Hijikata Upgrade

Reasons For Upgrading: Well, not so much of an "upgrade", as it is seeking approval to have two Grand Master skills for Hijikata, both sword based. The reason for this is rather obvious; Hijikata is based around swordsmanship. This goes for both using a sword and Zanjutsu, as his sword style is highly advanced, and I have been making new Zanjutsu techniques with Hijikata. He also has a lot of swordsmanship training in his history. Basically, Hijikata's entire fighting style revolves around sword fighting, and even his Zanpakutō's ability forces him to rely heavily on his own sword skills. He will also only have a beginner rank in Kidō.
What Are You Upgrading:
Weapon Skill: Grand Master
Zanjutsu: Grand Master
Any Extra Notes: He is apparently on a Misaiko-level of swordsmanship, at least if I understood Agito correctly. Well, ask Agito about that one, cause he was the one who mentioned it to me, and I don't wanna put words in his mouth. Just thought it fit into the extra notes section.
