Reasons For Upgrading: Okay SO I wanted to request a few upgrades I was upgrading based on the skill-tier page on the ph site and though someone of my tier could ONLY have one advance unless under special circumstances sooooo
my request is that HOHO, WEAPON SKILL and DURABILITY be bumped up to advanced following the learning of Redds bankai
aaaand I'm shooting for a 1-3 with the tier thing here? seeing as he's 2-1 and I was told learning bankai warrants power upgrades... It may seem like much But I actually didin't ask for the tier upgrades that I've been in training threads and stuff for because I thought it was pretty much against site rules until tsubine told me that only applies for when you're STARTING OUT
I've been working really hard on him and to me its a bit tragic he's not where he should be at skill wise IMO ...
So if you need further reasoning heres a little explanation as to why should have these skill sets bumped up
1. I didin't know they could So I didn't apply for them

2. Redd has learned bankai-- the thread is completed as far as ph is concered I belive 10 post as of now But its not DONE done meaning His fight sin't over but as soon as it is yu'know its met the requirements.

3.Redd JUST gained the position of vice captain with the recommendation lloyd Reed (2nd Divisions Captain)

NOW FOR SKILLS.

Hoho- Redd is a great shunpo practitioner Most of the time using it in combat on a smaller scale to blind side his enemies with his attacks. ex

Weapon skill -- Redd uses each of his abilities Jizen Ni (which messes with your senses) and Okotta Sureddo ( threads from holes in his sword) Effectivley to help him in his fights ex. "In committing these actions he had simultaneously Used his Okotta Surreddo, to attach a thread to the middle of his palm."
Same thread as before ninth post In the following post I was planning to use his zanpaktou to swing it around while making sure It didn't leave Redds hands but Unfortunately the thread was cut short due to some difficulties.
On the not of Jizen Ni Redd often keeps his ability a secret as far as how it works what exactly it does unless stated in his post. For instance in the same thread above Redd first went into the darkness of the woods. Most people try and find a way to block Redd's attack and he knows its possible for one to avoid it which is why he keeps its release and effects a secret.

Durability-- Redd had been in dozens of fightsin fact the majority of his threads are fights-- based on his skills from his app you can he he is of advanced in pain endurance so why would he not be durable? Also if you were to look at his bankai abilities one of them is that he had bones that are of a hader than steek matierial without being metal im not saying he should get a hiero or something but an upgrade of that nature should be added in I think
What Are You Upgrading: (What are the details of this upgrade? Put in a tier upgrade, new power, new skill and etc)
Any Extra Notes: I would understand if everything was not upgraded as Requested but I do urge who ever grades this to take my mis-understanding into account and that at least some of them go through. In fact I could give a damn about the tier.

A couple of things:
1) A thread like that is considered finished when it's actually finished.
2) I will approve him for the advanced skills as well as the upgrade to 1-3- once that is ACTUALLY finished.

...Alright, I have no clue why this is here, as it was taken care of in another upgrade. So, I'm gonna be moving this one to denied, and also, your character should not have advanced in all of his skills if he is a 1-2; especially if you are having two masters...or half masters... or whatever the hell it is that JJ approved.

....Ravana, he's worked for these, so it doesn't matter.
Even if he IS a 1-2, he's qualified for them.
