This is a multiple chapter story so... Yeah sometimes I'll be adding more to it.
Hikaru woke up to the sound of a bell. He was in a small town that was recently constructed. He yawned while throwing his arms up in the air.
"I guess I should get going…" He muttered. Hikaru passed several people but they didn't notice him. Not like they could. He stopped in front of a mirror to check how he looked. He had medium length, white hair, two small bone white triangles on his cheeks and what looked like part of a helmet on his forehead, a white no sleeve and white pants with sandals and on his leg was a gun holster holding a pure white gun with a blade coming out of the bottom of the handle. He checked his eyes, which were still dark as the night sky. He was about as tall as a teenager.
"Hey Hikaru! Stop lazing about. They will come after us. We can't stay in one place to long." Someone yelled from a roof top. It was a girl. She had short blood red hair that reached the top of her neck, and dark blue eyes like the ocean. Her outfit consisted of a brown battle vest over a black skin tight shirt that has sleeves that reached to her wrists. She also wore blue shorts that only go down to her knees, and knee high black boots. On each arm she wears matching yellow wrist bands. Higher up on her arm she has twin silver armlets. She wore her sword on her back. It was upside down at that so she had to strap it to keep it in place.
"Don't get all riled up. I'm coming." He yelled back. The girl frowned and flash stepped next to him.
"You always say that. And they always catch up. Then we have to fight." She lectured him. Obviously Hikaru caused some sort of trouble.
"Your point being? It's our own fault. We both ran away. They hate me for what I am and you for defending me. A Soul Reaper defending an Arrancar… It's kinda funny when you think about it. There's no way this should have ever happened." Hikaru said chuckling.
… It's your fault we are in this situation. If you had just minded your own business and stayed hidden they wouldn't have found you." She snapped back.
"Calm down. No need to get angry. We'll settle this. I'll find a way to get them to leave us alone. All right Shiko?"
"Fine… But promise me you aren't going to do anything reckless?" Shiko asked hopefully.
"No way! Not in this life!" He said playfully as he flash stepped onto the roof of the house next to them. Then he started to run away.
"Hey! Get back here!" She yelled while chasing after him. Shiko was not amused in the least.
Hikaru kept jumping from roof top to roof top as Shiko chased him. He didn’t have a care in the world at the moment.
“Get back here you idiot! That’s the wrong direction!” She yelled.
“What’s wrong with going to somewhere we have been before?” He yelled back.
“Because Karakura town is in that direction!” Shiko yelled at him, like it was something urgent.
“Kara what?” That was all he asked before he ran into someone.
“Ow… Sorry.” He bowed and moved back because when he opened his eyes he noticed this person was wearing a Soul Reaper uniform.
“Oh no…” Shiko quickly drew her Zanpaku-to and readied herself for an attack. Hikaru did the same with his gun shaped Zanpaku-to. The man just stared at them.
“… Are you the renegades?” He asked calmly. He had his Zanpaku-to on his side. He had short blue hair and piercing yellow eyes and, while he was taller than them both, he gave off the air of someone who was used to being looked down upon.
“If we are?” Shiko questioned.
“Then… You will have to die!” He said quickly as he brought his blade down at Hikaru’s head. Hikaru quickly pulled out his Zanpaku-to and used the barrel to block the blade. As he did that, Shiko jumped over his shoulder. She held her sword back hand. She quickly slashed at the man’s head but he caught the blade with his other arm.
“I’m Raikin Tsumaki. You should at least know the name of your killer.” He said. “The reward on you two is great. I hope you don’t hold this against me.” He flash stepped behind Hikaru and swung his blade vertically. Shiko twisted around and stopped the blade as Hikaru brought his gun up at the man’s head.
“Reddonidoru!” He yelled as a red bullet shot straight out of the gun and at Raikin’s face. It didn’t do anything. Not even stun him.
“Give up.” He said.
“… Well Crap…” Shiko muttered as if all hope was gone. Raikin seemed to moved back away from them quickly, as he gripped his weapon.
