Still got it, but man I need to get back into shape...
Though the vizard didn't look like he was going to have a heart attack, he did show signs that he had been needing a quick breather. He wiped his brow, as the battle seemed to cool down he regrouped with the others. At the very least there was a consensus with having to fight against the hollows. But Andrew still was very curious about the girl though. He had seen some incantations before, but the Latin was something that was unfamiliar with. He was about to ask her about where the incantation came from when he saw something wrong with Tawny. His dark brown eyes studied her, wondering if the fight too more out of her than he originally thought. His concern became more apparent however as the blood appeared.
Almost immediately Andrew acted on her behalf. He didn't know who or what she was, but the fact that they all fought side by side meant that they were not enemies. Though he didn't have much experience when it came to understanding and healing injuries. However, he did know some basic things. As she swayed, he moved behind her so that she wouldn't fall down with any great force and set her down carefully. He located the wound and using pressure worked on trying to stop the bleeding. As he kept pressure on Tawny's wound, he turned his head as he spoke to Yuri. "I don't know if you have any experience in the fourth division. I can keep pressure on her wound, but if you know of a hospital or a place with medical supplies nearby that would definitely help."

||Silhouette of Light||

The night was ever cascading into deeper darkness, The Dark Enforcer didn't even know what time it was now, Too hard to tell at this point. Taking a deep breath to refresh himself from that little battle, The shinigami takes a quick look around; Spotting his sheathe of Teion-en being about two feet to his right. He shrugged it off lightly, Looking over at Tawny as she was placing another "Seal" on the incapacitated hollow behind him. Yuri's eyes widen slightly in curiosity, Watching the hollow become eaten from the inside out with some intense light. He defiantly would have to inquire about that, Yuri would explode if he didn't. Yuri and Andrew were the first two back at the meaning point before Tawny herself glided over. The Silhouette gently placed his right hand on his hip, Leaning to the corresponding side before casting his eyes towards Tawny as she spoke. Tawny. Now that he had time to digest the names of these two newcomers, That name seemed very familiar to him. In response to that thought, Yuri's eye brow rose every so slightly towards her. Something was clearly wrong with her, She could finish her sentence, let alone stand. Before he could move in to attempt to stabilize her, Andrew already entered the scene, attempting to help her apparent re opened wound.
"No problem. But, What do you mean target ?"
He direct the question obviously at Tawny, Even though she was needing help for the moment. Andrew then inquired about the knowledge of healing Kidō or medical housing. Yuri shook his head in acknowledgement towards both of those things, But, He did know a bit of first aid treatment. Walking over to grab his sheathe, He picks it up quickly before going back to the attention of Tawny. Shifting his attention to her wound, Yuri takes off the white ribbon that was tied around the sheathe for a make-shift bandage; Tying the ribbon around her body with a slightly tight embrace, Yuri then stands up before pivoting on his heels, sheathing his Zanpakutō.
"That should do for now, I should get you to the Vanguard Base quickly- More resources and highly trained people then myself in the arts of Medical techniques. Oh yeah, Totally forgot. My Name is Yuri Tsukuyomi- Warden of the Northwest within the Vanguard."

- ''Ah?'' she said. She was even unsure was to when she had fallen. There were hands touching her, helping her. She let out a chuckle, and slowly her hand patted the side of the male [Andrew, that was his name right? It had only been chucked at her briefly before combat. What was his last name? Takahashi? Tawny had a good memory for names. She always had, it had served her well as clan head.] that was holding her gently. She could hear the din of them speaking : but she wasn't paying attention, instead slowly regulating her breathing : in and out, in and out. Their speech was interrupted : when did her eyes close? And suddenly, she felt something tight on the wound, causing her to cry out. ''Ah! Ah... that hurt..'' she commented, sounding almost surprised at the fact it had actually hurt. Someone was trying to keep her attention, as the girl tilted her head towards the male.
