The Way of the Sugiura (PRIVET)
Fri Jul 30, 2010 4:11 pm
The rivers flowed through the small plains of flowers and peaceful skies. The wind had a slight breeze sending small flower petals everywheres. A small apple tree sat near the petal filled river. Fresh ripe apples layed around the tree waiting for somone to eat them. Some apples where over ripe and made a sweet smell through the air attracting many animals. Small baby bunnies started to eat them, while the dear on the other side of the river wanted some. The plains where filled with life Today.
Junichi walked slowly over to the river side. The sweet smell of apples attracted him from the other side of the plains. With his chocolate in hand he jumped over the river and sat under the tree. He pet the bunnies and feed them apples. Junichi didnt like the peace much. He perfered Rain and lighning with it. A strang but yet familier raitsu was felt from on the other side of the lake. His ears picked up some strong power and noies. He knew today his training starts. He ran over the hill and jumped. He landed on the ground filled with pink flowers.

The day was a quiet day within the Sugiura Temple. Zesth was praying at the Shrine of their deity. He was praying to the shrine or peace and a sacred rest for his father and mother. He had only one dream and this dream caused him to stay faithful to the Faith of the Sugiura. In past engagements he received a letter from the Queen herself to train the youngest of the Sugiura family. He knew not other respect the to fulfill the duty of the Royalty. If the Royalty asked the duty was his to fulfill. That’s how it played in his mind anyway. He knew where the boy was on this day and there he had to meet him. The day at the Shrine had ended for Zesth; It was time for his task to be completed. There he walked out of the doors of the Shrine. His wings extended and in an instant all that was left was dust in the gust of his wake. There he made his way towards the location of the boy.
Zesth landed on the hill side in front of the young Sugiura boy. Zesth stood a might eleven feet tall with broad shoulders. Zesth was equipped with a long hooded robe that covered his skin. He had steel gauntlets on his hands to protect view of his skin. He had long large elegant wings that showed beauty even in the deepest darkness. There were three chains on each wing that had a white glow to them; a lighter glow than the glow around his body however. With all his appearance he yielded a Great Sword that had the glow of his mother; a white and grey glow amongst the folded steal and pristine craft of the heavens. His body stood before the boy and stared him down; the darkness of his hood hid his features but there he watched the boy.
During the time of confrontation of the two was known to the two. The wind was steady and calm however blowing fallen flower petals’ across the hill side and the lake. The wildlife ran free and the scent of apples over ruled the scent of the thousands of flours. There was a single tree at the edge of the lake and the time of day; it was a magnificent sight of peace. Here will be the young Sugiura’s first steps to being what his family wants him to be.
“From the Gates of Heaven, We release this gift upon you. We bestow our finest guardian for thy being of purity. By thy Faithful the Grand has chosen thee. Now feel free my son, feel free. Know that your father is fine, know that your mother has come home. You were born for a reason; Now protect them as if they were us. They are your family, be well my son.” –Zesth’s Mother Seria. Zesth’s Only Dream.

The air thickened and became heavy as a the angel like figure came down from the sky. His power level was outragouse. Junichi remained his stance as the angel landed infront of him. The white light around him started to bring depressing memories in his head. The first was that of his teacher telling him he was useless. The other was him being scolded by his father. Then being hit by his by his father. Junichi could almost feel the pain that he did before. But then a bright memoire came to him and all of them was his sisters. Junichi then snapped out of his illuision then looked up at the angelic figure above him.
He noticed the man staring off at the peaceful area. Junichi broke off a peice of chocolate then started to eat it with a dirty look on his face. " I Hate it......." He said breaking off another peice of his chocolate and putting it in his mouth,"What is a world without sorrow. This place seems to have been untouched by sorrow." his words brought silence to the plains. Dark clouds started to fill the sky with minor darkness.
Junichi bowed his head then walked back so he could get a good look at the mans face. He couldnt see the mans face just black and no shapes. He walked up nicely and raised his hand for it to be shaken. The other hand held out some chocolate for the man."So I guess your the one whos going to be nice enough to train meh." He smilied then ran back a little towards the river." So whats first?!" He yelled from a fair distance away from the man.

