Aivee's got a something or five to say and get off her chest. Keep in mind this is slightly ranting, but I need to get it out. My compute ris lagging really hard so sorry for typoes. Also, this is just me getting this shit off my chest, before I implode : and Ireally think member should be able to read this too, since it also concerns them.

First : Workload
- What the fuck. Is wrong. With people? I can understand circumstances in life, but fucking seriously? Just sitting around all day and doing nothing? Fuck I'm DISGUSTED. Frost gets on, wears himself out, because next to none of us have the drive to motherfucking pick up shit on our own. Fucking hell, why can't anyone smart the fuck up and try to take the lead? Frost is damn near keeling over and none of us have the fucking decency to fucking help the guy out. Fuck, I'm disgusted at this, including myself. Fucking idiotic. This has to motherfucking change and I need to get more out. I'm getting fucking stuck by thte ooc ethics of shit, instead of just doing what I am supposed to do.

Second : Atttiude

I Agree About This Much!

Workload: Yeah, I've noticed this as well. You (Aivee) and JJ currently do the most staff work of any regular staff member, while some people don't really do anything. That's all I'm going to say on that topic.

Attitude: Same as above, only a few things to say on this. Honestly, the dick jokes and so-called 'trolling' aren't really bad. As a matter of fact, they're good! They provide laughs, and honestly, friends act like that with each other. I love it when people act like this, its absolutely hysterical; granted sometimes its just stupid, but it's no big deal. Meanwhile, I agree on something else. I do get slightly annoyed when people just feel like whining while in the xat, yet don't actually do anything to fix their problem. People should learn to get off the xat once in awhile.

Guests: If a guest acts like a troglodyte, they get TREATED like a troglodyte. It's really that simple.

1st: Yeah, I'm sorry, but I still have to agree with the workload where things are with the site at the moment. Apart from Pockeh, Blade, JJ, Aiv and myself; I really feel some the workload amongst staff is kind of fucked. I'm not saying not everyone is doing their jobs or the other factors we went over in the staff meeting, but you really gotta look and see that Aiv is doing admin, moderator, advisor AND Janitor jobs in one. Not to mention that JJ is working like three or four Janitors and Moderators put in one person. Even despite myself feeling tired, I've tried some day's just to lessen up the load on them since they are really doing near my level of work someday's when I was grinding on PH. I'm also unsure how long Pockeh is going to be able to actively keep up face-claims by himself mostly as even he said to me that after he was gone for two or three days there were claims starting to be backed-up. I'll let him speak for himself on that one, though, since I don't like speaking for other people and was just using this as a possible example.

Also, I really don't think people are getting a good picture on just how exhausted my body is at the moment. Ever since Fall I've felt my body steadily declining in overall energy; there are some cycles where it goes away, but I've been reminded of how bad it's been over the past 1-2 weeks as I've noticed myself sleeping for 11-14 hours at a time, sometimes barely having the energy to even do my regular daily routine and it's been effecting alot of things going on in my life to the point where it's starting to become on a physical level as I noticed this morning I started spitting up blood. In short, I got alot of stress on me from this site, the stress I have in my real life, the mental stress I've been going through and trying to over come in addition to a bunch of other circumstances/bullshit those who know me personally realize I'm going through.

So people can make all the excuses they want, but if you can't handle the workload, for the love of god don't stay in staff just because you feel you deserve it or because you want the power.

And seriously, you college kids that keep saying that is getting in the way need to HARDEN THE FUCK UP OR STEP DOWN as others, including myself, have had alot more then that going on and still found time get their shit done. Even Genpaku/Blank/Dai had the decency to step down when they both knew they were getting in too over theirheads; which is why I went soft on them because the two had alot of serious shit going on on top of college and was surprised they were still around.

I'd also like to note, however, some people have been improving. As this isn't entirely a negative rant, I'd like to note that Pockeh has greatly stepped up his game from how I felt about him in the Fall when I thought he wasn't doing much of anything on the site. I've also seen Shirou doing an awesome job at advising to the point where I'm ready to make him Head Advisor, Dai has been doing a great job at advising and at least Chaozi is trying to get himself together and I can't fault him for that. I just wish I could have some to rest and not worry about what would happen to the site if I stopped doing my job OR took a break for to rest up. And as of now, I cannot honestly say I'd be relaxed with how things are if I were to take a break or temp-leave to get my body some rest.

2nd: The attitude is a touchy subject I suppose. The cock jokes for me aren't really suppose to be taken that seriously. If I could put it in better terms, it's just suppose to be random blurbs that come from my mind or other people's mind just to make some lulz. I can agree to watching myself more with the jokes, but I will not be stopping them all together. Additionally, the trolling should be moderated a bit better, but I know I'm the wrong person for this campaign so I'll let someone else deal with it as I haven't the energy to cover this topic. And finally, I hate those edgy faggot to that act they have the hardest life in the xat and try to tell other people to hush up about when their feeling feel angtsy. They can suck the lowest part my cock, dude.

