Hanako Yadomaru Junior (RV-3)
Thu Sep 29, 2011 7:58 pm
Hanako Yadomaru Junior (Original Creation: Nov. 25, 2010)
Short Background | ||||||||
Quick and resourceful, Hanako has a complicated history in regards to relationships, but she shown loyalty to the Iramasha Clan as her primary source for income as a bounty hunter and a trusting individual for the Demon Iramasha’s Prince, Koichi Iramasha. When not working as a bounty hunter, Hanako works as a bartender in Karakura Downtown with a reputation for her good hospitality and her special drink aptly named, “Karakura’s Hardest.” To her friends, they know her as a proud individual with a heart that would set her as one of the heroics, but a mind rational enough not to do something foolish. Although her goal was set on revenge of the past, Hanako incidentally killed someone she respects and sworn not to kill anymore, so like before, she has a hardwired idealism of choosing to force a submission rather than killing. Despite having a sword, she preferred to use her hands and feet to take advantage over her opponent while her pistol is only used when she has to.

Reputed as a reliable bounty hunter by the Iramasha Clan as well as being the mate of Koichi Iramasha, Hanako is blatantly an introvert as she usually preferred to live and work alone with exception for Koichi Iramasha. Despite her gruff exterior, she has a mindset that it is possible to save those she can reach out to. However, that is when she is on the job or in a tough situation like hunting down a demon. If she is not hunting or chasing criminals, she can be upbeat and supportive to her friends. The worst of her goals is that she has a personal vendetta against father as she believed that he is responsible for the death of her mother and the ruins that was once her childhood, so whenever her father is involved, she is liable to get onto the case quickly. Luckily, she is reasonable no matter what pissed her off to begin with. Though allied with the Iramasha Clan, she retains her neutrality, making her the likely individual for anyone to go to when they are on the run. However, she does have a temper of a soldier, which means she can be irritated, but usually is just defensive and concise about her intention if her opposition chose to continue. At worst, she gets angry to the point of maiming her enemy to the brink of illusive death with her bare hands (and feet.) In spite of all that, she is the kind who prefers to not kill, even if they deserve it. Her martial arts sensei taught and disciplined her to use her talents not to kill, but to save lives instead. However, she is believed that saving lives directly was only a distraction and a temptation, so to indirectly save lives, she targets the source. On the bright side, Hanako is a merciful person if seen pass her brash outlook in battle as at least she chose to spare the defeated instead of killing the fallen. When normal (or as Hanako defined it as, “when she can actually unwind from her fight against an evil organization and an evil father,”) Hanako has many things that made her secretly quirky. One of them happens to be her love for dark chocolate treats as a bit of her bounty hunting rewards is made up of dark chocolate pocky sticks. Few times, Hanako has her moments when she gets confused and falls into a ditzy moment. She does not show her compassion so openly, instead she tends to show it differently as only her friends can pick up the moment she acts. It is possible that Hanako developed the tough girl style due to her eternal wish to make things better for her friends so they don’t suffer like she does and not tell them about it. She used to be allergic to cat fur, but because of her permanent transformation, Hanako developed immunity to that allergy, but developed an allergy to salt, which causes her to cough profusely. To cure that, she has to drink hot tea for the time being to wash down the salt into a dissolved solution. She still has a fear for blades hovering above her head as she would most likely move away quickly. If the blade follows her; that is when she panics because the blade to her meant inevitability of her painful future or the torment of her past failures when she is a child. She usually refrains from telling her friends about her torments except for Koichi Iramasha. She usually tells him everything so he can come and save her when she is in trouble. To the naked eye, she is somewhat normal, but to the empathetic, she is actually a victim of remorse and haunting reminders of her curse that can only be satisfied with the end of the demon who ruined her long ago.
