  This is the signature Cero for the Arrancar known as Kimimaro Kaguya, and as such, can only be used by himself. This technique mixes both a powerful energy attack, and a powerful physical attack. By creating any type of Cero (Gran Rey and Oscuras included) he can insert his Radius bone into the charging Cero in just a second or two. The bone immediately regenerates in Kimimaros body, so he can do this any time. After the Radius is inserted into the Cero, the Cero itself is fired at whatever Kimimaro desires. When the Cero its a person/object/location, the bone extrudes sharp razor-like blades. The blades then fire off in every direction, adding powerful, high-speed bone fragments to the energy attack, thus the physical/energy combination.

Can be used with any Cero Kimimaro can use; Can be used as many times as he can fire off a Cero. No matter what Cero, they gain a substantial power boost, though not in the energy attack itself.
