How the Skill Levels work

When you make your app, you will most likely notice the Skill Level section. Leave these un-edited till your Application is finished and approved!
After approval, you will be asked to edit it and fill out your skill levels. Your possible skill levels are determined by your Tier and only give a BASIC overlook, so that you have a rough comparison between characters. Remember, however, that a Speed: Advanced would not mean a Speed: Beginner or Adept would get hit by anything and you could dodge anything. The key to battle is skill and tactic, not Skill Level.
These Rules are SET IN STONE unless two of the Admins or the Head-Admin say otherwise. Normal Mods can't give approvals for special Skill Levels.

Tier 5 Characters get only Beginner Skill Levels. The same counts for Tier 4, as they are only developing their power.
Tier 3 gets one Adept Skill.
Tier 2 gets one Advanced, and one Adept.
Tier 1 gets two Advanced, and two Adept.
Tier 0 gets one Master, two Advanced and the rest Adept.