Shiko kept her guard up as she readied herself for another attack. Hikaru raised his gun again. Raikin just stared at them.
"… You give me no choice." He disappeared and appeared behind Hikaru.
'What the? That wasn't a flash step or Sonido!' Hikaru thought quickly as Raikin raised his weapon and brought it down. Shiko grabbed Hikaru and pulled him back while she swung her blade upward. The blades met but Shiko kept pushing it. Hikaru carefully aimed his gun in the meantime to be sure he did miss. He aligned his eye with the top of it and aimed for the guy's heart.
"Reddonidoru!" He fired another red shot that went straight at the guy. But it still didn't even break the skin. "What's this guy made of? Steel?"
Shiko kept pushing up as Raikin kept pushing down. The shot didn't even faze him when it had made contact. Raikin just smirked.
"Just give up already. You annoy me to no end." He said as he pushed further and Shiko was starting to get pushed down. She used both hands but it was harder to get a grip because she holds her blade backhanded.
"No… We aren't gonna give up. Not until you hunters leave us alone!" She yelled at him as she was now on her knees, barely keeping up her defense while Hikaru aimed again.
"Reddonidoru no Eikyo!" He yelled this time as the same red shot came out. It hit Raikin as he smirked thinking it wouldn't do anything. But instead it exploded on impact, thus knocking Raikin back.
"I guess I should have expected this from a traitor and a beast." He muttered as he got up. "And you call us hunters. We think of ourselves are defenders. Because we cannot allow monsters like that Arrancar to live!" He seemed so assured of himself.
Shiko quickly appeared above him and brought her blade straight down which he stopped once again. What he didn't stop was her foot. She kicked him in the gut which actually effected him as he was hit back a bit. Hikaru quickly got behind him and shot several rounds into his back then jabbed in the knife on the end of the handle.
Raikin kicked Hikaru away along with his gun and got ready for another attack. Instead Hikaru aimed his gun straight up as Shiko appeared next to him.
"Bye bye. Ierofurasshu!" He shot out a bullet that released a huge flash of light. When Raikin opened his eyes they were both gone.
…
"What an idiot. I can't believe he didn't see something like that coming." Hikaru laughed as he and Shiko had Flash Stepped a long distance away.
Shiko whacked him upside the head looking angry. "Idiot! What if it hadn't worked?" She was pissed and had put her Zanpaku-to back in it's sheath.
"Well it did. So no need to worry. Now we just got to get to our next destination." He assured her.
"Which is?" She asked curiously but still sounding angry.
"One place they wouldn't dare follow us! A place I can get us to. Wait for it… Hueco Mundo!“ Hikaru said happily.
"Oh great… And how do we get there?" She wasn't very enthusiastic. But there weren't many places they could hide.
"Through a rip in space time or something like that. I don't really understand it myself. I just can do it." Hikaru said as he spun his finger around in the air.
"Wait… You make it happen… But you don't even understand how it's possible?" She yelled at him. Obviously he was gonna need to get some book smarts instead of street smarts.
"There is nothing wrong with that! It's hard to do anyway!" Hikaru pointed out, pointing his right index finger at Shiko’s chest.
"You idiot!" She tackled him, hitting him in the head repeatedly.
"Get off me!" He yelled as he flailed around. After a few minutes she did.
"This is all your fault you know." Shiko told him.
"… I know…" He admitted, as much as he didn’t want to.
"And what's with those stupid attack names?" She asked curiously. Shiko couldn’t believe he would actually yell those out as he attacked.
"Stupid? I think they are cool. They are from my favorite manga." Hikaru said proudly as he spun his Zanpaku-to around on his finger.
"You really are an idiot…" Shiko muttered. Hikaru got up and shoved his hand out as he ripped open a passage. "So that's how it works huh?"
"Yep. Don't really understand it myself." He said as he walked through. Shiko followed reluctantly.
