Personality: Vincent is nothing if not determined. His determination outclasses any of his other emotions or attributes, and sometimes even overrides his common sense. If he feels something needs to be done by him, it will be done, such as training in the alps for 30 years just to find inner peace. It was his great determination that helped him achieve everything in his life. And it his great determination that fuels his mercenary life. He still occasionally has the impulse to help those that need it, but still can't find a way to pay him back. His determination allows him to focus on Not helping the people, and instead doing something to occupy his time.
Vodka is bad for Vincent, for Vincent is an angry drunk. When he drinks (which he doesn't do lightly), he becomes an intense rage-a-holic that only cares about hurting people. Some might say that drinking reverts his personality back to when he was a human and took revenge on those that hurt him. Vincent would agree with those people. He doesn't always drink mostly for this reason. Though when he does drink, Vodka is his favorite liquor.
When Vincent is not in battle, he is generally a pretty chill guy. Though his pride (which is huge, btw. Just like his dick) gets in the way of this sometimes, he generally just wants to relax and achieve as much pleasure out of his after-life as possible. He enjoys to party, just like any other guy would. Oddly enough, Vincent has never tried any form of recreational drug, and detests them. He fears what would become of him if he gets angry when he only drinks.
In battle, Vincent is careful and cautious. His movements are of maximum efficiency, and he is careful to not waste energy of any form. He carefully moniters his reiatsu, and makes sure to not let it be used against him, such as in a sonar fashion. Very swift, he tries to kill as quickly and efficently as possible, not giving the opponent a chance at all, if he can help it.