3rd: As for Guest? The only thing I can really comment on is to just watch what a guest is doing. For example, I noticed that Blade ended up banning someone who was obviously a friend of another member and they were fucking around like me and Moose usually do. Therefore, just have a bit of trigger control before you shoot someone off the xat. If it comes to it, I will simply take us off xat listings to avoid having more xat nubs in the place as it used to be a fun past time banning these nubs, now it's starting to hurt our business a bit.

Anyway, that's all I have to say about this rant.

As for solutions?

I believe that all of the work that is currently going on in these staff meetings should be resolving issues in regards to the work going on. If nothing comes from all of these discussions, meetings, actions, heart-felt confessions and etc; then I just give up on even ever trying to fix this issue and will have no idea what to do at that point. Therefore, over the course of the next few weeks, we as a team of staff will really need to prepare ourselves for the upcoming Summer months where our strength will truly be put to the test when the Summer rush comes in. I'll also expect if people can't toughen up, I'll just end up dropping ineffective staff with fair enough warning.

As for attitudes? Like I stated in the reply to the rant, I will try myself to watch my own jokes more, but I don't expect myself honestly to stop cold turkey. We can also try being a bit more strict on these issues whenever you see problems like this happening in the xat. Other then that, I'm unsure what to do about it unless it happens gradually over a course of time like most of the other things that occur with our group dynamic. Also, keeping it in your short-term memory might help as we tend to really forget about this thing as more urgent matters always pop up before we can even start doing anything about that.

Finally, I can help with the guest by just removing us from xat listings if need be like I stated. I'll also make it harder for xat nubs to find us and remove the OOC Role Playing xat.

1) I've already stated my current problems, and when I'll be making Temp. Leaves and such, so that's all I can say about myself on that issue. Now, as for something in Frost's reply about Face Claims. Yes, it did get backed up at that time because of two things. I had my wisdom teeth come in and was far too screwed up on painkillers, and I don't think others realize that they can approve and/or deny claims and reserves. IF YOU'RE ORANGE ON THE XAT, YOU CAN APPROVE AND DENY THEM. I'll also be shooting a PM reminding the staff about that. Now, as for other's workload, I can't speak for anyone else but myself, so I can't comment on what they do, BUT I agree with Frost and saying that the meetings we've been having (and the time of year coming up) will be working those kinks out.

2) I've acted in those sorts of 'gang-trollings' before, so I will apologize for when I have done it. However, I will say this: If you can't take it, don't dish it out. This isn't directed towards anyone in specific, but I have noticed a few people that troll and will get in the troll-fests, but when it comes to THEM being trolled, it's a whole different story. If you participate, you aren't going to be treated as a special cupcake when it comes to trolling you. While we do need to cut out on some of it, we shouldn't take it completely out. And yes, I agree on the getting off if you're having a bad day...to an extent. Sometimes getting on will help, but if you're doing nothing but getting pissed off, then get the hell out of there. We had a rule about that, at one time. If all you're going to do is whine and not do anything, as Gin said, get out of Xat. I hate to sound like an as- No, I don't hate to. I have to. If you're going to think you should be a special cupcake when you're having a bad day, whining, and expect everything to revolve around you, then get your head out of your god-dammed ass and look at reality.

3) Guests, this is a tricky subject. I've been dealing with the same types of guests for years. It's rather easy to tell who is a damn moron, who is a troll, and who could be interested. A general rule goes to three things: If they're a moron, they'll have obnoxious names (smilies, over-glowed names, etc.) and/or a picture of them IRL. If they're a troll, they'll have names such as "Adolphin Hitler" and a standard xat picture. The final class is the hardest. If they don't have either of the rules, THAT'S when you offer and not insta-ban in my experience. Now, as Aivee said, we don't need to start counter-trolling the guests. If they troll, you ban. That's what you do. Don't go down to their level.

2) This is a person-by-person thing. If you're having a bad day and won't do anything about, get the fuck out of xat. If you persist, action should be taken against you. Basically, make sure we don't have the xat filled with pointless babble about depression, bad days, etc. when that person won't do anything.

3) Follow my guidelines, they're simple and have worked without fail in my experience.

Wow. For a rant thread.. XD

Lemme make this clear : I don't expect shit to instantaneously stop. Well, some cases I do, like the guest banning trigger happy spree. At least let people who have it handled, handle it. I'm just pointing out things that irritate the fuck out of me, and seem to mostly contribute negatively to the site. One thing I'm seeing misunderstood is the trolling/cock jokes.

I AM NOT ASKING YOU TO STOP THEM COMPLETELY. I AM ASKING, HOWEVER TO NOT SPAM THEM EVERY 30 SECONDS FOR 30 MINUTES. IT'S CALLED MODERATION.

I as much as the next person love to shiznit someone.. but it's called moderation. If someone seems to get annoyed, stop it. Courtesy, respect of others, and well, moderation. It's not saying ''ew it's bad stop it forever!'' it's more like ''too much makes you sick, try to keep a balance.''

So yeah. Erm. I don't have much of another response since I'm drained as all hells. I might have something later, but I want more MEMBERS to post in this, since this stuff concerns you guys just as much as it concerns staff.
