Personality:

As Sephiroths soldiers, they dont really speak out or anything because of the consequences. Also, seeing as how they are just foot soldiers and not any special warriors or Iramasha Clan members, they dont tend to speak to higher authority much anyway, and instead just keep to themselves. They are willing to sacrifice their lives for the Iramasha Clan, ready to do battle in the Clan's name, even if they stand no chance. Even if they are outnumbered, outgunned, and outmaneuvered, they will still lay their lives on the line if it means Sephiroth or the Iramasha Clan gain something from it.

Brief History:

The Iramasha Clan have had an army for quite some time, and the SOLDIER 3rd Class warriors are part of that army. They mainly serve the Iramasha Guard (they take orders directly from Sephiroth). They are like Sergeants in the army, not too highly ranked, but not too lowly ranked either. Most of them used to be regular army soldiers, but eventually got strong enough to earn a promotion to SOLDIER 3rd Class. Most of them have trained for quite some time during their lives, always striving to get stronger, though some of them are natural prodigies and as such easily made it to this rank. Ever since Sephiroth became the Head Guard Commander, the military has become somewhat more strict than what it already was.

Basic Powers:

High Physical Strength: Due to the fact that they are SOLDIER 3rd Class, they possess a high amount of physical power, able to easily outmatch weak arrancar and hollows and such. They are strong enough to throw humans like ragdolls, and are able to fight on-par with medium level Lieutenants.

High Speed: SOLDIER 3rd Class members possess speed that are about equal to mid-level Lieutenants, and as such can outrun a fair bit of enemies. They are speedy fighters, and are actually quite fast when attacking, being able to strike with their swords quickly, before some enemies can react.

Gun Users: Even though they are sword users, each and every one of them has a pistol-like gun that can shoot energy bullets. They are good marksmen with them, possessing superhuman sight and as such can aim quite well. These guns shoot bullets quite strong, and are as fast as a normal bullet.

Skilled Swordsman: They have all gone through courses that teach them how to wield and use a sword effectively, and because of this, are all quite good with the blade. Though not masters, they do in fact possess a good amount of sword skill and if unprepared, can outmatch and outclass their enemies.
