I'm going to go ahead and deny this for now for the following reasons:

1.) You don't make a thread titled the claim you want. You make a claim titled "Shizuo's Claims"

2.) There's a template in the face claim list. Use it.

3.) You need to specify WHICH Dante you're claiming, and WHAT forms of that dante, since I know for fact that Kade has two forms claimed.

Please fix these issues, then try to claim again.