The day before them became darker. He enjoyed the peace of this place. The wind began to pick up, and the animals were nowhere to be found. This made Zesth ponder a moment because of the sudden change of the mood. As the leaves began to slowly fall off the tree and onto the grass below. The warm pleasing weather became cool with a cool breeze along with it. He did not know any other reason of this occurrence besides the accusation that the boy himself was not at peace with himself. Zesth looked over the boy observing the effects of the area, and he though about what he had to work with. This is how he dealt with situations; Careful scanning. His eyes then made their way to the boy listening to his words he simply stood there. He only stood tall and broad as his elegant wings slowly folded behind his back.
As the boy made his way back to the lake and spoke to him Zesth shook his head and shifted his shoulders. The wind stopped and the glow around Zesth’s presence intensified. He would not train one in this kind of environment, it was not acceptable. Zesth moved turned his head up; his features still hidden by the hood on his head. He moved his head to the face the gray sky above. His mouth emitted a growl and with it he parted his lips before doing anything.
Zesth spoke in his deep, and somewhat wise tone of voice. He was an experienced advisor to some of the priests within the different Shrines in the Sugiura home lands. He watched the boy as he ran across the hill to the tree. The boy seemed to be excited and asked where to start. From his words that he had spoken before about how he hates peace it seemed that respect was the first thing he needed to learn. But the weather did not sit well with Zesth. He spun his great sword off his back; as his divine glow intensified he pierced his blade into the ground before him. A divine light bursted into the skies above replenishing the mood of peace that was there when he arrived.
These words are the words he spoke to begin his training with the young Sugiura child. He believed that the mind was the greatest weapon; and if he knows his history, respect, and manors. That he would be the best warrior he set his mind to. But only with proper respect and an advanced stage of manor will he begin his teachings.

Junichi looked at the sky noticing the peace start to come back. The peace had been restored and Junichi wasnt pleased much about it. But people think that peace is achieved without sending people to sorrow. Junichi hand much sorrow in his life. Peace will start a war, and war will send more lives into vain. Junchi then noticed the man had his sword glowing sending some light into the sky. By the looks of things his sword had made the sky above clear up. Junchi felt more intensce spritual pressure from him. He walked back with some respect for the mans emensece power. But still with a dirty look.
The man spoke in a low voice while he was Junichi was walking back to the man. Junchi took out his dark chocolate and started to eat it. A sudden light rain started to fall from the sky. This made Junichi happy. He finally approched the man nicely with common respect and took the dirty look off his face.
"Where are my manners, I'm Junichi." He smilied pulling out a odd pink chocolate. The rain made his hair wet and the chocolate started to melt. " I know, and wish to forget it all" The smile on his face turned to a deep frown. Tears started to fall down his eyes. "Fathers are horriable...." The clouds started to come back to the sky as his anger and sadness raised.

During the motions and words of the young Sugiura boy, Zesth was playing his training method within his mind. How to train him with the blade? How to train him with his Guardian Beast? The steps of the power stages, the spells of the sacred magic. Topics of this particular task were just so compelling. This was a task that would not be completed in a few prospective days, or weeks. This was a task that could take years and will continue out during the boy’s development. He also believed that he should not have only one teacher; that he should learn from at least three different masters. This however was up to his mother, and siblings. Zesth wasn’t royalty and had no say so; however he was soon going to test to be the white knight of the Sugiura Ranks. He did not know when, or a reason but he believed that it was a sign from the Faith; Shimura Sugiura; Mother of the Sugiura people.
From that moment, Zesth turned his attention to the boy. His eyes were unseen but locked onto the boy’s; giving him eye contact but the boy however wouldn’t know what Zesth would be doing. At this sudden pause in his movements the light from his blade left the sky as it began to rain. The rain was soothing; and with the sun bright it gave a mellow yet calming day for some violence in the name of knowledge.
What Zesth ment by this was the boy’s Weapon; His Sacred. This was and always will be the only required piece of equipment for his training. Without a Sugiura Sacred, the Sugiura themselves are useless and the Sacred without the Sugiura. Being without the Sacred was the same as being dead. The Sugiura whether they were peace orientated or not; they were completely build for combat. Since their race revolves around their guardian beasts. He decided that the manors will come with discipline; this thought striking his head with an instant. So he began to think about what he was going to teach the boy first. “In what was shall we teach discipline. Hmmm.. Maybe forms.” Zesth found a possible match for the discipline beginning task. Forms were not easy however; they took countless time and practice to perfect.
Zesth nodded at the boy after his few select sentences. He wasn’t that much of a talker. He was more into honor, loyalty, and of course his devotion to the “Faith”. His devotion for the faith however gave his divine power a somewhat Will boost. It gave him the Will to strive harder for his goals. It was an interesting feat however; and in a way it’s logical. At the end of his words he pulled his blade from the ground and strapped it against his back in between his beautiful elegant wings. There he stood; folding his arms across his chest waiting for the boy to cooperate. The rain dropped against his warm body; his blow bright causing rainbows across his wings.
Junichi looked at the man widly. The rainbows where very distracting and annoying. Junichi bit off another peice of chocolate and put the rest of it away. On his right side layed a strange weopon that wasnt useally seen anymore. It was long and rolled up onto his side. Small hooks layed on the end of it. It was white with a red handle. A small breeze flowed through the air as he stood up from the stone that he was sitting on. He grabbed the handle and slowly pulled it out. Right before the end was out he cracked it backwards sending a strong crack that sounded like thunder.
" I only have the sealed form of my weapon. Atleast thats what I heard from everyone."
Jucji rolled the whip back around his hand and looked at the man. He waited with a strong stance waiting for the man to tell him what to do next. The wind kicked up and sent his hair everywhere. His tail was wrapped around his legs and his ears started to twitch. The rainbows where very bright and annoyed him a bit. But he stood perfectly still.

