Azure's Upgrade

Reasons For Upgrading: Well, the reasons why I am requesting an upgrade for Azure to be boosted to 0-3+ because I have just gotten back, if this isn't a real reason, it wasn't meant to be. As of me getting back I had started off with Azure right on the back, posting with him constantly. At the moment I have posted for Azure in the past week or so in threads and allowing him new abilities. I believe that Azure has reached this tier level, and I even have others that would like to back me up on that. If such proof is needed, I will have those people post in this Upgrade thread below.

Yeah, I need more reasoning that what you said in here to boost you a full tier.
