The Gheist: The Gheistkampfer (or Gheist for short) are a group of rogue Quincy who decided to band together for each others protection. They are the warriors among the remaining Quincy that wish to continue the legacy of the Quincy name, instead of just letting the name fade into memory. The Quincys that make them up are strong and have potential to fight against strong organizations such as thee Nuevo Espada. With their constantly growing force, they shall soon turn into a powerful force to be reckoned with. The founder and current leader is Apollo Airstein. They currently reside on Earth in a special base in Karakura Forest.

Goals: Currently, they mainly want to protect Earth and untie all Quincy under one name. They fight the Arrancar and Hollows, much to the chagrin of the Gotei 13. They arent allied with the Gotei 13, as they believe Soul Society might attack them again, so they are always on their toes. As a Quincy clan, they also want revenge for theeir fallen brethren, though they wont attack Soul Society as they know they are currently outmatched. The Gheist also want to train all Quincy of Earth so that they may understand and embrace their heritage.

Liccht Herrn: This is the leader and General of the entire Gheist organization. This person makes all the final decisions when it comes to battle, and the tribe in general. They also tend to lead the Gheist into battle.
Liccht Zweite: This is the coleader of sorts, as they act as Liccht Herrn when said leader is not available. This person also oversees the entire Research and Medic wings, as well as act as General should he/she not be able to fight.
Vordersterfrin: These are the main warriors of the Gheist, and are generally the first to enter the combat zone. They must be very capable fighters and also act as defenders of the entire Gheist. They make up the footsoldiers of the Gheist. They tend to mainly be combat-oriented, though oddly enough, the Commander also holds the position as head of the Literature Department, controlling the flow of books and poetry and such in the Gheist, as well as develop poetry of their own.
Königliche Hilfe: These are the elite warriors of the Gheist, and are the main protection for the Licct Herrn and Liccht Zweite. They dont tend to be on thee front lines, but can be called out to fight by the acting General. When they enter the battlefield, the enemey better run, as they are quite powerful and feared. The Commander of this division is rarely seen by average Gheist members, and tend to keep to themselves. All of the Gheist are taught to respect the Kongliche Hilf, a they are the ones that help support the entire Gheists safety.
Abwehr: This is the Intelligence division of the Gheist. They are the spies of the Gheist, and tend to be lead by either of the Liccht commanders. They are almost never seen by any member of the Gheist, except for on extremely rare occasions. Their primary duty is collecting and gathering information of enemies so research can be done by the Research Division, though they are also used as informants and such. They commander is lead directly by one of the Liccht commanders, and this persons true identity is rarely known.
Wissenschaft Referat: This is the science and research division of the Gheist. They can be compared to the 12th division of the Gotei 13, as they too have their own research institute. They rarely ever go out onto the battlefield, but they are also capable fighters, using science and mechanical weapons to fight for them, as well as use inventions for all Gheist, which makes them valuable support both on and off the battlefield. The Researchers are the ones that give information of other orgs and species to all of the Gheist. The Researchers also work with the scientists to develop new inventions. The Scientists are your basic inventors, whether it be to make life better in general for the Gheist, or to come up with newweapons such as the Seele Schneider. They can also create Mechs for battle.
Sani Flügel: This is the medical branch of the Gheist. They work in the hospital, and can generally be seen on the battlefield healing their allies. However, they are also capable fighters as well, using both theeir, and the research divisions inventions in combat. While their primary duty is healing, they also head the News Bulletin for the Gheist, creating and releasing newspapers and memos for the rest of the org. The Medic Heads primary responsibilities lie with controlling the hospital and rarely fights, as they tend to be considered the most important member of the Sani Flugel.

History: During the peaceful times some 300 years ago, a Quincy that went by Apollo "Silverstreak" Airstein decided to create a place where rogue Quincy survivors could call home. In Karakura Forest, he secretly constructed an underground base that encompassed a massive section of the forest. Soon, however, he realized nobody actually knew about this organization. So, he began to find promising individuals to join the Gheist, one of which he found particularly promising. Ozuma Tsuneida was his name, and he was a Tsuneida Quincy. Apollo waited for him to get older, and eventually recruited him as second-in-command of the entire Gheist organization.
Soon afterwords, word began to spread about the Gheist, which lead to an influx of Quincy to join the org. Eventually, the Gheist consisted of almost 500 members, which was a lot considering the massive extermination of Quincy just a few centuries before hand. So Apollo decided they needed to expand. He ended up developing the individual divisions that that exist today, as well as creating multiple bases around Earth. After the recreation of the Espada, the Gheist now had a new motive: To protect humans and Quincy from the looming Arrancar threat on the horizons.

The Rules:
- To join, you must have an already-approved Quincy.
- You may reserve a spot for one week. Afterwwords, the spot opens again, and you have to make another reserve.
- Only Quincy may join the Gheist, though soon others may as well.
- If you are inactive for a week with no form of Temporary Leave, your position may be dropped from the Gheist rankings.
- For each individual divison, be smart when joining. Dont put an unintelligent fighter in the Research division.
- For a Liccht COmmander spot, 1-1 is required.
- For a Commanding or Head spot, the tier of 1-3 is required.
- For a Second-In-Command spot, the tier of 2-3 is required.
- For a Division Member position, 4-1 is required.