Zesth stood by and watched the boy and listened to his words. He gently ruffled his wings from the water as his wings began to damper; this was an annoyance. Water on his wings was not a comfortable feeling. His right arm reached behind his back and pulled his Great Sword from his back; and with it spreading his wings in a magnificent length. The white glow around them light up the path before the young boy. With this movement he launched himself into the air with one swift gust from his elegant wings. From the direction he was flying it was towards the tree by the lake. As Zesth made his way down; a small indent on the ground was formed from the forceful and careless landing that Zesth had executed.
His words were stern and serious. He held his Great Sword up to his chest and his eyes were closed inside his dark, shadowed hood. Body shifted a bit and with his shoulders a little tense. There Zesth stood, still and strong.

Junichi watched carfully as the man spread his wings and drew his sword. The light was truly amazing but kinda boring. Light was never fun becuase it always melted Junichis chocolate. So he learned to dislike light. He exchanged a glace with the man as a light path headed towards the tree. The sky was already setting and the day was soon at its end. The man would give a good light in the dark and he would be seen anywheres.
Junichi heard the words of the tall man and looked at him. He grabbed his whip tightly and jumped into the air. He whipped the whip behind and then lunched at him quickly. The force of the wind was against him but he forced himself towards the man. Junichi cracked his hands upwards send the whip behind forwards. The whip was aimed at hitting the man hard and hooking onto his wings thefore slamming him into the ground. But Junichi deiced to put a spin onto his body to give the whip a more aggresive attack.

-{Zesth}-
The boy seemed to rush blindly. The boys whip cracked in the air, making aggressive noises which Zesth thought was impressive. It could give an intimidating factor on ones enemies. This he admired and also the boy’s will and courage. However, the attack was slow but that was no problem with it, it can be fixed with some training. Zesth watched the whip crack like a synthetic thunder boom that pushed against the wind. His mind went to read the boys abilities, placing his flaws in his mind. The boy rushed blind without consideration of what may happen. His movements were good, but with the weapon of choice he isn’t quite fluid enough to be a skilled fighter with the whip. His movements now look as if they are just of an amateur using the whip for sentiment pleasures in their personal physical way of life. His footing was unbalanced and could quickly be recoiled when tripped or nudged by an outside force. His eyes watched the whip as it launched towards him. Ready to counteract the boy.
As the boy went to make an aggressive action upon the fabled Zesth. Zesth body moved with a keen precision, making his move to the right, folding his wings back tilting his great sword. Tilting his great sword would allow the tip of the great sword to make contact with the inter twining of the whip. Which this action would cause the whip to coil around the blade. Zesth aimed to use this natural ability of a whip to his advantage, Being larger and stronger than the boy he turned and dashed towards the opposite direction of the boys charge. This caused the boy to jerk, causing a strain on his left or right shoulder, whichever the whip had been equipped. What the dash did was bring the momentum of both the whip yielders charge and the opposite direction of the greater force. This causing the whip to coil tightly around the tip of the great sword making it like a friendship rope. Can only be undone if brought close; so Zesth did so, jolting the boys arm causing the boy to change his direction of the charge, but this time Zesth’s great sword was pointing right towards him. With every step the boy draw nearer, and every step the whip’s grip became looser.
