PERSONALITY

Kazuya, for face value, seems immature and more in touch with his inner child. This behavior results in jokes, displays of his vibrant attitude, a particular freedom of expression, and obvious perverted tendencies. His behavior may not be the most matured (In fact most of the time it is not), but they still reflect the disregard he has for outside opinion. Ultimately, he feels that one can never grow old too fast because it is during the ages of immaturity that you learn the most. Additionally, Kazuya believes that if a man is not faithful to his own individuality, he cannot be loyal to anything. Because of this philosophy, Kazuya persists on carrying out his childish behavior. This does not mean, however, that he cannot be serious. When partaking in medical treatment of individuals whom have been injured, Kazuya takes it to a whole new level of maturity that he usually does not dwell on socially. During such treatments, he takes every little detail into consideration and records it in the library that is his brain in order to best fight the condition at hand. To make this procedure as effective as it can be, Kazuya must treat every detail he takes note of with complete seriousness. Thus, if you find him in the healing barracks, he will most likely treat you differently than if you saw him at lunch.

Though Kazuya shows a basic consistency in his playful personality, it may merge toward a lusting perversion. One knows that the most common way to express ones delight in the female body is the casual wolf whistle, yet Kazuya indulges in these desires to a much farther level. Because he feels so free to act spontaneously without regret, he can tend to take things over the top when it comes to flirting. On a modest day, Kazuya will merely strike up a conversation trying to 'hook up' with the girl, usually trying to woo her with an array of poetic phrases that he has committed to memory. However, he may also be quite blunt and say crude things such as "If one leg was Thanksgiving and the other was Christmas. Could I visit you between the holidays?" or "Look like a burden to carry all that weight (to a busty lady carrying many items), let me help you *Holds her breasts up with a wide grin*". As you may notice, these methods do not always work out, most of the time it results in him getting physical damage to his face or groin (which is honestly what he deserves).

Kazuya has many odd hobbies that he considers essential in life. Remember when I said Kazuya believes that "if a man is not faithful to his own individuality, he cannot be loyal to anything"? Well you should because it’s a reoccurring term in his life. Though, to get to the point, he takes pride in his hobbies because they reflect his unique character. The things that define him are as follows: Many hours of sleep, A traditional breakfast of bacon wrapped steak, eating carrots-as a snack- to an obsessive nature, taking photographs of all attractive Shinigami he comes by (maybe to the point of nudity if he is lucky), the occasional "horizontal Chacha", reading medical text books, practicing his medical training, participating in trial operations, reading in the grass (most likely leaning on a tree trunk), Taking notes in his notebook about EVERYTHING that goes on every passing moment of every day.

In terms of fighting, Kazuya thinks of it with stern seriousness. When Sparring, he feels like he can have fun, but anything outside of zed description should not be looked forward to or sought after. Kazuya will not be so easily provoked unless there is no other way to avoid it. “Make Love Not War” seems to be his motto when pitted in such a situation.

SPIRITUAL PRESSURE: Upon releasing his Spiritual pressure, those around him begin to see an oozing aura around him, and instead of flowing upward it seems to drip down to the ground, dissolving upon impact. The tint of this aura is purple.

Zanpakutō SPIRIT NAME: Sakari-Baikin (Prime Bacteria)

SEALED APPEARANCE: Because Sakari-Baikin is such a peculiar and awkward Zanpakutō, it is never in a sealed state, instead it stays in the form of its shikai, its abilities only activating upon the release phrase.

RELEASE PHRASE: Heal those who need, ingest those who want.

TYPE: Medical/Bacterial

SHIKAI DESCRIPTION: The Shikai appearance takes the form of two surgical gloves, and it is through these gloves that the magic is born from. On the tips of these gloves, microscopic bacterial organisms are formed in small numbers, though they will later undergo a hasty duplication process that will create a large biomass of purple ooze. The quantity of this ooze varies: it can be small enough to fill a veil, but large enough to protect and attack an army. The bacteria, collectively, can have healing or fatal properties. The bacteria seems to digest (when the biomass would come in contact, it would eat at something like an acid, absorbing all cells, nutrients, and mass of the subject) a target upon impact when in something Kazuya refers to as the 'Predator Mode', while passively being able to heal small wounds, bruises, and minor poisons in the 'Healing mode'.

