Hybrid Iramasha Rank Outline

Leader Section

The Leaders of The Iramasha Clan lead each sector they are assigned to. The Leader of the Demon Iramashas Leaders the demons, The Angel Leader of the Iramasha Clan leads the Angels, The Hybrid Iramasha Leader leads the hybrids and so on and so forth. The Assistants will also have their power if they are not present and will be appointed as new leader if they should ever go MIA, are unable to lead or die. The assistants also have authority over other Iramashas in their sector.

Gem Department

The reason for the development of the Gem Department was that it was to obtain some sort of gem, just as the Angel Iramasha and Demon Iramasha have done, along with the Nature Iramasha. In a sense, this department was created to further to process of making a type of Master gem for the Hybrid's of the Iramasha clan, stating that they were not just like the Angels and Demons, but had specific objects that also gave themselves power.

Political Iramasha Sector

This is once again, an Unit that speaks for itself Via its Name. The Political sector for the Hybrid's are exactly what they are said to be, a Sector regarding the Politics of Iramasha Island. As such, their duty is to deal with all political meetings, thoughts, requests, and many more obvious things along side the fact that they have to do the political type things for the leaders within the Hybrid Ranks, showing that they are equal to all the other Units aswell.

Battlefield Ready Iramasha

The Battlefield Ready Iramasha are exactly what they sound like, battlefield ready. This area of the Hybrid's consists of multiple soliders that are ready to fight for their life, and to fight for their fellow clan mate lives, at any given moment of the day. No matter the time, no matter the place, each and every single one of these members will be deployed if needed, along with them having a central commander and veterans of the battlefield ready unit.

Hybrid Iramasha Guards

Once again, just like the Battlefield Ready Unit, these Iramasha are here to guard that of the Hybrid's themselves, along with the settlements of each Hybrid. These Guards are spread across Iramasha Island at even intervals, allowing for protection of multiple settlements, as stated above. Along with the protection of these settlements, these members are needed to defend most, if not all Hybrid Iramasha, showing that their job should not be taken lightly in any regard to their power. Along with normal members, there will be a commanding officer of the unit, and a co-commanding officer.

Representatives of each Sector

This area is for the previous four areas, just a singular person for each. As it is shown, each area will have a Representative which speaks on the entire sector's behalf, to the Three Leaders of course. As so is shown, this is to keep civil contact with the leaders and the sectors, showing that the Hybrid's have actually come up with a tactic to deal with misused information, uninformed people, complaints, and multiple other things regarding these Representatives. As so is stated once more, this is a singular position for each sector, and that sector can only choose for one person to Represent them.

Nature Iramasha

The Nature Iramasha Branch

The Nature Iramasha are broken into Shaman levels when compared to other branches of the Iramasha. The different positions are as follows.

Head Shaman
Lieutenant Shaman
Strike Shaman
Strike Apprentice
Battle Shaman
Battle Apprentice
Care Shaman
Care Apprentice
Nature Shamans
Veteran Shamans

The Leader of the Nature Branch, he attends meetings in the interests of the branch and leads the Nature Iramasha of the branch into battle or other things for which they are required. His voice speaks for all of them. That also means that it is to him that any concerns that the Nature Iramasha they bring to him. This includes taking care of challenges so the Nature Branch doesn't become weak (Although they are not permitted to kill in challenges), listening to the concerns of members of the Nature Iramasha, and helping them out however he possibly can. He should also be decently powerful as well, and have the intention to die to protect his comrades if he must, being at the very front lines of the battle field to lead on the other Nature Iramasha.

Meanwhile, The Lieutenant Shaman is second in command of the branch, and can replace the Head Shaman if they need presents itself, speaking with the same amount of authority. This means that he is second in the line of battle, and can take over as Head Shaman if the leader is supsected dead/dying/in critical condition.

At the same time, the Strike Shaman is in charge of knowing how to react in a combat situation, using the elements around him/herself to aid the other Iramasha. This means that they are the support-offensive of the Nature Iramasha, doing things like using wind to throw down boulders for Earth Iramasha to eat etc.

Additionally, the Battle Shaman specializes in using weapons and agility to fight his battles, being battle support to the other Iramasha; he is the leader of offensiveness. He is the leader of strategic planning, deciding all the details of any attacks they make together as a branch. He is also akin to a military adviser to the head.

The Care Shaman is to relieve soldiers, acting like both a medical unit and a general medical practicioner. Typically, they use their Nature Energy to heal others. They also can use medical equipment at a very proficent level, and run the medical ward that the Nature Iramasha have inside of their base on the Island.

Lastly, The Nature Shaman has a special task: to keep an eye out for other Nature Iramasha, saving them from whatever fate they may have fallen into and supporting them out of it, making them feel welcomed and understand what is going on. They have no apprentices, as they have no need for one, as their work is perhaps the most important of ANY of the Nature Iramasha. Note that at present there are two because of the pure drive of both of the candidates.

James Mizumuzi: James Mizumuzi is the holder of the Water Gem,as well as the first formed Nature Iramasha. He's also the one who gathered the others, and among them, is their true leader. He has left Akisame (at least for now) to take care of things on the island, while he himself personally keeps a very sharp eye out to any events that may be occurring on the Planet Earth.

The Apprentices are in-training members of that profession, learning or supporting the shaman in whatever task they are trying to complete, and may fill in for them if the need arises. They are also quite skilled at whatever proffesion they are training for, and can become that position by proving that their skill is superior to that of the current Shamans.

Veteran Shamans:,This group is made up of the members that have been overcome by their apprentices, but still desire to help out the Nature Branch however they can. They are usually quite powerful as well, given how they are veterans at what they do. They can also join this branch by simply handing down the reins to their apprentices.
