Appearance Description: (Please Put 1-2 Paragraph's on your character appearance.) Riroichi is a slender very pale-skinned woman of average height and very bright icy-blue eyes. With long white hair that reaches almost to her ankles that she keeps contained in a black hairwrap. She wears her bangs parted to the left entirely covering her left eye. Her standard attire is the common shinigami uniform. She wears a narrow white obi that she ties in a bow. And has her Zanpkuto sheath secured on her back by a golden ribbon with bow tied in the middle of the ribbon that she wears somewhat like a sash that wraps around the top of the sheath just above her left shoulder and wraps around the middle of the sheath just below her right hip. She does not wear the normal shingami footwear, instead she wears black slippers.

Riroichi is witty, sarcastic, and highly iintelligent. She loves to play mind tricks on the other shinigami, more specifically, her male subordinates. She hates being outside in the heat of the sun despite the fact that she is always cold. She can appear calm and level-headed but if she or any of the other members of squad 3 are insulted, she's off in a torrent of rage. She takes great pride in her job despite the fact that she is very new and hasn't been in any major battles. She struggles with the fact that none of her squad trusts
her, and tries to lighten tense situations with a comic relife of even by suggesting a party, even tho she is not the partying type.

Riroichi likes sake, and foods and drinks from the world of the living. She also likes kittens and the colour white.

Dislikes: (This is self explanatory. What does your character dislike?)
People insulting her squad, parties, and the heat of the sun.

History: (You will write about their life on earth, then their history as a shinigami here. 3-4 paragraph's)
On earth, Riroichi lived a short but happy life. She was born on December 21st in Karakura Town. She lived until she was about 5 years old, she never made it into school. Her family was very wealthy and she had the best of everything. Until one very cold fateful winter day she wandered too far out into a forest not far from her family's house and got lost. Her parents got worried and went out to look for her, but they were too late. Riroichi had froze to death beneath a large tree.
For a while she was trapped on earth and couldn't move on. One day a hollow found her and began chasing her. She had tripped and the hollow had almost gotten her when a Shinigami came out of nowhere and slashed the hollow with his Zanpakutō. He then helped Riroichi off of the ground and performed konso on her and sent her to the Soul Society.
She trained for years to become a shinigami, and one day got admitted to the Shinigami Academy where she graduated at the top of her class and was found to be so outstadnigly talented that she was accepted into the ranks of the Gotei 13. She was sent off on a scouting mission as leader. Her scouting group returned 2 years later and accepted a place in the lower rankings of squad 3

Zanpakutô Spirit Appearance: (What does your characters Zanpukto Spirit look like in their inner world? Please write at least 1 paragraph for this.)
Gin-sama is a tall man with a somewhat emaciated appearance. He has long silver hair that reaches his waist that he wears in a ponytail. He has his bangs parted to the left with one thick strand falling down over his nose. He has green eyes. His face is practically emotionless. He wears a black kimono with a narrow white obi tied around his waist.

Inner World: (What is your Zanpukto's inner world like?)
Riroichi's Zanpakutō's inner world is a black sand beach with a turqoise ocean.

Sealed Zanpakutô Apperance : (What does the sword look like when its not released?)
The Zanpakutō just looks like an abnormally long katana, and has a white hilt.

Sealed Zanpakutô Abilities: (Over the years, Shinigami have evovled to the point where they now have special powers even when sealed. As such, does your character have special ability or power when not released? Try not to go overboard. If you do not have one, just erase this section)
Riroichi's special abilities would be to look into one's soul and manipulate what is found to her advantage. She cannot control the actual person. With what she finds in a persons soul she can find weaknesses and strengths of the person and gain an upper hand in battles. It is also very useful for interrogating criminals, because she can find truths that aren't being given verbally.

Shikai Description: (Your character or your sword's new appearance. The appearance is totally up to you.)
Riroichi's shikai's appearance is a somewhat shorter but bigger sword that has a jagged blade.

Shikai Abilities: (What are the abilities your Shikai has? Do not overpower your shikai.)[/strike]
Her shikai can administer poison either thru touch or in the form of a silver gas. This poison is slow-acting and can be cured. The poison used is Ethylene glycol, a poison that is very sweet to the taste. If left untreated, sufficent ammounts can be fatal. It can be cured with ethanol or fomepizole. This poison has a toxic byproduct that slowly works it's way to the central nervous system and shuts it down. Next, it will work it's way to the kidneys and shut them down. It basically shuts down major organs in the body. it takes effect 5 days after contact with the victim.

"Awwwww look Jushiro! It's a puppy!!!!" Riroichi bends down to pet
the puppy. The puppy licks her cheek. "aww you such a cute- Ohno!"
Riroichi falls to the ground face first. "JUSHIRO!!! GET HELP! I CAN'T MOVE!"
Jushiro pulls out a phone. "Hello? My friend has fallen and she can't
get up!" He giggles.
"THIS ISN'T A LIFEALERT COMMERCIAL!!GET SQUAD FOUR!" Riroichi takes a
deep breath. "Stupid dog! You make me look bad! BOOGABOOGABOOOOOOGAAAA!!!!!
Man, I wish I could make that face... Wait.... I'M STUCK SMILING AGAIN!!!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!"
"Are you sure you can't get up?" Jushiro asks.
"Nooo! I just feel like lying here on the ground for no reason! I'M PARALYZED!" Riroichi yells.

Everything seems fine, but unfortunately, you cannot start off with a Shikai unless special permission was given by one of the higher-ups (same case for Bankai, which you don't have).

Although you cannot start off with a Shikai, I am still obliged to check it.

The ability(s) for your Shikai is very vague. There are various types of poisons. What does your poison do? And how can it be cured?

Also, for your sealed abilities;

What can she do with... what she finds within a person's soul? It would be great if you could elaborate in a form of listings.
