Re-approving for a small change, that i gave him the go-ahead for(Time and Gravity ability=ies). if anyone feels he should change it, they can overrule my approval.

Moving this appilcation into the RP Arena as this is no longer like the previous application that was accepted. He may use it there for the duration of Shadin VS Aramand.