Background/History: Vincent Valentine was born a few centuries before Aizen devoted his time and resources to attempt to take over the world. During these years, the world was in another war. FOrtunately, Vincent wasn't even a part of that shit. He focused his time and efforts when growing up on how to deal with certain tragedies that had already effected his life. These included the abilities to see and speak to spirits, shinigami, hollows, etc. As the years passed by and Vincent learned from his schools in Witchita Kansas that seeing ghosts was not normal. The amount of torture and mindfuckery he received each day was enough to drive anyone insane.
And then it finally happened. It was too much for Vincent to take. The pain, abuse, and torture had reached a climax. Breaking down, his sanity eroded, destroying all sense of right and wrong. Only knowing that he wanted cold blooded revenge, he used his special newly-found knowledge of traps and devised a substitute-chloroform. Knocking three particularly nasty bullies out one day after foot-ball practice, he locked them inside of the Church Cellar and waited for them to awaken patiently. As their eyes fluttered open, the first image all three saw was him sitting in a chair, sharpening a very long blade. With a grin and a face full of malice, he used that blade and the next three hours in carving the boys up in such a fashion they would live, have horribal scars and wounds, and Live to Tell The Tail. Then he snuck around the town, kidnapping children, carving the same scars, and violently killing them. Pretty soon, the village people caught onto his tricks, andsentenced him to death after prosecuting him in a VERY biased jury.
Fortunately, he was on the priority list that night, and a Shinigami found him nearly right away. Performing Soul Buriul, Vincent's angry spirit went to Rugongai. Living the life of the 40 Districts. Wealthy, yet humbled. And then he met them. The children. The children he had killed. Having no memory of any event before their death's, the children didn't remember who Vincent was. Vincent was nervous. As the days went by, he became haunted by what he had done. Needing to repent for his sins, Vincent applied at Shinigami academy.
Studying hard, training diligently, and never letting go of the dream is what kep Vincent going through the acadamy. After nearly 40 yeras, he graduated from the academy with his impressive Zenjutsu and a powerful shikai. Being pointed in the direction of his barracks, Vincent headed off to Squad 11, 5th seat. Training with the powerful squad, his Zanjutsu increased over his former skill level. As he slayed more and more hollow they didn't think he could handle, they sent him after Demons. During this time, he adapted to their fighting style, and was sent on all Demon hunting assignments for his job.
When he was 412 years old, he met a particularly powerful demon. The demon was named Zarek, and held great significance in Vincent's life. Intent on killing the demon, Vincent had no idea about the significance in his life this demon was to hold. Despite his best efforts, Vincent couldn't defeat the damn thing. Zarek was simply too strong for Vincent to win. Deciding to toy with him, the demon taunted Vincent, calling him weak and pathetic before striking a blow that should have been lethal. Despite the demon's best efforts, however, Vincent survived. He struggled onwards, intent on not dying that day. The demon saw promise in his spirit, and knew that if enough power, nothing would be able to stop the man. Or the demon if he took over the man.
Surprising Vincent, the demon offered to make a deal with him. The deal simply was (or at least, as long as Vincent was concerned) that Zarek would join with Vincent, and the two would fight once more. Whover had the strongest willpower would claim victory over the cashe of power that the two created. Blood gushed from the wounds they had both received, their battles being long, epic, and laborous. In the end, however, Vincent unleashed his shikai at a very opportune moment, and defeated the demon. Having control of all the powers that flowed throughout his body, he became much stronger. Shortly after that, he used the demon's powers as an influence, and achieved his bankai. Quitting Squad 11, he left the world in order to train it properly, for if he lost control with it bad enough, terrible things would happen.
Taking on a lifestyle composed of Zen philosophies and total isolation, the training went diligently for nearly 30 years. He sacrificed many friendships and luxuries for his strength, solely focused on achieving forgiveness. His time in the Alps on Earth (for that is where he trained and whatnot) were home to many avalanches, all caused by his intense training. It was in fact he who spawned many new legends about a yeti or Beast of the snow. This allowed him to remain isolated, for all feared to climb the mountains in case of Avalanches and the "Snow Beast".
Finally, after 30 years of training and coming to peace with his Zanpakuto spirit and inner demon, he achieved spiritual oneness.Having fully mastered utilizing his powers in conjunction with each other, he became the perfect warrior of his abilities. Leaving his Zen lifestyle, he reconnected with the world, and tried to slay hollows, demons and use Soul Burial as much as possible. Everythin had changed. Technology ruled this hollow-filled world now. Unfortunately, it still didn't seem to be enough for him. He still felt like an asshole for what he did to those kids. Deciding to not rejoin squad 11 when he was offered the position again, he instead watched over the spirits of the kids that he had killed when he was human.
Unfortunately, his inner Demon, Zarek, had different plans for him. One night when Vincent got a little too drunk, he took over the body and slaughtered the children, justifying it with them being Distractions. When Vincent regained control of his body (a mere four seconds too late), he was horrified. He had essentially killed these children twice. These children were the catalyst for why he trained, and he surely loved them. Enraged, Vincent challenged the Demon to one more battle inside of his mind. This time though, he outright killed the demon. His spiritual one-ness was destroyed. No longer did he have that inner piece he trained so hard and so long for. With his Shikai's help, he managed to absorb every ounce of the demon's powers, regaining complete control.
After that, he had enough. He was done with Soul Society. Done with protecting humanity, and most of all, done with his Zen lifestyle. Throwing it all away, he adopted a Mercanery's life. First come, first serve. He would kill hollows if it meant he got something out of it or if they were in his way, but otherwise he didn't really care. Leavng Soul Society, he made a new home on Earth, far away from the mountains. His home was based in a dome that once held the great country of Russia. It was during these recent years that Vincent discovered one thing. He really liked Vodka.
Ziamichi Spirit: A sly SOB, this Dragonic Demon put the slithery in snakes. He manipulated entire legions of Dragon Demons in hell, and manipulated Vincent completely from the moment he met him until the moment he was killed. Zarek craved power, and wanted it absolutely. The reason for the deal he made with Vincent was because he wanted Vincent to become corrupted completely in order to fulfill Zarek's legacy as a badass mofo, and you know the saying. Power Corrupts, and Absolue power corrupts Absolutely. He let Vincent kill him in order for his power to taint Vincent's and push him closer to the edge of insanity, that way he could rule any world he wished. Not much else is known about him, taking in account he was mainly silent during his years as both a demon and Ziamichi spirit. The only thing Vincent honestly knew about him was that he was strong.