''Target.. I've been following that hollow or keeping tabs on it for about a year or so now. It has slaughtered approximately 500 people : however, it kept itself to criminals until today. Today it slaughtered the Geith family, which was a mother, a father, three daughters and two sons. Devoured them all in about two minutes : I was too slow. It escaped me, and injured me : I was in medical care. But I -'' the girl then coughed once or twice, making a grimace at the intense pain. ''-left in order to finish my job.'' she said, shaking some. Her gaze opened again, able to see her commanding officer [She was part of the Vanguard : a new recruit from the other week actually. She had ran her own independent exorcism business before then : problem was, a lot of people believed she was a sham, since still a great many humans couldn't see the hollows and demons she fought. So more often then not, she was shafted : she had spotted a Vanguard posting for some members, and she went. Considering her abilities and her relations to the Kiyoraka council, and the fact that she was part of the branch that had been all but extinct by demons, it wasn't surprising. It was the only time she had shared her past : and the fact that she had been much stronger then now. After all, she had managed, in some odd form, to create a Ziamichi and raise the dead, all at once.] the girl smiled at him.
''They'll be mad at me though..'' she managed to mutter before she passed out, leaving it to the males to carry her there.

Vanguard? It can't be from the Gotei 13 can it?
As the chaos continued to wash away, his mind was allowed to wander once again. He had a feeling that Yuri was a shinigami, but he had thought he belonged to a different division. Andrew had been careful with removing his hands too fast. He knew he couldn't be too careful in case an artery had been hit in Tawny's body and the blood starts to shoot out quickly. Plus he wasn't sure how far the Vanguard base would be from their location, never mind that he never seen the Vanguard before. He listened to Tawny's story carefully though, nodding his head as he thought about the position that she had been in. In a way it made him thought about himself in his younger days as a shinigami. There were periods in his life where he had not given a damn about what happened to his own body and whether he came out of a fight in one whole piece. But still he had wondered who she answered to though. And for that matter, what exactly did she use power wise. The incantations were almost like Kidō, but the language was different.
As she started to waver, Andrew used his own body to support her weight as he spoke. "I'll carry Tawny, I'll follow you to the base." Andrew still was wondering about the Vanguards though. He had wanted to ask about what they were since thanks to his own personal hermit lifestyle he had been removed much to the events that had happened before he had finally decided it was safe to go further out into the city and slowly see what was going on. As he supported her body, he then began to speak out loud as he seemed to be in a deep contemplative state. "I wonder what power that was though, it couldn't have been Kidō and it didn't sound like anything the Quincy would use." Shaking his head, he then snapped back to reality and picked up Tawny carefully so that he could minimize the chance of the bandage coming off.

Crisis averted. It was good that all of the hollows were dispatched from the surrounding area in such a short time, The Dark Enforcer had some excellent help from his two newly found comrades. Lifting his left arm, He rested the sheathed weapon on his shoulder in a nonchalant embrace; Yuri's whole demeanor was something you wouldn't normally see in such a high ranking officer- Very relaxed and passive at times. Nevertheless, The Dark Enforcer looked off into the distance, Listening to what Tawny had to give for her rebuttal. Target from a year ago eh ? He thought to himself, continuing to digest her story. Yuri's head shook from side to side at the utterance of the victims- Such a short life those kids had, Not even having time to enjoy it. Placing his right hand on his hip in a subconscious manner, The Dark Enforcer sighed softly, lifting his head up.
"Well, Nevertheless, Nice work- You did technically finish it off."
Yuri cracked a faint smile before hearing her say "They'll be mad at me though..". A small chuckle escaped his lips, Pivoting on his feet as he did so. Andrew suggested that he carry Tawny while Yuri leads the way- Having no qualms with that suggestion, Yuri begins to lead the way back into the city. His ears perked up when Andrew was also trying to decipher what type of incantation that Tawny was using. That same factor had been irking at The Dark Enforcer's brain cells for quite a long time- Ever since He heard it. Beginning to contemplate the same thought as the Vizard, The Shinigami shook his head, shrugging his shoulders afterwards in a slightly dismissive state. He couldn't put his finger on it, He never heard something like that before- And He's been around the block once or twice proverbially. But, He Digressed, waving his hand behind himself before muttering.