History | ||||||||
Hanako was born in Osaka, Japan in the hospital sponsored by DEPTH-Com, Naoki Shikijou’s pharmaceutical company. Her mother was a famed general for the Japanese Air Force and the captain of the JAFAS Dreadnought, Baka-no-Gotei. Her father was believed to be Naoki Shikijou, but it turns out that her actual father was a Demon Lord who goes by the name of TelcinVohlis. The reason that her mother was bearing Hanako for TelcinVohlis is because he tricked her and put her under some kind of a spell that forced her to treat him as a lover without a thought of her own. Or so as Hanako believed because she cannot believe her mother would be in love with a heartless demon lord. As for Naoki Shikijou, his purpose was unclear compared to TelcinVohlis’s twisted plans and experiments on humanity. As a child, Hanako was naïve, innocent and carefree as she was oblivious as to her mother’s droning. Hanako Yadomaru Senior was the mother’s name and coincidentally was linked to the Iramasha Clan and the Gotei Thirteen as an ally. Now her mind was enslaved by TelcinVohlis and was given the purpose of child rearing Hanako Yadomaru Junior. Like she is meant to, Hanako Senior stayed ever close by to Hanako Junior. They went everywhere together, even on military trips through London, Madrid, Washington D.C. and Moscow. Many of the known heroes Hanako Junior met before, but could not remember because when she was five, her mother disappeared and she has to stay with Naoki Shikijou, who treated her like a caged princess. He made her take lessons that aristocrats usually fancied like ballroom dancing, piano playing and lady training so she can grow up to be a “proper” lady, ready to serve a lord without question and available for arranged marriages. However, when she was ten, a traumatic incident occurred as a random demon attack targeted her family’s mansion. The massacre went unnoticed as Naoki and Hanako were the only ones who escaped. But that went with notice that Hanako in fact “killed” TelcinVohlis with the Besevonnei, a shotgun that is now destroyed. The attack destroyed her childhood and it is in her belief that her naiveté died in that mansion. For the rest of her life, she moved and lived in Karakura Central as a downtrodden refugee who was pushed by Naoki Shikijou to succeed or bust in school. Throughout her middle school years, she was picked on because she was an easy target and something about her made the public uneasy. In truth, she has an ominous aura that is related to demons, which is fueled by her depression. She achieved straight A’s, always listened to her teachers and even received harsh criticism from her teachers, except for one who is not only her physical education instructor, he is also a sensei in a martial arts dojo. At age eleven, she was taken in as a disciple for Sensei Fujimoto and Sensei Fujimoto stood as her father figure and martial arts instructor for over seven years. Before high school, she suffered emotional abuse from Naoki Shikijou and few of her teachers, but Sensei Fujimoto helped her develop a backbone that she needed to avoid becoming an emotional mess. As she was entering Karakura High School, a light shined upon her as most of her teachers are far nicer than the ones before and she started making friends that she never had in middle school; finally, some respect. In Karakura High School, Hanako was in situations that is comparable to a graphic novel; it has its up’s and down’s. Back then her body and charms was developing, so she no doubt has some admirers, but due to her focus on education, she still received her A’s, though she was never the top of her class. At age seventeen, she was thrown down into a minor depression as Naoki Shikijou abandoned her to go back to Osaka, leaving Hanako to fend for herself in Karakura. Luckily, she received support from her school’s principle financially so she can live alone, but under one condition, she has to keep having A’s in her classes. By the time she graduated, she is age eighteen and one of the few AP honors students. The new challenge rose and it is financially support her living. She first tried a job at a restaurant, but she kept finding her boss trying to grope her butt every time he random praised her hard work, even on her lunch break. She quitted her job and went to Sensei Fujimoto and was lucky to hear that there is an abandoned building in the downtown that she can buy for free if she can fix it up. However, that place was dangerous so she was given the limited edition, Crack Shot Colt .45 machine pistol as a good luck gift. She left to a gun shop and discovered bounty hunting while buying ammo for the pistol. With her talents in martial arts, she