Aivee here, with a startling broadcast! We are currently looking for the top guns of this month! Which staff member is the best one this month? Who's the one that you know needs some love? Well now, I bet you're alive with sensation! If you're wondering how to nominate, here's the idiot proof guide on how to nominate!

Usually I NEVER post in the SOTM nominations or Finals because I honestly feel that my vote should go to somebody deserving it. That is why I'm surprised I'm voting right now in fact, but my nomination goes to Aivee as her presence in the staff meeting was formidably known, she has easily bumped up her level in the past few weeks to a very noticeable amount and in all honesty:

A Janitor just made the OTM threads. That doesn't happen usually, she has stood out from the rest to be given tasks her rank doesn't even do.

Massive thumbs up Aivee, The entire site respects your work.

Since I want at least three different votes, so that all the places can be filled, I will gather my thoughts and nominate someone that's been over looked.

Now as much as an emotional teen jerkface he's been lately, we can't forget about the guy that kind of still gets on. Even when he's banned. Like dear gods, why is he still getting on? I dunno, but the kid's determined and still does staff work, although nothing else due to time constraints.

Now this guy's journey is a long way, and maybe he doesn't deserve it this month, but I just wanna mention this guy.

NOW.

My nomination was HARD as hell to pick, but that's because I was torn between two people really, really hard. But in the end, I had to give props more to one then the other, and well, I can't. You are both equally amazing this month, considering circumstances, so please forgive me for my slight bias. And well, with this, here I roll!

After everything that we have been through this month I believe I have come to a decision at long last on who I want to be the SOTM of the month of April 2012. After much thinking and consideration, I seriously think Aivee should be SOTM as she's been doing the job of an admin, an advisor, a moderator AND a Janitor in one. If you've been in any of the staff reason, it would be more apparent on why this should be. Additionally, I wish I could vote for JJ as well since he has been doing the work of 8 people, so he deserves a mention this month as well. In anycase, I hope you both do well in the OTM's this month and wish the both ya' luck in this little contest of ours. Duces.
