New Organization/Team Discussion (Human Org/Team)

The Illuminati, a secret organization that was founded on May 1, 1776 in Ingolstadt created between 5 initial members. It was made up of freethinkers as an offshoot of the Enlightenment seems to have been modeled after the Freemasons. Everyone in the Illuminati took a vow of secrecy and pledged to be obedient to their superiors.

The Illuminati Order has been secretly backing different governments and people behind the scenes, trying to shape the world into a better place and trying to make it so that everyone would live in peace. They have been known as key figures in conspiracy theory movement, Myron Fagan, devoted his latter years to finding evidence that a variety of historical events from Waterloo, The French Revolution, President John F. Kennedy's assassination and an alleged communist plot to hasten the New World Order.

This is the rough idea that i have for a new 'team'. Team meaning that it won't be big like an organization, at least not in the amount of rp characters that it boasts on the site, it will still be a big organization. But the amount of characters that it can have only limits it to being a 'team' for now.

Anyways, i want some opinions on how you think it should be, i got the main hierarchy situated and honestly i'd like to keep it mainly within the human realm, meaning only humans. But as people have probably taken notice of, this site isn't very popular along the line of the human race in this forum. I have thought of a way to get around that, but i want some help deciding to make sure.

With the Hierarchy i was thinking that only a few actually needed to have 'powers' as in that something like Sciences, if someone wanted a human or a character without any powers, then that role could be filled if there personality fit into that role.

Another thing i was thinking of his having it be a open 'team' meaning that people from other organizations would be in the Illuminati and in the other organization, but the Illuminati would be the main one, and if called to arms would answer to the Head of Council.

All of “The Seven” have equal power within the council. Everyone has equal power in the organization except for a single person, that person is the Head of Council, he has the power to veto anything that is said by the other people in “The Seven” and he is the leader of the organization, when people make a pledge to the Illuminati, it is front of The Head of Council.

Military - The person in charge of Military is the person in charge of the army; if the Illuminati are called to arms then he/she is the one to lead them into battle. When people in the Illuminati hear about this person they will shake in fear.

Spiritual - Is in charge of the research and development of reishi based materials, weapons, and defenses. The second part of the Spiritual department is also in charge of the relations between the other organizations, if Illuminati ever reveal themselves.

Scholarship - Is in charge of finding and recruiting special people into the Illuminati, they travel the world in order to find different people that they think can help further their cause.

Finances - The person in charge of the Finances is the person that is paying for everything; usually this person holds places in many key companies, they are high up and make a huge amount of money, enough to fund the entire organization and then some.

Training – Once they are recruited and then go through the process of taking the Oath in front of the Head of Council they begin being trained in different things, being taught how to fight against those who are spiritually aware as well as training their eyes in order to see the spirits, if they have not already been able.

Sciences – These are the people that go about upgrading themselves, these are in charge of research and development of equipment, potions, and enhancements for humans that don’t have any powers.

Patriarchs – Patriarchs are in charge of the overall policing of the organization as well as mainly watching over the people that are not fully human. They are a secret, even within the organization only some of the key people know about them. None of the non human people are ever told about these people.
