraft lifted off, and the APCs drove forward, approaching the center of the city.

The remnants of the Taribian Military fought hard, but soldier after soldier was killed by the APCs' fearsome .55 machine cannon. When a pair of the APCs arrived at the still-standing hospital, the other APCs went around it to get to the Capital building. The pair of APCs that stayed soon opened their rear hatch. Out stepped 8 soldiers from each one, fully clad in armor and armed with a large assault rifle. The soldiers were special forces from the UN, specifically the Asiatic Alliance. They were known as "Taozi." They stormed the hospital, killing patients and doctors as they went. A few doctors destroyed the stairs and cut the cables to the elevator to slow them down.

Floor five was the maternity ward. In there, a newborn was whisked away by a doctor named Schenberg. Dr. Schenberg was a genius. However, his genius wasn't with healing people...it was with creating mechanical bodies for those whose bodies' couldn't be saved. He raised the young man and gave him a name fitting of his future purpose, Iblis Rakim Al-Kshatriya. It meant roughly "The Devil's Armored Warrior."

A Child raised in Chaos

Iblis was taken to a country known as Krugis. In Krugis, Iblis was raised by Schenberg. Iblis was never allowed to venture outside of Dr. Schenberg's facilties. Schenberg lived on the outskirts of Krugis's Capital. The city was peaceful for the first few years of Iblis's life. When he was five, Schenberg and Iblis moved to Ireland. When he arrived in Ireland, the IRA bombed the plane they were on. However, they had already disembarked, and that plane was on its way back out. Schenberg and Iblis soon hid within a large bunker somewhere in northern Ireland.

However, even underground, shellings from the Irish Military on IRA bases were felt. Eventually the conflict stopped...for a week. On day 8 of peace, the IRA used a Type-24 HVAC (High-Velocity Anti-City) Cannon and leveled Ireland's Capital. While unconfirmed, it was said that Azadistan had given the IRA the HVAC. The death of the Irish people in the capital made Iblis an angry child. When the IRA found the bunker a year later, he defended the entrance with a single assault rifle until Taozis were deployed.

His anger grew, and eventually he started helping Schenberg in designing something capable of destroying Taozis. Schenberg gave a copy of his data to a colleague of his, Professor Ralph Aifman. Prof. Aifman was also a brilliant scientist, but not as much as Dr. Schenberg. Aifman however, did not do any experiments. Instead he kept up with the data, in case something were to happen to Schenberg.

The Boy becomes a Man

He was eight when the final bombardment of the IRA commenced. Schenberg's old bunker had been taken over, then imploded via a remote detonation from Schenberg. This prevented his work from getting out. The IRA was completely wiped out this time. However it still was not peaceful. Thus, Schenberg gave Iblis the chance to wipe out a Taozi unit. He accepted.

Arriving on the back of a flatbed, Iblis was inside a suit of armor...sorta. His arms, head, lower legs, and torso were the only parts in the armor. Behind him were two large cannons equipped with prototype anti-gravity devices. Iblis arrived and confronted the unit. He was only nine at the time, but the suit made him look (and sound) older. The two cannons started hovering and started shooting at the soldiers. One by one, they were bombarded by 88mm shells. The shells killed and mamed the group. They danced around, going behind the enemy, above them, beside them, and even under them.

Within 10 minutes, that entire Taozi unit was destroyed. The secret was the neuro-link within the helmet. The brain would count the weapons as an extention of the body, and so they would act in accordance to what the brain told them to do. This was a deadly weapon system...and anyone who saw it knew so.

The Man becomes a Murderer

When he was 12, Schenberg passed away due to...well...a mysterious blow to his head. Professor Aifman took Iblis into his care, but he too was getting old. Iblis ran away from Aifman's home in Istanbul. Iblis was 13 when he arrived back in Krugis. In Krugis, he starting reading a derivate of the Qu`ran. Since Krugis was also in the Middle East, a copy of it was avalible quite commonly.

It wasn't soon after he had finished reading it that he did something he thought "God" would be proud of. European tourists were arriving that day. More specifically, Journalists and inspectors from the United Nations. As the plane was about to touch down, two large-bore shots destroyed the two engines, then two more from different directions split the aircraft in half.

