The end and beginning of a long journey-- I want to learn Kidō !

Redd crunched through the forrest at a disserning pace. He was admitedly getting frazzled. After all the shinigami had been wandering the west rukon for quite some time, with nothing but the right generall direction and he wasn't even sure THAT was reliable. In all actuality It'd been days since he left his home at the squad 2 barracks to venture out in search of a woman who was rumored to be a Kidō expert.
Kukaku Shiba... where on earth are you? "
There'd been villagers upon villagers, directions upon directions but to no avail. Every place he'd been directed to so far was either a dead end or one of the fabled Kidō practitioners empty dwelling and his morale was starting to fade.
He'd previously been told that a northbound journey through the west rukon would bring him directly to the doorstep of the shiba family. Redd considered this by no means a reliable answer-- he'd been led astray before. But what could he do besides go along with it. "Why in GODS name couldn't people in the soul society have phones?!" The young male exclaimed throwing his arms up into the air.
This being completely out of Redd's usual nature seeing as he definitely WASN'T one to bitch and moan, But under the circumstances he saw it fit.

Redd squinted as an odd looking structure came into view, two gigantic blue-grey arms jutting from the earth held up a sign. a small dwelling being placed perfectly in the middle where ones head might have been. As these details passed through the males mind and were slotted together he began running at the place the could be nothing other than the house of the famous Kukaku Shiba.
Having already been quite exhausted from his journey Redd refrained from using shunpo, though it didn't take him long to reach his destination. Not long after arriving did he knock on a door, beating a short tune into its wooden surface.

Redd had been slightly startled at the unwelcome greeting he'd been given, but took the invitation none the less.
I WAS told she'd be slightly abrasive
He thought to himself as he twisted the knob, entering her dwelling. The fact that he'd been informed hadn't made it any less of a challange to accept.
Abrasive was an understatement, they must have confused "slightly abrasvie" with "Randomly occuring bitch"
Redd literally shook these thoughts from his head, scolding his own mind for its bad nature.
Closeing the door behind him his eyes roamed the room about him. Nothing special, it was as if it was any other home.. in fact it WAS any other home, though with an extraordinary woman living inside. He took his time finding a place to sit, being slightly caught up in his decision, having been told not to touch anything after all. He finally made his choice, taking a seat upon the floor as there was only one chair in the room and he assumed it was meant for the head shiba.
He smirked as the phrase head dog came to mind- relating shiba to a type of canine, and then head bitch. It some times amazed the young male at how fluently his mind connected random strips of knowledge.

The sound of water strikeing a surface, along with the dense freshness of filled the room. It was quite obvious someone was showering in the other room. Redd sat and twiddled his thumbs, mulling over what exactly he was going to say... He hadn't so far thought it through up to this point, though he was somewhere along the lines of " Hey I just met you and this is crazy.. but I wanna learn Kidō... so teach me maybe" He snickered to himself as the sound of water clashing into the porcelain floor ceased.

This was it.
He stood dusting himself off as to be as presentable as possible. In no way did he intend to seem unsavory to his may-be teacher.
The door opened and he started to speak, not yet noticeing how the female before him was dressed.
He'd remained dumbfounded for no more than two seconds. Having immediatly suspected foul play though this was done away with in a matter of seconds. After all he hadn't let on who he was in the slightest. Though if this WASN'T a planned action it couldn't have been a calculated move on her part. For all she knew he could have been an assassin- come to steal her virtue. There he went again- sometimes the wandering of his mind was a curse.

He brought his attention back to Kukaku, who now stood looking at him with a disserning glare. The girls busom seeming to burst out of the top of the towel-- the only thing that covered her feminine features. Makeing a point to maintain eyecontact-- lest his eyes journey elsewhere.
He sighed before speaking, now or never
" I've been told you're one of the best and... and I've come to request that you teach me Kidō ... I want to learn Kidō"
Certainly not the most subtle of approaches, but Redd was usually blunt in his everyday speech so this was a step up.

"Ohh you want to learn Kidō now do you? Well hon why should i teach you shit in the first place?.. Think of a good answer now, think really hard and then answer then once i get back i want to hear it ok?"

Kukaku had said this rather with a discerning air of amusement, For this was not the first time someone wanted her help with something Kidō related.Ichigo had been one of her more prominent visitors, but Oh ichigo how that knuckle headed dip shit had grown on her over the years. This runt reminded her oddly enough somewhat or rather slightly at least like the moronic pain in her ass when she first met him;As to say this man or .. kid who ever the fuck could tell with younge people now adays eh? Well ok as it was she wasn't really going to outright deny him yet, but still there was a issue of her having standards after fucking all. So she had done something rather simple to see if this visitor was just being a bitch. Or was truthfully wanting to learn some fucking shit which could be worth while after all.

His answer was not her problem, since she was not actually looking for the answer itself. But was seeing how this upstart would respond under pressure. Because heaven forbid, this person failed under pressure when she was actually teaching him something that could have some serious consequences. All of this was part of the standards she had set up for herself since the little orange haired brat had almost got himself blown up afew hundred years before. Funny yes, but some things you just never really fucking forgot what so ever. Ah well, anyways hopefully this upstart figured out that she was giving him a test. If not well, she could show him another test.. Well in meaning, The rear end of her boot up his ass like a probe. Not the most pleasant mental picture, but who was to say she was the kind of girl to deal with things in a pleasant visual manner aye?

