• Reiatsu Color: Xiaoli's reiatsu is very strange indeed. When it pulses out from him, it seems like matrix code, neon green and matrix green in color is rising up around him. He personally says it is because of how his powers work. Other believe he could be a computer virus in human form.

• Inner World: Xiaoli's Inner world resembles a post apocalyptic London. Far more forgone then when Mana Mana destroyed it. If you left this area, you could explore the entire globe's apocalyptic setting. But step through the standing door to the clock tower within the Parliament Building, and an enormous library sits in wait, since intact as if one on another world.


• Sealed Zanpakutô Apperance : Due to his twin Zanpakutō, Indignation's blade will be here first followed by Crimson's. But now that he has a Contant Shikai state after his first release, the two weapons below are in fact never seen unless he chooses to seal them.

• Shikai Description:
Due to his constant Shikai state, Xiaoli grew tired of carrying a large lance and two pistols around, eventually using his Cybertech brain to invent the way to fus your Zanpakutō's being onto his person. This involves him ripping it apart in an un-harmful manner reishi particle by reishi particle and creating two fingerless gloves that now represent they're 'sealed state' in a way but not truly. He may instantly call his Zanpakutō's into his hand without even a thought. The bond between Xiaoli, Crimson and Indignation is a great one.

• PhantomTech: PhantomTech installed, augmented and ready for use at anytime. As Xiaoli is sponsered by the Ruinsgate family, The Gotei 13 and The Yuudeshi Clan, his PhantomTech is not as good as Shadin Yuudeshi's buts its not a piece of shit by comparison either. Its almost as good as Shadin's but a touch off base since some of the same upgrade Shadin has Xiaoli has yet to receive.

• Phantom Tech Abilities:

Super Processor: Funded by the Ruinsgate Family, The Yuudeshi Clan and Xiaoli's own cash flow, the man underwent an entire cycle of surgeries to acquire what he has. This most recent surgery specifically involved finally adding in a processor on par with Shadin's but with a few added kicks. Sure he can process things around him, his memories, decisions, thoughts, body language and all much faster compared to a normal person. But his main kicker, his the sole ability of his Telekinesis being extremely empowered by the Phantom Tech on top of the processing speed being so high. His own time actually slows down in his inner world, his brain and even his aging while he processes hundreds of terabytes in incoming data in less than a fifteenth of a second. This gives him personally a huge time gap between him and his target to plan, check, recheck then begin and even change plans mid stride.

The processing also helps his body find specific virus' of his creation within hi to use against his enemies in not even a moment. His brain creating new viral formulas every millisecond he is awake.

Viral Creation: Basically, Xiaoli creates living virus' that can transfer into computers unregistered and undetectable by all but the best computers. These virus could destroy a Cyberbrain or outright kill the person by destroying their brain from within as if a knife we stabbing it. These also work on the non Cyberbrains due to the computer like functions of the brain and the fact that there is electricity in the brain.

Viral Injection: This is when Xiaoli transfer his virus' dna structure electronically into a target, be in computer or person and the virus builds itself from within to seem as if it was a part of said computer/brain since day one. If Xiaoli is using lightning, then chances are he's got them ready in said lightning to be uploaded into you.

Viral Hacker: Using these virus' and infections, Xiaoli may actually erase people memories Via moving them to a normally non accessible part of the brain. He may even copy them to his own to edit them and send them back to overwrite previous memories of the infected. He may even wipe someones knowledge of their Zanpakutō, forcing them to allow on some other means to fight. But remember, this is a step by step process that starts in one thread and eventually reaches this point per encounter with that person and Xiaoli tweaking the 'setting' a bit more.
