• Effects: This kido engulfs the surrounding area in a nearly blinding green light. It lowers the accuracy of both combatants. Because of this, the target to the kido is somewhat slow to react to things they see. They can react in normal speed to things they feel, however.
• Incantation: Blind them!
• Notes: It's mainly for when you need a quick get away. It doesn't take much skill to use. It'll last as long as you keep pumping reitsu into it. The more powerful the person who uses it is the more powerful the kido will be. On the same scale, the more powerful the person it is used on the less damaging it is. It's fairly effective when used on someone of equal skill. The more powerful you are than your opponent then it will be more effective. You can travel up to a thousand feet without it losing effect. The more reitsu you use on it, though, the longer it'll last after you leave the area.
