He is also very confident, he does not usually back down from challenges and is also very determined. If, for example, he was trapped in a Bakudou, he would try to the best of his abilities to break free and wouldn't stop. He is also very courageous, usually one of the first, if not THE first to rush off to battle. He also has an odd obsession with grapes.

Power Development Stage 1 Abilities: To activate his Power Development Stage 1 Abilities, he holds his hands at his sides and kneels down. A faint decrease in light can be noticed, and he is cloaked in shadow for a moment, and is clothed as in the picture seen above.

Eyes of the Shadow:
Passive Ability: When Ryan activates his Power Development Stage 1, a small orb of darkness can be seen following him. It sucks in the light in the surrounding environment for ten seconds and gives Ryan the ability to see in darkness for up to 100 yrds. This ability takes about three seconds to activate. When he uses it, his eyes flash red for a moment.

Shadow Hide Me:
To activate this ability, Ryan crouches down once more. A slight rumbling can be felt, and he becomes completely invisible. It masks his spiritual energy to an extent, but if his opponent concentrates hard enough, they can still sense it. It takes about two seconds to use this ability.

Shadow Step After-Image:
To activate this ability, he clasps his hands and puts them in front of his body. After he does this, his speed is increased by 3x and moving causes after-images to appear behind him. This ability is instantaneous.

Darkness Bomb:
Ryan can manipulate the shadows around him and form them into balls of energy equal to the strength of an normal Cero.

Power Development Stage 2 Appearance:

Power Development Stage 2 Abilities:
To activate Stage 2, he stands completely still and raises his head to the sky with his arms at his sides. A black hole will appear under him and Ryan falls into it. When he reappears, his speed is increased 5x and his Darkness Bomb is as strong as an Espada Cero. His energy reserves are completely refilled also.