"Not a clue- we'll have to ask her about that when she wakes up. But, I have a question for you Andrew; What were you doing around here ? Don't really see a lot of wanderers around these parts of Saburo City."
His pace wasn't too fast, taking into consideration that the Vizard was carrying another body- Though, It is slightly frail looking in stature. The walk wouldn't be too long before all of them got to the gates back into the city limits, Looking at the city that resembles a broken down 21st century urban city. Some buildings look much newer depending on what district you go in, while others are still damaged from the war against hollow's and demon's that took place many years ago. Not many people were out- Perfect. To get to the nearest Vanguard base, He needed to locate the Immediate Response Transit System or the "IRTS" as most dubs it. He stood on the spot for a moment before muttering to himself once again.
"Damn it- Where is it again ?"

"To be honest, I was actually exploring the area to see what is new. I had sort of an self made exile for a while before deciding it was safe to come out."
Andrew had an honest tone in his voice as he looked out into the distance to see if there were any hollows around as he kept Tawny supported in his arms. It was one of the more random things that he learned to do as a chef: be able to do just about everything he can within a small area without moving much. However he still kept up with Tsukiyomi, keeping an eye out for anything that might be out of place. He had no idea what other things might pop out in this city and he had a feeling the hollows can "smell the blood in the water". It was one of those weird battle things he once read regarding a man named Murphy. At the very core of it all it always lead to one thing: anything that can go wrong will. And at this moment it seemed that there was some kind of wrong going on as Tsukiyomi was looking around for something. And even though it wasn't the time, Andrew already began to think that the Vanguard base must have had a mountain of secret passages and tunnels that the operatives can use if things get too tough. It was just a question where it was.
Andrew also looked at various places silently at first as he seemed to nudge random objects with his foot while keeping Tawny secure in his arms. He almost expected there to be a switch and immediately a massive door would open up to bring them to where they needed to go to. The only question was that in a pile of rubble in a ruined city, what looked like something that no one would suspect to be a trigger to some kind of passage but could show the familiarity of the Vanguard?

Appearance: Vanguard Warden Transformation Status: Shikai Damage Status: Faintly Fatigued Emotional State: Slightly Annoyed Tier: 0-3+ The IRTS had to be around here somewhere, Its not like it could just grow legs and walk away. Yuri was becoming growing disgruntled before sighing softly and looking towards the ground. His right foot began to tap ever so quickly over a modicum of time. Then, It came to him. They had to travel near the city center, It was by the ruined fountain; Many people argued why Saburo City even had the IRTS system installed in such a barron wasteland. Not even Shadin Yuudeshi cares about Saburo City, mainly because its nothing but trouble has ever happened here. Pivoting towards the east, Yuri began to walk over to the City center, Placing his hands behind his head aimlessly. Having to step over varies pieces of debris from all round, The Dark Enforcer grumbles softly to himself about the path they took- Definitely a bad one to be walking on. So, Instead, Tsukuyomi kicked off into the air, taking strides on solidified pieces of reiatsu crafted from the warden himself. It wouldn't take long before Yuri descended towards the city center, Seeing something he didn't want to see right now. A Demon, Right in front of the IRTS. Landing on the ground with a gentle entrance, The dark enforcer had enough time to look back at Andrew before saying in a quiet voice. "Hold on- I'll take care of that. Keep Tawny safe. Got it ?" Stepping forth into another fray of battle, Yuri looks at the demon from behind, Determining its strength. It was formidable, So he decided not to waste any time. With a faint smirk on his face, Tsukuyomi placed his left hand on the Hilt of Teion-en before unsheathing it quickly; A faint "Shink" sound escaped the sheathe once the tip left the case. That very same "shink" attracted the Demons attention. Without hesitation, Yuri's Zanpakutō grew Purple in color. It then Morphs into a Ice Blue Scythe