Approvals

I hereby approve Slenderman for his 8th Circle ascension into Grand Duke. I'll also approve Amaya for her 3rd Circle knighthood.

I'll also say that I have approved Gilles de Rais for his Rank position in the Shadow Fall Royal's as Infante. Congrats.

Reserves

Reserves for Infante/Infanta 5 by Aivee have expired. In Second Circle Archduchess reserved by Yuri & Grand Duchess by Aivee have expired as well.

Within the Fifth Circle, someone's Grand Duke/Grand Duchess reserve has expired based on not knowing who was in there in the first place.

Lastly, in Seventh Circle Grand Duchess's spot has been expired and left open; least Sergei decides who wants to be in that spot.

I'm also removing Banshee Spot Two and Three's reserves by Pockeh/Gin based on them taking too long to either make the character or at least show me a WIP; such as in Rose/Kagari's case for their WIP's.

Additions

I have added a sixth Infante/Infanta Rank in The Royals for someone to join if they should fit the bill. There may also be another Demon Section similar to the Hollow Monarch soon.

Denied, on the basis that Sergei abhors people like Cecil. Sergei would end up smashing Cecil's skull in, based on his personality.
I'm not going to rule on either of the ones above Elendril's, as I don't know the policy on Aivee's.
