Custom Iramasha Gem

Name: Inner Shifting Gem
Type: Elemental Manipulation, Energy Manipulation
User Type: Toki Iramasha and those apart of his branch.
Info: One of the greatest gems that Toki's family ever created as it is their prized possession and currently only 3 exist in existance and one is currently in Toki's own possession.
Effects:This mighty gem allows a Iramasha to use another races abilities with chaos energy. As to say when someone like Toki uses it to improve their shapeshifting talents further by making a user of Kidō appear to use Kidō and a demon their demonic spells. But Toki and any other user can only use abilities up to their level of chaos control and cannot use abilities they have not at least studied or practiced a bit.
Drawbacks: A Kidō/demon spell can only be used once a post or every 5 posts twice at the cost of not using it the next one.

Well, bluntly, No. Using a chaos energy to use OTHER-RACIAL ABILITIES Is absurd and, just impossible. I don't like this one, sorry. xD