Ziamichi History: Zarek was a king. As a Demon, he was the scourge of hell, claiming his rule of all Dragon-based Demons. He led them victoriously into many battles throughout Hell, even going so far as to devour other Demons. He ruled the fiery land with an iron fist. And then, some idiot shinigami left the gate to hell open too long, and Zarek escaped Hell, crushing the puny shinigami's skull with it's hand swiftly as a reward for freeing him, he disappeared. As a king, his power and rule was tested many times in Hell, and he had to prove himself repeatedly. from these fights and these provings did he learn mastery and complete control of his powers, which he used on Earth to stay hidden until he longer lead to. Free on Earth since the early sixteen hundreds, he spawned legends of Dragons and beasts on earth, aside from Hollow's and whatnot. Reveling the fear he produced, his time to stay hidden would soon be over. Revealing himself 300 years later, a massacre of pain and torture was unleashed onto the world.
He had killed many creatures in his lifetime, killed them without contempt or sadness. Or at least, until he met Vincent. After an epic battle with Vincent, the demon saw potential in Vincent. Most of all though, he saw a way to attain a power higher then his own. Making a deal with the Shinigami, he tricked the poor soul into allowing him into his life. Helping Vincent achieve bankai, Zarek tainted and influenced his full release, pushing him closer to the edge of foregoing his Zen lifestyle, Zarek wanted Vincent to kill again. He wanted him to murder, so that Zarek could live through him. Knowing Vincent wouldn't achieve the power he needed until Zarek died and the shinigami absorbed them all, he took over Vincent's body and killed the children Vincent wanted to protect so badly. Outraged, Vincent had rejected his old life completely, and slaughtered Zarek. Absorbing his powers completely, Vincent now has full control of the powers owned by the creature that was once inside of him.

Ziamichi powers: Ironically, Zarek was a holy dragon of light and redemption. He could weild holy energy as if it were nothing, which made him so powerful in Hell. He ruled his legions with the ability to regenerate swiftly, manipulate photons and plasma completely, as well as summon and control other Dragons made of light and fire.

Forms: Berserker form:
When Vincent transforms into his Berserker form, his close-combat and meelee skills are increased tenfold. His bodily functions and speeds are increased as well as refined, giving him only the minimum wasting of physical energy. In essence, he becomes the perfect physical warrior. In this form, he cares nothing for himself, and will attack everyone and everything with an anger that mutilates him from the inside. He only wants one thing in this form, Destruction. While in this form, he has none of Zarek's true powers, besides breathing an intense fire from his mouth. He gains an Ax instead of zanpakuto, for it is locked in this form. This ax is incredibly strong, and will take a lot to break it.
Beast Form:
After transforming into his beast form, Vincent gains the ability to charge and fire plasma bolts from his mouth as well as fire. These bolts can burn through and electrocute when contact is made. He also retains his ability to breathe fire. Vincent acquires some regenerative abilities, though not nearly as well as Zarek's were. Minor wounds heal nearly instnantly. In this form, Vincent is capable of summoning 9 dragons at once, before he needs a serious rest. These dragons have all stereotypical dragon abilities: Fire breathing, Flight, and super strength/jaw power, as well as a unique ability to each. These dragons can be of three variaties. These are: Atra Dragons: With the unique abilty of expelling lightning from it's mouth. Incendia Dragons: With the unique ability of firing balls of molten lava from it's mouth. Niveus Dragons: These dragons can harden their feathers and fire them at the opponent.
Assassin form:
This form does not rely on stealthy purposes alone to be used. It can also be used for close, hand to hand combat in which Vincent wishes to keep his mind. While in this form, Vincent has the beginning stages of his photon and light-related abilities. While in this form, Vincent can refract the photons that come close to his body and render himself invisible. He even has the ability to influence infrared and become invisible from that equipment as well. Either from his fingers, mouth, tail-tip or eyes, Vincent can manipulate photons in such a fashion as to create a beam of light, which can range intensity from A flashlight to a Lazer, capable of cutting through tempered steel. In this form his regenerative abilities are about midway to full powered, and he can regrow limbs at this point.
Knight Form:
If Vincent had a "Final Form", this would be it. While in this form, he gains a sword roughly four feet long as well as armor made from dragon scales. While in this form, Vincent has full manipulation of his Light, Plasma, and regenerative abilities. In conjunction with his bankai, his regenerative abilities are so great that he actually has a special ability that lets him come back from the dead ONE TIME and ONE TIME ONLY.
While in this form, he has the capability of summoning 4 dragons (still the same species and abilities as in beast form) and heal other people with a holy light he emits from his body. This healing isn't so great, roughly about the same strength as his Assassin form. In this form, he can charge plasma bolts in his hands or mouth and fire them, which burn through or electrocute his opponents on impact. He retains his lazar abilties from Assassin form, and if need be, even fire lazars from the blade of his sword.

Control: 10 due to killing the spirit.

Ziamichi Class: (Ranging from E to the weakest and A to the strongest; With S being a special class of demons. Don't do anything to this, the staff will decide how strong your demon will be from how good your application is and how good your role playing skills are.)

Drawbacks:[/b] The only drawbacks from using these forms is the reiatsu draining. These forms and abilities drain his reiatsu like a motherfucker, and he had to go into intensive training to boost his reiatsu, and even that wasn't enough. He has very limited time in each of these forms, and if he stays in them too long, his reiatsu will burn out and he will die.

