I will go ahead and approve Yasuo for his spot and move up Rola to Captain

I'm also going to be Removing Feu, Kuro and KT's Captain's due to inactivity and me banning Kuro.

I shall also be removing Jun's Vice Captain because I believe that person won't be coming back.
