Is there anybody there?

[ S O N G : "Your Betrayal" by Bullet for my Valentine ]
I T A L L L L L L L L S T A R T E D . . .
Blanky Kurosu Avana. Read her info here.. ---v https://www.platinumhearts.net/t5106-blanky-kurosu-mask
ANYWAY!
Blanky had just apparently been adopted by this...this thing. A person, but definitely not human. She was about to get the person's name, but interrupted her and called her "Momma". So Momma had just adopted Blanky. But disappeared. Horrible parenting.
But, yeah. Blanky almost killed herself, then got adopted, then Momma ditched her, and her dad thinks she's gone, and her step-mother doesn't give a shit, so she went on a walk down Area X. Smart, eh?
So, she's walking down Area X, all cool and shit, but tears still stained on her cheeks. She had a rough night, poor gal. She has her iPod Touch earbuds plugged in, listening to the song above. Scream-o isn't her only taste in music, no worries.
She sees a bench down the path she's walking on and decides to take a seat. Its metal is cold and uncomfortable, but she doesn't care. Music is like her heroine. As long as she has it, there's no trouble for her.
So...Who...or what...is..Momma?
She sighed and slouched down enough so she could rest her elbows on her knees. Life was so confusing at this point, as she's only lived 14 years on Earth. What possibly could be going on in the future? School seemed pointless now.. She was a minute away from death one moment and the next she's walking down a dangerous area by herself in the dark, and everyone's ditched her.
She searched through her jeans's pockets and grabbed her cell, slipping off the earbuds after. She dialed a friend's number and pressed the speaker button to listen. She sighed again, wondering to herself why she was even calling this person. They're probably sleeping soundly and won't care for what gibberish she has to say.
"Hey" came from the phone.
"Hey" Blanky replied. "You awake?"
"What?"
"I said, you awake??"
"...I can't hear you.."
"I said, are you awake..!..?"
"Speak louder, c'mon.."
"ARE YOU FRIGGIN' AWAKE, YOU DEUCE?!?!?!?!" Blanky's yell echoed throughout the night and a blush red appeared on her cheeks. She curled up her knees on the bench and hugged them in comfort.
"Ha, got'cha. Voicemail, foo'!! *Beep! <3*"
"DAMN IT!" Blanky chucked her cell at the ground and it spilled out the batteries. After seeing what she did, she let out one last sigh before resting her head in her hands.

~A Monster Trapped In Her Own Nightmare~
Kateri Shuisen
Song: Circus Monster
Artist: Luka Megurine
~Lying so useless they start to holler~
Kateri sighed as she walked into Area X. Back into the streets again,
her what would've been family now gone and probably dead. Kateri dragged
herself to this seemingly dead district. Not a soul in sight, at least
as far as she could see. Inside her demons rumbling laughter rang
throughout her body, making her shudder. 'Aww, kit whats wrong? Sad that
little mutt is gone? Well, he would've had the same fate as the others
if he laid a hand on you~' The demons voice very calm and alluring
sounding.
"Shut up.." she mumbled outloud to her demon, not wanting to start with
his bullshit. She closed her eyes as she stopped and sat down, resting
her arms on her knees. Kateri held back hot tears threatening to run
down her cheeks. She sniffled pitifully, no one close to her ever lived
long. Why was she cursed? 'Because of me my dear,' Kyōki chimed in that
cursed smooth voice of his.
Kateri snarled at this and got up as some tears fell onto her cheek,
wiping the tears away but unable to take away her reddening and clogging
nose, her puffy and red blood shot eyes as well.
She nearly jumped when she stepped on some glass, cracking under her
boot. She took a step back and tilted her head at it, crouching down and
picking up a now jagged piece of glass. She handled it carefully as to
not slice her flesh and peered at it, looking at her reflection. Kateri
smirked at it. She looked like total shit, her face was covered with
dirt as well as black bags under her eyes.
Sleep. That sounded like a luxury right now, so badly. Kateri couldn't
remember the last time she had a good nights sleep. She looked around
for anyone before scurrying into a crumbled building, the roof was long
gone but it still had some privacy if she found the right place.. and
ah-ha! She grinned at herself as she find a nice cozy looking corner.
Perfect.
Kateri's eyes scanned for anything to look like a blanket before
sighing. None, oh well, she searched through the building to look for
something soft to use as a pillow. She grinned as she found a pillow
itself. Of course it was dirty and kinda ripped up, she didn't mind.
Kateri sighed out in relief as she grabbed it and quickly rushed to the
corner, placing it down and sat down, laying her head on the pillow, her
eyes looking up at the sky, staring at the stars. She smiled as she
tried to find the constellations her parents showed her before that
horrible time.
She waited in silence, taking note of Kyōki's silence. He was probably
asleep. She smiled, this was a good night after all. Kateri yawned and
continued watching the stars, waiting for sleep to take her in its
comforting arms..