SHIKAI ABILITIES:

Nendo Kadousei (Viscus mobility): This ability allows Kazuya to shift the viscosity (despite the fact that viscosity has to do with intermolecular forces, which is not present in the cell membrane). When The Biomass is less viscus, its acceleration is quite fast, being able to keep up to those of the same tier or lower as Kazuya. In its more viscus form, the Biomass can reduce the impact of almost all attacks that are equal or lower than the tier of Kazuya:

Hot/cold abilities get a 10% increase in each set depending on the evolutionary state of the bacteria.

Soudai Kaiku (Grand Evolution):Most Bacteria can flourish in different habitats, and in this case Kazuya can actually shift the natural climate in which the bacteria can survive. The limit to this ability, however, is between hot and cold climates. To clearly express this ability, I can say that if Kazuya was thrown into a cold environment, he could have his bacteria evolve to adapt to the temperature and be able to multiply exponentially. the shift between the two can be once per post.

Houshoku (Gluttony): Some bacterium live in areas were energy is in high quantity, and similarly, the bacteria manipulated by Kazuya tends to move and even feed on energy, in this case Reiatsu. In terms of fallowing energy, it will actually track those individuals with high reiatsu levels to a point were Kazuya can guess at their potential location of attack. this aspect cannot be used with extremely fast characters. Upon impact, the bacteria will actually absorb the Reiatsu of another and configure it so that Kazuya can accept it to fuel his own energy pool. In the form of a projectile energy based attack (other than fire), it can still in fact absorb the energy. Though, nothing is absolute, so we pay attention to the chart below:

the rest of the percentage would actually do damage to the membrane of the biomass it comes in contact with.

Bannouyaku (Panacea):Other than trying to devour its targets, Kazuya can manipulate the bacteria to heal those around him in many ways. this healing ability can be effective any any illness or physical ailment on someone or himself. Kazuya can heal all poisons that are lower than his level by one tier in two posts, yet those of equal or higher strength will take 7 posts of medical treatment with the bacterium. Additionally, the bacterium can act as a sort of stem cell that can heal lost limbs (major organs not included-this will need assistance from many other healers) the number of limbs he can generate is 7 at 0 tier, 5 at 1 tier, 4 at 2 tier, and two at 3 tier. All other tier ranks are 0. Sakari-Baikin can also liberate individuals from poisons and illusions that are equal in tier to Kazuya -exactly equal-.

Koutai (Retreat):To avoid attacks, Kazuya can have the biomass actually absorb his entire being, allowing the biomass to receive all the impact. the biomass will later collect together and reform Kazuya, without any cloths on. this ability can be used 3 times in a single thread.

The biomass can actually behave as normal cells, collecting to form muscles, organs, and even organ systems. The result of this is the ability to create actual human clones with their own Reiatsu. Though the Reiatsu is small in quantity, the clones can use minor Kidō and distract the enemy to whom Kazuya is facing.

Additionally, the mass of bacteria has an inserted characteristic that Kazuya implanted scientifically, allowing him to cause the bacteria to explode upon a single snap of his fingers. The explosion, however, is nothing like a small bomb. Instead it is a massive purple explosion that is fueled by the Reiatsu used to manipulate the bacteria. The explosion takes the shape of a large pillar of purple and pink, its strength reflecting that of the overall rank of Kazuya.

CHARACTER HISTORY

Chapter 1. What is Man but a spec in a much larger picture

The breeze was cool, gently caressing his skin as if it were a distant lover. The waters seemed to moan as the heavy bow of the ship plunged forward. Meanwhile, seagulls fluttered over the ship, far enough to ease their fears, but close enough to feed their curiosity. It was morning, and the sun had just risen from its 12 hour slumber. During this time a young man stood observing what seemed like a boundless world of once virgin waters, tainted by the touch of the colonists. This man had longed for such adventure, for such an escape. The fact that it had been years sense he wished to flee from home, from the crown fueled his lust for escape.

The man looking ahead, lusting for this pilgrimage was the son of a wealthy family of the name Ryan O'conner. Ryan was 18 years of age, destined to wed a girl he had met back in England. The story behind their relationship could only be described as a forbidden love because while he was born into fame and fortune, she was born in the stables. The battle of social class was indeed a issue back then, yet he could not deny the truth that his heart made so plainly obvious. Sense the moment the two of them crossed paths, they knew that they were to forever be together, until death that is. Afterward they sealed this promise in the stables of her farm; the moon and the farm animals were to be the witness of their love. But because of his family, this love would be no easy task.

