• Reasons For Upgrading: Hakai Chikara has been apart of major threads, including one in the wasteland with a short lived fight against Zin Yuudeshi. He is the leader of The Monsuta, 0-2+ tier and has even taken up a challenge to verse Zefonse, one of the toughest 0-2+'s on the site.
  
  What Are You Upgrading: Hakai will be going for a Grand Master skill in Hakuda, hand to hand combat. That is all I want, really.