with a Purple Tassel at the end of the Staff Part of the weapon. The Blade Has a Silver Engravement of the words "Purge" in Kanji. The Reiatsu Yuri Tsukuyomi Now emits are a Dense Wave of Blue Flames that contact create Injuries to a Fine Degree. Teion-en is Said to be the Very Pinnacle of Fear within Zanpakutō. With the blade being about 80 Cm's in total Length, This scythe is one dangerous weapon. Along the pole-arm of the weapon, That same Purple tassel Now wraps around the entire thing, signifying That his weapon as Changed. The blade of the weapon remains the same length, Although, Along the tip of the blade resides one hook that hangs about two Inches. The hook is great for versatile uses, Such as hauling pieces of debris and sudden weapon locks if given the Opportunity. "Hmph- Ikuzo, Teion-en!" With his Shikai released within a modicum of a second, Yuri Lunged with his scythe held at his right side with both hands staggered on the pole arm for extra control; His right hand was near the top, while his left resided somewhere near the lower middle part of the staff. The Demon Fired rapid blasts of Demon magic that almost took on the appearance of a Shakkaho- Even in Color. Swinging his Scythe back and forth as he ran, Yuri dispatched every blast that flew his way. Once he got into the Demon's personal vicinity, The Dark Enforcer relinquished his right hand from the scythe before whipping the Scythe Aimlessly up and to the side about forty feet. Noticing Yuri was unarmed for the time being, The Demon attempted to take advantage of that, Throwing forth a claw to his chest. His amethyst eyes quickly shifted to his front after predetermining how much time he had left to execute his maneuver. Reaching in front of himself with his right hand, Tsukuyomi grabs a hold of its wrist for a brief moment, Giving him the opportunity to instant have his back towards its shoulder. With intense agility, Yuri rolled over the back of the Demon getting on its rear flank within a modicum of a moment- Entirely seamless; For the second he was on it's back rolling, His eyes once again shift to his now falling weapon. It was at about 20 feet now- Perfect. "You're through" Landing on the ground with both of his hands planted on the ground as if he was doing a handstand, The Dark Enforcer contracted his arms and expelled with intense ferocity into a Double leg Drop kick that made contact with the center of its back. It flew backward and to the left about eight feet from its previous location; But, It was the exact location his falling scythe was about to land. Impaling the Demon to the ground with the massive scythe blade in its chest. Yuri shunpo'd to their location, grabbing the weapon with a firm grip in his right hand. The Demon was screaming bloody murder before The Dark Enforcer looked down and muttered. "First Ougi: Tsuiga Bakuensou" Tsuiga Bakuensou is The Dark Enforcer's Favorite move out of his Shikai Arsenal. The Activation for this ability is nothing like it used to be. The Dark Enforcer's Scythe Blade begins to fuel out a superfluous amount of Blue Flames that exude from the Blade itself- Giving it another 20 centimeters in Pure flame length; If given the opportunity, Yuri is able to charge up the flame to about a length of 40 Centimeters, resulting in a higher total of spears. The demon screamed a loud once more as the Blue flames began to ravage his body from the inside out. The ground underneath the enemy begins to shake and Crack with tiny holes that seep Blue flames for about a modicum of a second within the vicinity of 30 feet around them. At that Time, multiple Blue flame spears shoot from the ground at about Fifteen angles to trap the opponent in a prison of Cold flames. These Spears are able to range from nine to fifteen at a time as they are always on different angles and positions. They are able to shoot upward to about 400 feet, seeming to piece the very skies with a firing rate of 1.5 seconds per interval. Tsuiga Bakuensou fires these spears rapidly within the range limit until they total 81 due to him just using the move without charging it. Within Seconds, The demon was nothing but a frozen statue before getting shattered into nothingness. Removing the scythe from the ground, Yuri rests it on his shoulder before calling out. "Alright, Lets go to the base- I need a drink after all of that work" He walked over to the IRTS, Activating it with his Vanguard badge that showed membership and admittance. He looked over at Andrew who was holding Tawny. "Would you be coming with us ? Or Do you want me to take her from here ?" |

"Not a problem."