For years his family had plotted his entire future to become a astounding political figure, forcing him to meet and charm the daughters of famous-greatly disliked-political giants that could help open the doors into the world of power. They chose what he should wear, what he should eat, how he should act in front of others, and, most importantly, how he was to THINK. When it came to the last notable detail, Ryan began to feel oppressed. Was it not his life and not his parents, was it not his mind and not that of his family? These thoughts haunted him through his childhood, as his family continued to map out his future for him. It was not until he was 13 that he was forced into a premature marriage with the daughter of a local leader.

Despite the fact that Ryan had already begun to realize the crime in all this, he was to young to act on it in a way that could ensure his own independence. Thus, he went along with the arrangement, until he was able to rationally plan a way to avoid his grim fate. At the ripe age of 18, he was supposed to partake in the actual event of marriage. By this time, however, he had already met Diana and confessed to the feelings of his heart.

While the two wealthy families discussed Ryan's future, Ryan had done some plotting himself, carefully articulating a plan to escape from this unwanted event. After a couple days of organization, the plan was to take Diana on a boat to the Plymouth colony the day of his supposed marriage. The mission turned into a successful reality when the two of them took to the harbor and waved goodbye to the past, awaiting to accept a new set of opportunities in the colonies. That night, they reminded the moon of their promise to each other while Ryan's family mourned over their loss.

Sadly, however, love is a poisonous dagger. The two both reached the colony in a couple of days in which they began to develop back pains and a yellow tint in skin. After they both collapsed on the harbor, quickly rushed to the local hospital, they were diagnosed with yellow fever. little did Ryan know that it was his death that would open up the door to an even more important world.

Chapter 2. What is a Man who does not feel love? Hollow.

Soft brown eyes opened slowly to a dark world, a world that he recognized. his eyes opened wide as he screamed the name of his lover, who did not seem to answer his plea. he turned right and left, looking as people seemed to walk around him, unresponsive that he had been laying on the ground for some time. he stood up and tried to reach for a man to ask were Diana might be, but his hand seemed to move right through him. his eyes grew wide and he felt a weight in his stomach, was he in hell? He than remembered something, that Diana had passed out along side him. His eyes grew wide as he began to panic, was she in hell too?

He screamed her name, already certain that this was some shape of the after life. Again, no response. he felt a chill run down his spine as instinct told him to run. there was no destination for this escape, but he felt that if he did that he could bypass this nightmare. As a result of his irrational fear, he bolted into the forest, no second thoughts and no common sense.

As he found himself deeper in the midst of the trees, he began to hear the panting of a hungry creature, one that seemed to be hunting him. He heard it close behind him, and his heart began to race. What was chasing him?! He screamed as he felt his energy dwindling, and soon felt a massive force on the right side of his body. The force knocked him in the same direction until a tree decreased his acceleration to 0. Ryan squinted in pain, frightened to open his eyes. Curiosity, however, took control and his eyes opened to see his attacker, a large ape like creature with a white mask of sorts. Sweat began to bead up on his face and his teeth began to grind. the creature stepped closer, drooling from its fanged mouth. At that moment Ryan could not remember much, only that he closed his eyes again and flinched, later realizing that the heavy panting had stopped. again, he opened his eyes out of pure curiosity, only to see the creature dead and a man in a black kimono before him. at that point the man turned to him apathetically and tapped his forehead with the butt of his blade, again sending him into a whole new world.

Chapter 3. Occupation-Shinigami

That day, a boy woke up in a shack, covered by a single blanket. he jumped up in surprise, unaware of the past 18 years he had participated in. He scratched his head, devoured by his confusion. What was this place? Where was he? he forced himself to stand on his feet, hearing the creaking of the floor beneath him. All he had on was a pair of boxers and a T shirt. He walked through a single hallway and found himself at another door, already open. Covering his eyes from the light, he stepped out and found an old man sitting next to the door way and seemingly looking at the passing women. that old man would soon become his teacher, but what kind of teacher you ask? Well, get to know Kazuya personally and you will find out (there was no awkward relationship between the two >.<)

After the many lectures and many lessons, Kazuya soon found himself passing a couple of children who were holding blue orbs in their hand. He raised a single eyebrow and watched as oddly familiar black men approached them, asking them to come to the barracks.
