~Akatsuki~

On behalf of Shadow Fall and K-World, we would like to offer three hundred million yen to The Akatsuki's leader to be divided amongst your group in order to ensure their alliances with us throughout the course of the upcoming war. If you choose to accept, all Akatsuki members will be working closely with each of these orgs throughout the duration of this war. We ask of loyalty, your services, power and alliance. If you choose to double cross in anyway, however, we will subtract not only the yen we offered you for the deal, but will take each and every members resources away from The Akatsuki and put all members on the most wanted list in all organizations that are allied with us which include: Shadow Fall, Monsuta, K-World and the Rinyuu.

Then it is a deal. The Akatsuki will go on to make a pact amongst The Kokuryuteshi throughout the course of The Black War. Dr.Hebi will be made acting Silver Cross commander, though we will have eyes placed on him to ensure no funny business happens while in his positions as a matter of security. That means he will be heavily monitored. Additionally, should he commit any acts that might be deemed rebelling, abusing or otherwise sabotaging these organizations; he will be sentenced to either life in prison or the death plenty.
