Background:
Gabriel is a being known as an Archon. Archon are direct creations of the universe, and ascend even God's in power and capability.
Gabriel was 'born' for the first time when the universe needed him. Over 11,000 years ago, a war raged on before humans even existed. For over 230 million years, a group of reptilian creatures had dominated Earth. For the universe's master plan, these reptiles -dinosaurs- needed to be eradicated from the face of the earth. The universe had only one option. Conjure an exterminator. Not only did the universe create it's hero, the universe actually implanted part of it's essence, it's "being" into this creation. Ascending the power of the gods, Gabriel Ambrosious was born. Incredible power and knowledge coursed through his very being. He knew everything that would happen, was happening, and had happened. He was everywhere at once. He could do anything. Although was given no name at that point in time, his only objective was to destroy the lizards.
Having eradicated the beasts quite quickly, Gabriel was dismissed from creation. Knowing this was going to happen due to his omniscience, Gabriel implanted part of his very essence into an ape, a creature he left alive on earth. As this ape evolved and grew into people, Gabriel's being was able to be reformed. Growing in strength, he finally had enough power to manifest his being once more. Deciding to blend in with his creation, he opted for a 'Human Form' over his Archon form, at least for the time being. Traveling the world and seeing what could be seen through mortal eyes, he grew weary of it. Disappearing for a time, he rested his essence. Discovering that being cut off from the direct universe has weakened him slightly, it took actual effort to maintain a corpereal form. Resting said essence, he waited.
And then his time came to return. A planet beside Earth, Mars, was evolving as well. Tapping into his omniscience, he saw the beings that would grow from there destroy Earth. Taking form once more, Gabriel (for he had assumed that name after sparking many legends about a "left hand of god") rose to the sky and wiped the planet clean of all creation. Only frozen water remained. Returning to earth, he destroyed an entire island/continent/city that was harboring the creators of the proto-humans. Atlantis. Wreaking destruction, he was given a new name. Satan. Disregarding that name, he allowed himself to fade to nothing once more, keeping a cosmic eye on all creation, but in general, merely resting.

Emerging into his body once again, Gabriel had no mission this time. He was merely taking another mortal look at things. Well, mortal is a term used in general, but you get the idea. And then he met him. Death. Another agent of the universe. This being was created in order to combat Gabriel, as he was too powerful for even the universe to eradicate. Many battles were fought on ethereal realms of spur-of-the-moment creations by Gabriel and Death. Many battles that took the form of natural disasters and even man-made disasters on earth. Death had a secret weapon though. Shinigami's were created by him in order to combat the Hollow's and specialty humans created by Gabriel. Gabriel had taken the human souls Death created haphazardly and mutated them into hollows in order to prove his power. Death had done the same with normal human souls.
And so many battles were fought for many thousands of years. Many creatures died and were reborn into their world. Many lives were recycled. And yet, it just wasn't enough. Neither had an advantage or disadvantage that could be counter-acted. They were too even. The universe, of course, was on Death's side, seeing as Gabriel was an abomination. Unfortunately, Gabriel still had access to the universe, he merely forgot how to acquire such power. Remembering, he sparked into existence a "back-up". This back-up was a secondary body and existence that Gabriel could slip into after he died. No matter what, Death would kill him eventually. This time. Allowing it to happen, he waited.
In the year 2410, technology raped the world. Everything had changed, and of course, Gabriel knew it would. Finally, the day came when the universe needed him again, even if it didn't know it. A small baby was born into the world on April 7. This baby was the back-up. Four seconds after birth, when the baby took his first breath, he exploded. From the carnage of blood and destruction came Gabriel, and he was ready to rock. Walking calmly out of the hospital with his massive sword strapped to his back, the mother was shocked and afraid... until the baby reformed completely healthy and breathing. He would not give Death the satisfaction. This child would grow to be immune to all disease and be incredibly resilient to injury.
Bursting out of the hospital door, Gabriel roared. Disappearing, he stood atop the hospital. Taking a deep breath, he let the odor of the world fill his nostrils. Instantly acquiring all information he needed and disregarding the rest, he waited for Death to make his next move. Even if it was in the form of Touketsu and his armies.

Personality:
Gabriel has no set personality. His moods and preferences change as the stars' plasma morphs. He does have a few minor traits that stay the same always, however. The first is an intense hatred towards Death. That asshole has costed him much time, honor, and patience. This hatred slowly spread towards Shinigami as well, seeing as they are a direct creation of Death. The second is an overprotective tendacy that generates towards all Humans and Hollows. Having no real morals against the dying procedure all living beings take, Gabriel doesn't care if humans get killed as long as they are devoured by hollows. Technically they still live, and technically he doesn't care as long as they are still living.
His power and knowledge actually may have been the result of his waning and waxing personality. As he knows everything, he knows what people are thinking and believe, and that may result in him generating a new personality of sorts every day. Spying on people sure is fun.

Omnipresence - Gabriel has the property of being present everywhere
Breath of the Cosmos - Using this ability, Gabriel exudes a blue mist from the wolf-like head on his right arm. This mist has the ability to revive any dead corpse and heal all wounds instantly. When used, all infleunce of other people is removed, making those people 100 percent themselves again.
Strength of the Cosmos - Gabriel expells a red mist from the wolf-like head on his right arm, that increases his allies strength tenfold.
Blade of the Titan - Using his sword imbedded on his left arm, Gabriel can unleash devastating blows able to crush diamonds.
Gifting - Gabriel is able to give any of his followers a specific power or ability. This keys him into Gabriel and allows for Telepathy between them.
