First I would pay off all my debts which isn't a lot, then I would buy me a regular house nothing fancy or too expensive, buy a new ps3 and some games, then divide whats left over and put half in the bank and the other half i would invest it.

Get a new house, most definitely. If there are leftovers... I'll either put it in the right away, or purchase some other merchandise I would like THEN put it in the bank.