So now kukaku had said those words, and thats all she said. But he did seem to have followed her bark of "Do not touch anything".. So maybe this little turd with a afro which was bigger then her boobs. Which was a acomplishment by themselves, would actually get the memo and reply or respond rather apropreitly. As there was more then being able to talk the talk if you will; You had to walk the fucking walk aswell. Or what the fuck was detication for in the first place? So this is one of the other few reasons As she had turned the knob, or well being she still was old fashioned, she pulled the sliding door open and walked into the confines of her room. Before with a quick gentle step she had Began to change, discarding the towel into a linen basket. And then shrugging on her usual attire. Man was it anoying to dress with only one arm, but ah the fuck well she was used to it. But now she paused for a second purposfuly. To give the little meat head some time to think their answer out.

Now she began to walk to the door.
Lets hope he had a good answer for her or .. Boot to the fucking ass hon! .

Redd hadn't been anticipating this, but even so the answer came to him almost immediatly. Still he waited, debating on whether or not his answer was the one he wanted to use. This was completely out of Redd's character, he lived in the belief that you should't dwell on choices in your life. In his expierience this had only caused him to take the safe, easy way out.

He took a deep breath, having been just about ready to answer when the female turned, to enter a room seprate from his own. His eyes has invoulintarily ventured down to the bottom end of her towel and his mind was invaded with countless thoughts and images of-

He was snapped from his stupor. This was definitly a down-side to being stuck in the body of a 16 year old. Almost no control over your own thoughts and musings. He'd been forced to fight his way out of unwanted fantasies for some odd 300 years, and over the course of that time he'd taught himself to quell the advances as far as physicall things went but there were times when his mind was tempted.

He'd been looking down at the ground for some time, and in fact it may have seemed as if he was deep in thought about what answer he was going to use but this had been decided long before his inner monologue concerning his daily troubles as a male.

He hadn't given the female a chance to say anything more as she stepped out to occupy the same space as him.
" I want to learn Kidō so that I can be the Second divisions strongest captian ever"
He cleared his throat, coming to the realization that he had STILL failed to tell her who he was.
He spoke again in an apologetic tone, though he didn't think she'd realized it herself.
"Forgive me. Redd Tseuken, Second division vice captian"
In doing this he reached out to her with his right hand, firmly grasping her own right hand. Giving it no more than four shakes he relinquished this hold he had on her.
He flashed a boyish smile at the girl as he ended this phrase, stepping back as to move out of her personal space.
"Well?"

.. "Well you seem to be honest,But hon realise the second you fuck up is the second i decide to give you the boot. I dont deal with people if they wont pay attention and work hard."

Kukaku had said, rather bluntly for the most part;As this kid had wanted to learn Kidō. And to boot from what she had gathered he seemed pretty sincere about what he was saying and doing. So in a sense he seemed like, he was someone who might be fun teaching; hopefully this didn't mean having to pummel someone into a pulp though lol. While though she had seemed reluctant at first to come to the decision, by no means did she over look anything or discredit the person in any way shape or actual form; they seemed to have came a long way to learn about Kidō, so i guess thats what they would do. At this point really, kukaku had accepted the decision she was about to say to the young upstart. how he took it however, was his problem entirely because kukaku was not gonna help him, but would teach him Kidō. So taking a deep long breath from her lungs she had now pausing a second began to speak.

"ok hon look i will teach you, but do not make me regret this or i will step on you, and then beat you to a bloody pulp caprende? "

Kukaku had now said, in a straight forward clear cut and open manner; Allowing the kid to know while she was being truthful, she was also not going to back down from the warning she gave him. Hopefully the kid would take it, and try his best to make good with what learning he was going to get; If not well, he would be in for a rough time with her. Either way his reaction in her opinion would be interesting to see.. So now striding over to the only chair which indeed was for the clan head. Pausing for a second, and bending her knee's in a graceful manner, had sat down. and then waited.

Redd remained silent, nodding at what she had to say. His eyes met hers as she spoke giving her the most sincere conformation that he could. His eyes never stood still, although he made eye contact- a determined glare glued to his face, They continued to flit about as if his irises moved but his pupils did not, they held an almost mesmerizing way to them that was distinctly Redd's own.
His eyebrows were cocked at the menion of him having only one chance.. at the current moment he guessed that he was of adept ability in Kidō, able to dish out spells up to 40's without an incantation, but he still thought he could be better. He gripped his zanpaktous hilt as the female turned to the chair-- away from him. He'd promised chizana that he would take her to the top, and that was exactly what he intended to do.
He spoke as she turned-- resting herself on the char behind her. He still hadn't moved at this time his side was facing her but he quickly changed this, not wanting to show disrespect or anger her. She was exactly what he needed and he feared she knew that... Redd hated feeling vulnerable.
So! When do we start ?
He spoke, a smile already forcing its way into his features by the time he reached the end of his phrase. Still keeping a tight grip upon the Red and gold patterned hilt, the sword making small clinking noises as it was jiggled around inside of its sheath.

what she said was short sweet and to the point. She was not one which wasted time, so naturally she spoke in a choppy mannerism to save as much time as she possibly could. Even though she was technically not going to age anymore, it still was a nuisance to waste any more time then was absolutely neccisary. there for all she said was one simple sentance, short and sweet but to the point all the same.

"..We start tommorow, pack your bags, get your things; and come back here by 6:00 am, ill be waiting here so dont make me wait on you."

After she had said what she wanted to say, she had pushed him out of the dojo, and then sat down on her chair, and took a puff from her pipe. Boy, this would be interesting.. it was always interesting.. to see how they would fare.