Andrew had been keeping a sense of hyper awareness of anything around him while hearing Tetsu's voice in his head. He had been debating on whether to use the mask at the moment in case of any kind of ambush. Considering his luck, he saw something that he had never encountered before. It definitely did not look like any hollow or anything that he ever faced before. But then again, Tawny was someone he had never seen before with the powers that she had been able to wield. But still Andrew watched the fight between the strange creature and Tsukiyomi. He knew the enemy was not going to have a chance of survival considering the strength of the shinigami. And even though Tsukiyomi had a considerable amount of strength to dispatch one enemy, Andrew's attention was solely on the unknown entity. He had never encountered anyone like them in his whole life. It made him want to know more about what was going on.
Checking around to see if there was anyone else and realizing the area was clear, he made a beeline straight for Tsukiyomi and followed him to the transit. Today had been a pretty hectic day and despite everything that happened, the shinigami had not tried to kill him. He felt considerably relieved about it. But above all else he wanted to make sure that Tawny was okay. He wasn't sure what the extent of her abilities were or what could even give her such powers. Plus he had wanted to explore and curiosity had always gotten the better of him. Nodding his head, he walked onto the transit and looked around at what the Vanguard used to move around. If anything it had made him even more curious. And though he had belonged to the Vizard Corp, he still could feel that he can trust Tsukiyomi.

- Sounds were but drifting on the wind. It was a blur, but it was simple : the memory of a past. The shades of something she had once know, the faces of people she had failed. Smiles and then grimaces, demons and carcasses. The wind blew coldly on her face, as she felt her heart beat with the rage, with the injustice. There was something that was missing, as she felt her body quiver, her form almost like a ghost, her fingers trailing on the tip of the rails. The sense of danger flew like birds in the sky, crows and ravens, omens of death as the one dove was struck down first. Her eyes looked, empty, forbidden, as her fingers stretched out, and yet they remained still. ''It's useless.'' she muttered to the shade, to the flames and to the black aura. Yes, even as rage screamed and light filled her vision.
Entering the base, it was obvious that everyone was in upstirr, almost as if they'd lost someone. It was curious, as a nurse stopped by the males, and saw the woman. With a sudden whistle, a bunch of the medical area substracted the girl, a flurry of movement. Just as she passed the males, her lips moved. ''It's useless.'' she had spoken, strain on her face as if fighting something horrible. The nurse turned to the males, and smiled at them, bowing. ''Thank you, thank you!'' she said, as she breathed out, her pink medical uniform standard in the human world. ''If you had been any later, she might have died. I saw get brought in earlier, and she was told to stay still and left to a room.. we noticed she had left about half an hour ago : who knew how long she was actually gone?'' said the nurse, when she was called away, leaving the males to follow the girl on the stretcher.
The light was bright, manificient : and then black lightning seemed to arc from that light, twitching and writhing. She felt her heart stop, even as her fingers clenched together. This is where it went wrong, as she began to run, feeling her pain lance up her side, her energy low. ''Stop it!'' she screamed, her fingers stretching to the illusion of self, holding a form dear. A sort of foresaken smile, the moment of truth : and then light spewed out, waves of energy rolling from that one area : enough to break a hole in the shield on the top. The force of which this rolled as amazing : it held an ability that was beyond what most understood. And her voice came out again, broken, crying almost. ''No.. not again.. don't do it.. leave it alone!'' she yelled at herself, her own past, even as the light grew stronger, seemingly in response.