Iblis had stolen a flatbed truck with the remote cannons on them. The truck, and the cannons were soon stashed within a moutain. He had killed a total of 72 people, including civilians and military personell. He soon started listening to Rahssa Rhamoud's underground broadcasts. Rhamoud was a Conservative extremist, who didn't want Krugis to become dependant on other countries for energy and such. Soon after turning 14, Iblis went underground for many, many years.

The Murderer becomes a Machine

In 2304, Iblis re-emerged during a time of chaos. Azadistan had invaded Krugis. Krugis had no military, instead it relied on a militia. And the main militia was defeated by the Azadistan National Forces (ANFs), the replacement for the Taozis. Iblis rounded children from age 7 to age 16 and gave them rifles. They fought against the ANFs, but were ultimately killed. Iblis made many broadcasts during the battles, only one is known today and it was his final broadcast:

"This Battle...is a Holy War in the name of God. We shall strike down the infadels who disrespect our traditions and lay waste to the land of God."

It was soon after that broadcasted that he was hit by a high-energy beam that also destroyed the ANFs. The only thing Iblis saw before blacking out was a large amount of green light...

Iblis was in a coma for the next four years, and during that time Aifman found him. Using Schenberg's notes and a few other technologies, Aifman and his assistant Katigiri were able to construct an armored suit that would make Iblis almost immortal. His brain and heart were removed and placed within the ten-foot-tall suit of armor.

Target: Humanity

Iblis's brain was slightly damaged during the events of what caused his coma, so part of his brain was cyberized. This allowed him to be programed to do whatever needed to be done...or so Aifman and Katigiri thought. Using the armor's sub-arms, he was able to pick up the two scientists and strangled Katigiri to death and paralyzed Aifman from the neck down. Some of the programs he retained (such as his no fear, no likes, etc) but most he deleted.

During a systems scan, it turned out that Iblis was being powered by something of Schenberg's design, a particle engine. The engine emitted small green particles, but even a nuclear reactor was nothing compared to the power of this drive. Iblis has also, by using the cyberized part of his brain, learned how to use all of his weapons to their fullest extent.

Personality:
Emotionless: Iblis feels no sorrow, no regret, no happiness, nothing. He is a ruthless killing machine. He does not care who or what he kills, no matter how old or young. However, he does have a slight inclination to dislike scientists, for logical reasons of course.

Brutal: Iblis will kill anything and everything in his path. He forges no alliances, unless he will get something sustantial in return. He can, will, and has raze(ed) entire cities if need be. His sensors allow him to detect the heartbeat of living beings, so he leaves nothing alive. This includes sensors to see the reishi and reitsu of a spirit.

Likes: He has been programed to like nothing.

Dislikes: Humans, though only the ones who are affiliated with those who programmed him. Originally programmed to dislike anything.

Fear: He has been programmed to fear nothing.

Powers:
Fangs: Small objects that are deployed from his binders. They are quite fast and fire a highly concentrated beam of energy that can injure spiritual beings as well as materials. They are stored within his binders. Deployed for: 5 turns, must recharge for 1 (not including the docking post.) Count: 24 (6 in each binder)

Spoiler:

GN Field: A large, 360-degree shield that is made of light green energy. It is quite difficult to destroy and is capable of blocking physical and energy attacks. Deployed for: 3 turns, must cool off for 2.

Particle Cannons: Large, high energy beam cannons, capable of damaging spiritual beings as well. Four are mounted on the chest and fire forward. Two are mounted on each Binder and will fire in whatever direction the Binder is pointing. Full Blast: All guns fire at once, if used all cannons are rendered useless for 2 turns. Note: Cannot fire when GN Field is used.

Energy Sabers: Dual blades made completely of energy other than the handle. They are stored within Iblis's wrist. They are capable of cutting through some of the toughest shields. Seele Schneider has no effect on the blades.

Strengths: His main strength is well...being a machine. He never rusts, he never sleeps, never tires, never eats, never drinks, and he is never reluctant at pulling the trigger.

Weakness: Like any machine, his main weakness is electricity. However, his arms, head, and legs are equipped electro-shock gel absorbers (ESGA) that prevent electricity from paralyzing his entire body. The head is completely filled with the absorbers, while the rest of his body has the ESGA's only on the joints. Example of how they work: -Lightning hits his forearm. The bolt will only paralyze his forearm.- At Absolute Zero, his oil and hydraulics will start to freeze.