Roleplay Sample: Vincent loved this dream, it always took place in the same familiar spot. He would open his eyes and find himself in the same chair, with the same popcorn, the same bottle of dr. pepper and the same empty arena. He would sit a top in the grand stand and watch epic battles between numerous foes. Every night a different coupling of the most unlikeley combatants would square off in a fight to the death all for Vincent's approval. He enjoyed this, it fed his ego which grew with the vodka he drank, delivered by an esteemed butler that looked somewhat like Morgan Freeman.
Tonight's match up? Boba-Fett vs the Listerine Man. Both gladiators began by choosing their weapons. Boba chose a war bison and lance. For Listerine man, he chose an albino ostrich and grenade launcher.To say the least, the battle was really one sided. Boba charged with the lance to be pwned by a grenade shot from a top an albino ostrich. Let's say it was a valiant death. Gaining the approval of Vincent, he was rewarded with a swift death via a large dragon appearing behind him in a flurry of fire, delivering a dragon claw through the stomach, slitting him from naval to nose. With a roar of joy, Vincent awoke with a start. A large grin as he remembered his dream quite clearly, he began his morning rituals to begin his day.


SHINIGAMI

Zanpakutô Spirit: Monachus is a demonic monkey spirit that dwells within the vast jungles of Vincent's inner spirit world. Inner world: In this inner world, time does not move. Ever. Vegetation does not grow, the clouds do not move, the wind does not blow, night never falls, the creatures that live in it (besides Monachus and occasionally Vincent) are immobile, frozen in time. No sound travels through this world, and all communication is done through telepathy.
Monachus is a monkey. 'Nuff said. He is a mischevious being whom loves nothing more then to screw with other people and commit pranks. Rarely insightful, Monachus would rather Vincent use his powers for trickery and assholism then battle, though will not stop him if he needs the power to survive. Slightly perverted, for Monachus it is always mating season, and constantly reminds Vincent of that with incessent nagging about :not getting laid enough". Though he has no need to, Monachus can eat and does eat, growing his own fruit rapidly with his abilities in the inner world. Since he is inconsistent on choices and decisions, Vincent doesn't know what his favorite food is. Prone to anger quickly, Monachus has the rage of a thousand monkeys, and will destroy and rebuild his world if he is angered enough.
Sealed Zanpakutô : In it's sealed state, Monachus is a simple katana ranging in size from two to two and a half feet long. Very basic, as all sealed zanpakuto are, the only difference is the wooden sheath and hilt.

Shikai Description:

Shikai Abilities: After gaining his double-sided scythe, Vincent gains three abilities. Two go in conjunction with each other, and take the form of a glow on each side of his scythe. The top glows red adn indicates speed, while the bottom glows blue indicating slow. When smashed against the ground, a time field appears surrounding Vincent 10 meters cubed. This field has the capability of slowing down/speeding up whatever enters it, including Vincent. This field either doubles speed or slows everything down into a ratio of 5 minutes per every minute that passes. The third ability of his shikai is a deflection ability. When Vincent spins his scythe, he can catch projectiles and the like with the clawed end and send it back at the opponent. Works well with techniques up to Kido level 40 and lower (and equivelent).
Release: Rudo, Monachus

Bankai:

Bankai Abilities: Vincent's Bankai is a mixture of his time powers and demon powers, due to Zarek helping him unlock the powers. In this form, he gains 5 abilities. The first two abilities are his time fields range becomes augmented, and time becomes doubled. (Speed = quadroupled, Slow = 1 minute = 10 minutes). Instead of hitting the ground with his sword, the timefield merely radiates from the blade. The other three abilities are: Worm hole generation. By slashing his scythe, Vincent can create a wormhole approximately the size of his sword. The second wormhole (he can only make two) may only appear where Vincent can see. His fourth and fifth abilities are more in direct relation to his Demon powers then anything. His fourth power is purely offensive. By sliding a hand down the blade of his sword, he can charge the blade with an electrical, plasma energy that may be held in the steel to augment strikes, or released in a blast of energy. His final power is a direct corrolation with his knight form. In conjunction with his bankai, his regenerative abilities are so great that he actually has a special ability that lets him come back from the dead ONE TIME and ONE TIME ONLY.

Sorry but i have to interfere here. The characters name is Vincent valentine and his appearance is that of Final Fantasy's Vincent valentine. Either change the name or change the appearance because your linking your character too close with the real thing which causes copyright problems.