caught her first criminal and earned half-sufficient funding for the building’s renovation. She continued with bounty hunting and soon managed to afford the repairs and furnishing for the building. Originally, she made it into a small restaurant for family, but competition was fierce and she was close to losing the business until she decided to get shady and turn it into what is now, “Hanako’s Pub.” During one of her purchasing of ammo for future bounty hunting, she noticed that she was consistently followed along with a large explosion in Fuma Park. She ran and met Koichi Iramasha after he rescued her from the two men that followed her. The two went to Fuma Park and into the crossfire between Cero Guards, Rihiku (who is now ex-cero guard) and Ultimo, a shinigami named Yoko Kuchiki, a sugiura named Shirou, and an iramasha named Senorn. Hanako chose to rescue the surviving humans who are caught in the battle, but in the end was kidnapped by a bounty hunter sent by Naoki Shikijou. Koichi and Senorn managed to save her, but at a cost of many lives. Hanako was taken by Koichi to the Iramasha Island, where she was soon arrested for assaulting Senorn with a deadly weapon (her pistol.) Koichi, along with Tina mounted a breakout that not only nearly killed Hanako, but also freed her from the crime as Senorn adamantly demanded her pardon. After that, Hanako soon became an ally to the Iramasha Clan as she began working with Koichi as an Iramasha Bounty Hunter. Through the months, Hanako and Koichi worked together and met other organizations including the Gotei Thirteen and the Yayjuu. Hanako became reputed as a bounty hunter and a bartender later on as people frequently came to her pub for drinks. One day, she was called in to take a murderer to justice and during that time, Koichi is at Moscow for Iramasha business. It ended sour as the criminal was killed, Yako Grimm came to the scene and Hanako ended up captured by the Kokuryuteishi. In K-World, she was kept as a prisoner by Zane and Yako for over a week. During her captivity, she was forced to witness an execution of a young shinigami who was merely a recruit for the Gotei Thirteen. It scarred her as she believed to be responsible for that boy’s vain sacrifice. While she was taken to the park in hopes of breaking out of her depression, she escaped and was taken by a strange portal to the Iramasha Island. At the Iramasha Island, she appeared at Ketsu’s mansion and was rescued yet again by Koichi. Yako and Zane pursued her and asked her to return, but Koichi and Hanako refused, thus starting a tense battle which Hanako alerted the guards for. While she was alerting the guards, she injured herself and unexpectedly encountered and helped by Naoki Shikijou who falsely revealed to her as TelcinVohlis. Hanako was taken to her mother’s old quarters in the mansion for recovery; for TelcinVohlis to be helping her now started a new world of confusion for Hanako as she recovers. After the battle that is won by Koichi, Hanako healed her injuries and caught news of Chaos Island. So she packed her gears and went there. In Chaos Island, Hanako spotted Nada, Tina (who was captured by Naoki Shikijou) and Mr. Caveman, forcing her to flee into the forest to avoid detection. She encountered a ruin and went in to evade the three. Unfortunately, the three spotted her and followed her into the ruins. Mr. Caveman was able to track Hanako down and chose to fight her to the death. With Nada guarding the entrance, Hanako and Mr. Caveman fought against each other to the death. In the end, Hanako won the fight, but lost a friend in the process. The victorious defeat hurt Hanako in the heart as she just then learned Mr. Caveman’s real name, Malcolm Stone. However, when she claimed Malcolm’s sword, a soul stone came out of her chest and she attained her true powers as a Human Hybrid Demon. As she was taking Malcolm’s body and the new demon cat pet, she encountered Nada and was easily overwhelmed by two of fifteen of Nada’s Fraccions. Koichi once again rescued her with Ichigo and Orihime coincidentally assisting him. Nada confronted Koichi for a battle over Hanako’s fate; however, Hanako chose to fight with Koichi against Nada. During the fight, Hanako underwent a graduate transformation that altered her appearance forever; After the fight, Nada was overwhelmed by the combined blasts by Ichigo and Koichi, but no one knows if Nada was dead or not, either way, Tina was rescued and Hanako was sent home. Upon her returned to the pub, she encountered a rider who was after a girl who happens to be Hanako’s half-sister with the same father. She and Dai managed to fend off the rider and Hanako reluctantly took Myasha in for protection. |