~A Monster Trapped In Her Own Nightmare~
Kateri Shuisen
Song: Sixth Stop
Artist: Joe Hisaishi (Spirited Away)
~Lying so useless they start to holler~
Kateri slowly began to drift off from her spot, her breathing even and soft to signal that she was not conscious. She found herself in a different world, a grassy plain with huts made of straw, stones, and mud. She could hear some snorts of horses a few feet away. Kateri's eyes widened at where she realized her dream had taken her, it was her home..Kateri realized she was holding her breath and let it out. Her home, it was like it was before... Before he came and ruined it all. Slowly she walked over, feeling the pricky tickling sensation on the soles of her feet she looked down, noticing she was barefooted.
Kateri looked back up to find a villager walking out, holding a spear along with what looked like a knife, probably used to skin the skin of the fresh kill after a successful hunt.
The man, who looked to be mid-twenties turned his head to look at her, smiling and making a friendly wave towards her. Kateri nearly jumped back, it was a while since she saw kindness from anyone in that village.
Reluctantly, she waved back, a somewhat of a nervous smile on her lips. Soon she began walking around her home village, waving at some old friends of her own and her parents, smiling back as they smiled and greeted her. One of her old friends ran towards her, punching her shoulder playfully. Kateri laughed and rubbed her arm as she hugged him. She hadn't felt so happy and alive in years!
She let go of her friend, waving at him and smiling as she called to a larger hut, the chiefs home... Her home. Kateri walked inside slowly, looking around the dark hut. "Hello? Is anyone home?" she asked, walking inside the house and looking around. She concluded no one inside as she turned to walk out, finding her parents talking to each other outside. "Mom..? Dad?" she questioned as the two adults looked towards her, their faces lite up as they ran and hugged her, Kateri cried out happily as she hugged them back.. What a wonderful dream.. She hoped to never wake from it..
Kateri opened her eyes, now realizing she had closed them while she hugged her parents, but their warmth was gone and the village, her home, it was destroyed.. Fire raging everywhere, the horses whinnying in fear running away in front of her. Kateri's eyes widen as she looked across of her after the horses left, corpses everywhere but in the middle of it all she found the thing she despied the most. Kyōki.
The kitsune grinned at her, his red slitted eyes piercing right through her as his pure white tails flowed through the air freely, almost as if they had a mind of their own. "What a tasty looking human, I think I might just enjoy you.." she heard him purr, his voice echoing, that decisively calming voice that was soft but his words showing no gentle or soft nature.
Suddenly, he lifted his large paw and smashed it down on her, the dream ending quickly as Blanky's fall awoken her of her nightmare, but her mind was still waking up. This caused the girl to scream and thrash wildly, thinking the other girl was her ziamichi.
Kateri realized it was a person, but she jumped back, her eyes narrowed in distrust. "W..who are you?" she stuttered out, her voice sounding weak and hoarse from the scream that happened only seconds ago. She studied the girl, how did she find her? As far as Kateri knew she didn't anything near her before she shut her eyes. 'But I did, kit,' Kyōki purred, chuckling. 'I felt this girl as soon as we walked in, she's a special one, she is. Just started out like you, kit.' he laughed, the sound bouncing through her head before finally fading. Kateri's eyes narrowed even more at this news. Special, eh?

New Friends?...Or New Enemies?
Sat Jan 14, 2012 11:06 pm
Song: "Secret Crowds" by Angels and Airwaves
Blanky quickly got herself back on her feet, glaring back at the girl she stumbled upon, and still having no clue how she got there from the bench she was once at.
"What the hell is going on?!"
She'd quickly wince at the volume of her voice, trying to control herself from all of her confusion and frustration. She'd then let out a sigh to see if that would help the situation and lower her head.
"...I'm sorry...I didn't mean to bother you..."
She'd then lift her head and look directly into the other girl's eyes to confront her full on.
"Who are you? What's your name? And why are you out here?..."
She waited there patiently with a confident stance and determinated eyes, still in the process of controlling her emotions...She secretly didn't want to cry in front of anyone, especially a stranger, though she knew that she probably had tear-stained cheeks at the moment.
I just want to go home...Not my home, but a home that's comfortable to be in...
