The secret of the Rinyuaru......lets just say its a secret for a reason. If word got out about this, the Rinyuaru as well as the Phoenix King himself would get a lot of unwanted attention from other organizations and even rogues across the worlds. In secret, Nagato and some world-reknown scientists have been developing a special virus that can be given to humans (it hasnt been tested on any other species besides humans yet) to make them much stronger than they could ever possibly be. As a matter of fact, if another organization were to find about exactly how this virus works, all hell would break loose. This is the main reason why its development has been kept a secret, known only by 4 people total: The Phoenix King and 3 researchers. This virus not only strengthens, but also makes one faster and mutates their body until its unrecognizable. The downside to this, is because of how difficult it is for a human body to control, they rarely get to higher stages, and as such there is a lack of Tyrant-class mutants. Here are not only the generic monsters, but a few Tyrant's as well:
Scraggers: 3-3

Scraggers are basic mutants afflicted with the Phoenix Virus (which the virus has come to be known as). When a human has the Phoenix Virus inserted into their veins, or they are bitten/attacked by a Scragger, they will slowly, but surely, morph into a grotesque, mutant monster. They are insane and vicious, attacking anyone close to them, allies or enemies alike. Though, oddly enough, they wont actually attack each other. The only ones that can control them are Tyrants, and as such, a Tyrant is usually located with an group of Scraggers to keep the peace and control them. They are relatively strong, and highly resilient, being able to push through and resist elemental attacks like fire, lightning, water, and even ice. They tend to ignore pain, and because of their mutated bodies, dont really mind having a limb or two chopped off, so you BETTER GO FOR THE HEAD!
Basic Tyrant: 2-3

These are the undeveloped, and utterly basic Tyrant-type mutants. After being a regular Scragger for a small period of time, by eating and consuming another Scragger, they can basically triple their fighting power. They are gigantic brutes with basically no control over themselves, and as such make poor leaders for the weaker Scragger's. Not many Scarrger's end up consuming another Scragger, as they mainly focus on either A. Being stuck in a comatose state or B. Focus on killing humans. However, when a Scragger mutates beyond its normal limits and becomes a Tyrant, they gain a massive boost in power, being able to take on 5-10 Scraggers at once without exhausting themselves. They are humongous, about 10 feet tall and weigh in close to 3, 000 pounds, being as heavy as cars.
THE COMMANDERS
Hypnos: 1-2

Form 1:
Hypnos is one of the Tyrant Commanders in the mutant army lead by Nagato. Hypos has surpassed almost all other Tyrants before him, but this is due to his genetic make up. The main variation between this Tyrant and other models was the inclusion in its genetic make-up of the Hypnos gene, a modified genetic strand that, when implanted into an organism, would kill the weaker cells through natural selection, leaving only the best to keep the organism ongoing and encouraging the reproduction of the better cells. In its original form, Hypnos resembles a genderless and hairless youth. Hypnos is exceedingly powerful, even in its standard form, being able to overpower even captain-levels. He is quite agile, which in this form is his main attribute.
Form 2:
Hypnos has multiple forms, three in total, and he gets stronger as he progresses through his forms. When he enters Stage 2, he begins to mutate.These mutations granted it a greater muscle mass, much larger claws on its left hand, and an enlarged jaw. In this state, the Tyrant could run at high speeds and viciously slash its opponents. It could also perform a downward strike. Its most dangerous attack was a powerful jumping strike performed at a distance. Lastly, it could strike with a swift lunging strike. Hypnos is much stronger in this form than his Stage 1 form.
Form 3:
This form is by far Hypnos' strongest, and all around best form. As he enters this stage of power, he begins to mutate excessively, changing his body by quite a bit. Hypnos lost much of its intelligence in the process, suffering through a form of hypertonia, and losing its humanoid shape, becoming a bestial, primate-like, hunched monster. Because of the excessive muscle growth, the beast is rendered vulnerable, with the exposed heart common to its brethren. These new weaknesses doesnt make it any less agile, however. It compensates for the exposed heart by shielding it with its claws. It is now as big as its normal Tyrant brethren, but many times stronger. though quite large, Hypnos is also quite fast in this form, being able to outspeed even skilled opponents, along with overpowering the as well.
Nemesis: 0-5

The Nemesis T-Type is an experimental form of intelligent Tyrant. Its purpose was to prove that a Tyrant virus infected creature could retain most of its intelligence. The main trait about Nemesis is the fact that without suffering from a decrease in strength and speed, it is still quite intelligent. Nemesis is characterized by its relentlessness, strength, sheer stamina, and comparatively high intellect. Unlike the various other Tyrant models before it Nemesis shows the capability to employ weaponry and firearms to achieve objectives. It is also shown to have rational thinking abilities. Like the Tyrants before it, however, Nemesis boasted enormously powerful physiques, demonstrating their ability to break through most obstacles with enough effort, outrun any human, and leap incredible heights. It is by far one of the most resilient Tyrants Nagato ever created, with manned portable weaponry barely slowing it down while even heavy weaponry like explosives could only momentarily incapacitate it. Only the largest industrial grade weaponry were able to cause any notable damage. Nemesis has a large rocket launcher that can shoot Gran Rey-level rockets that explode on impact. The rocket lacks multi/automatic firing rates, and is rarely used anyway.
T-414: 0-3 (Event/Prelude Only)

This is the special, extremely rare form of tyrant still in its Beta stages. It is known as T-414, as it is the 414th Tyrant experiment made by the time of its creation. When a special, TOP SECRET strand of the T-Virus was inserted into a human, the human morphed quite a bit, and began to absorb other Scraggers and even Tyrants. This Tyrant form doesnt talk much, if at all, but can scream and roar just fine. T-414 has surpassed all former standards and known limits of the infected, gaining more power and intelligence than seemingly all of them combined. T-414 is much stronger than even highly experienced captain-levels, able to not only overpower them, but also outsmart, outspeed, and defeat in resilience as well. Nagato is currently waiting for the right time to test T-414's powers and intelligence, but that event is actually coming up quite soon. Here are the powers T-414 possesses:
Obliteration Energy: This is the form of energy the T-414 possesses. It the its own equivalent of Spiritual Energy and Chaos Energy. It is called Obliteration Energy because of how powerful and volatile it is. He can channel it into various areas, release it to destroy people/objects/areas, and even use it for special techniques. It is jet-black in appearance and reeks of the scent of death.
Hieken Tosho: By focusing his Obliteration Energy into his blade, he can make the blade multiple times stronger than it already is. He can send it out of the blade and form giant arcs of sharp and powerful energy that explodes on contact. It is sort of like the Getsuga Tensho meets Chaos Blast, except it tends to be stronger. He can also send them out in powerful blasts from his hands very similar to a Cero.
Black Flames: The T-414 can generate seemingly endless amounts of black flames from its body and sword. These Black Flames are extremely hot, about 3000 degrees Fahrenheit. However, the flames dont effect T-414 at all, meaning when he covers his body in them, he is unaffected and can move and fight like normal. This doubles as both an offensive and defensive ability, as it can be used to damage enemies from afar, as well as form a cloak of fire to damage physical attackers.
Regeneration: T-414 possesses "perfect" regeneration powers. When a limb is sliced off, it will regenerate in a few seconds. It can in fact also regenerate major organs such as its heart and brain, but it takes longer than usually to do so, and while it is regenerating its brain, it attacks everything in the area, going insane until it is healed.
