Best Final Fantasy Villain

WHO DA BEST?!?!



Alright, who is YOUR favorite Final Fantasy Villain? And By Final Fantasy Villain, I mean any main villain from Final Fantasy 1-10, aka, the Squaresoft-made FF's.


Now, this may not come to a big surprise to some of you, but MY personal favorite would have to be Sephiroth. He is just made of badass.




1. His Entrance: You dont actually see him until you are quite far into the game, however you get some glimpses of what he is capable of. When your party is captured by SHINRA, you are locked up and powerless to escape. However, Sephiroth comes in and cleans the table, killing the Turks (known for being powerful combatants on the level of classed SOLDIER operatives) with seemingly no problem. He even kills good ol' El Presidente of SHINRA. Scared yet?

2. Always There: Throughout the entire game, Sephiroth is ALWAYS THERE, or at least it feels like he is. He not only tortures the main protagonist from the inside out, but he also causes problems for the entire party. Even when he leaves, it still feels like he could come back at any moment and just roflstomp your entire team like they are nothing.

3. Overwhelming Strength: No, Im not talking about the final battle where he, and most FF villains, are beaten easily. Im talking about the fact that during Clouds flashback to when you see Sephy help Zack out, he does 3000+ damage like nothing. Meanwhile, your party at that time are only doing like 500 damage on CRITICALS.

4. Appearance: Im pretty sure most people will agree that Sephiroth just looks like a plain ol' badass. From his long silver hair, to his flowing black jacket, his badass looks are undeniable.

5. Originality: In 1997, Sephiroth was pretty damn original. In virtually no other video games or manga or anything, were there ever a long silver-haired, long black jacket wearing badass with god-issues. Hell, back then he was probably the epitome of originality. Now however, because so many people have actually used Sephiroth as a base for their characters, or inspiration for their characters, he seems less original, Even though he PREDATES them.