The girl's words echoed, as she began to struggle, to the surprise of the medical personel. Without warning, they strapped her down to the bed and continued with her healing. Originally bed rest would have healed her injury, but now she had worsenned, requiring actual energy to be put into it. It was a touch and go - her struggling ended as soon as it started, her body limp. She was left in a room, but tied down still : if the males came to see her, they would see the tears rolling down her cheeks. And without warning, she curled her fingers, and her eyes snapped open : and for a single, fleeting moment, her gaze was pure : sparkling with a sense of life and energy that was unique, ethereal in the nature of fleeting life, before her eyes closed. And once more, only that blue gaze remained.
''.... ah..?'' she made a sound, her throat dry. '' where.. am I?'' she asked, seemingly disoriented and confused. The visions of her past had made her weak, human. But slowly, the shell was coming back, as her eyes were unfocused, a bit blurred out from the after-weakness of the whole ordeal.

Appearance: Vanguard Warden Transformation Status: Dormant State Damage Status: Faintly Fatigued Emotional State: Worried/Relived. Tier: 0-3+ Once they arrived, Yuri watched silently as what looked to be a cavalcade of Nurses swarm both the Vangaurd Warden and the Vizard within a moment. Tawny was taken by the nurses as His amethyst eyes were the only thing to move on Tsukuyomi's body. However, as the nurses passed, The Dark Enforcer's ears picked up the faint sound of tawny's voice that muttered "It's useless". That made Yuri worry for a brief moment, Thinking of the internal she must be battling within herself. In response to that notion in his brain, Tsukuyomi placed his hand on his chin before a nurse bowed towards him, beginning to give the details of how she left. Hmmm. This was beginning to be a very eventful night for the Dark Enforcer; A simple walk turning into escapade after escapade. Made life worth living. The Nurse was quickly called away to help the others with the mentally, and physically injured Tawny, Yuri turned to Andrew quickly waving his hand towards him. "Let's go." Following the Nurse quickly, Yuri catches up with Tawny in the stretcher as his amethyst eyes are fixated on a radiating light that quickly arced with Black lighting. Tsukuyomi knew he couldn't do anything to help her- This was her battle, one he couldn't even interfere with if he wanted to. He backed out of the way, allowing some of the nurses to give Tawny there undivided attention. He stopped running after the stretcher as Tawny was yelling at her inner demons; His Zanpakutō was reverted on admittance into the Base, Making it not as big as a scythe. Standing in the hallway, Yuri leaned up against the wall before hearing what seemed to be the end. He kicked off the wall before walking toward Tawny's room. Yuri placed his hand on the door, knocking twice before actually entering her room. His ears funneled in the question "Where am i ?" Funny. The Dark Enforcer walked up beside her bed, leaning down to an appropriate height before giving her a rebuttal. "Vanguard Medical Wing. You were in rough shape. How do you feel now ?" Tsukuyomi's brain was really at work, trying to comprehend what was even going on inside Tawny's human body. It's amazing how something that used to be so primitive can be so eyeopening. Tsukuyomi stood tall before looking at Tawny, Then Andrew, Placing his right hand on his hip. He knew right now, Going through a line of questioning after that little escapade wouldn't be the best idea. So, Instead, He figured it was time for everyone to get a bit of rest- Especially Tawny. His six foot two body then walked over towards Andrew, Placing his right hand on his shoulder in a friendly manner as he gave him a smile of congratulations. "Andrew, Thanks a lot. It would've been a bit cumbersome without your help. Its been a fun night." Tsukuyomi removed his hand from Andrews shoulder nonchalantly, Walking towards the door of the room with his Zanpakutō in his left hand; Teion-en's blade always resting on his shoulder. He waved his free hand behind himself aimlessly at the two before muttering as he walked out the door. "Take care you two! Get some rest Tawny. No more late night sleepwalking." |