They looked around there surroundings and saw nothing that looked like the world of hollows. Instead there were buildings and people in soul reaper uniforms as there were on a roof top.
"YOU IDIOT! THIS IS SOUL SOCIETY!" She yelled at him. He freaked out.
"I'm sorry! I said I didn't understand how it works!"
"Shut up over there!" Someone yelled.
"Sorry!" Shiko yelled back, hopeful that no one would come over and check out the cause of the noise.
"Well now what?" Hikaru asked. “I mean it’s not like we got a place to hide.”
"Oh I know a place… During that crisis that happened I found the perfect spot. I didn't really go in though." She said assuringly while crossing her arms and looking smug.
"And that is?" Hikaru asked confused.
"You'll see." Shiko said teasingly.
"But I want to know now!" He said as she started running away. Hikaru followed her into some small passage. The path they were taking was Squad Fours underground route.
"How did you know about this place?" He asked in wonder.
"I talked with members of Squad Four a lot. I used to be in Squad Five myself. The captain was a traitor though. Now that I think about it we never did get a new one." Shiko said as they walked.
"So we gonna get there soon?" Hikaru questioned as he didn't really care for Shiko's life story.
"No…" She said, obviously upset that Hikaru wasn’t interested.
"Damn." Hikaru muttered. He hated walking long distances after all.
And here are some end of chapter Translations.

Re: Last Chance

Hikaru looked around in wonder. Shiko had led him to a large dark room. It seemed to be lit with black lights. The moon was painted onto the ceiling and gave off light as well.
"This is…" Hikaru trailed off.
"Cool right? There is another cave somewhere. It's painted to look like the daytime. I found this place and spent a month painting it to look like the night." Shiko bragged as she puffed out her chest.
"You wasted a month doing this? Jeez… No wonder your not very fun." Hikaru said jokingly.
"Oh ha ha. Just you wait. No one will find us here." She said braggingly. It wasn’t like to brag so she much has been very proud of this.
"I wonder about that…" Hikaru muttered.
Shiko glared at him but then dropped the look and drew her zanpaku-to.
"Hey. While we are here… Let's train. We need to be strong for when they come after us." She suggested. It was a cover up of course. She just wanted to beat up Hikaru right now.
"Sounds good to me I guess… Shikai versus Recurrsion?" Hikaru asked as he got his zanpaku-to out of it's holster.
"Why not Bankai against Second Release?" Shiko said. Hikaru shuddered.
"No way. It's overkill." He argued, really not liking using it at all. It was definitely as he said. Overkill.
"I can handle it!" She said confidently.
"Naw. Let's test or normal skills. Shikai versus Sealed." Hikaru said as he checked his gun.
"Fine…" She said somewhat upset. She held up sword straight up in front of her as it was still backhand.
"Spin around and don't stop till they're dead! Rasen Tawa!" Shiko said. Her zanpaku-to spun around in her hand till it couldn't be seen. Then she took a different stance. Her feet were apart, the left foot back, right foot forward, and she was hunched over with her hands out to her sides while her elbows where bent. Both palms facing down.
"Ok lets go!" Hikaru said as he flash stepped behind her. She quickly spun around and her hand went across his shirt, an inch away, not touching. He jumped back as the fabric was cut. "I keep forgetting your damn weapon is so annoying…" He muttered.
Shiko just smiled and rushed at him. She shot her right hand under his arm and a cut appeared on that side of his shirt and a cut on his arm. He jumped back and aimed while in the air. A silver shot came out at her.
"Plan Reishi shots? That's so boring!" She said as she put her hand together in front of her. The shot hit the spot that her hands met at. But instead of actually hitting her it spun around in place as a small ball of silver Reishi. On closer observation one could see that it was pressed against a top in Shiko's hands. The top's bottom was going against the bullet and the top of it was hovering half an inch off her palm. Hikaru appeared beside her with his gun at her stomach. She quickly flash stepped behind him. She brought her hand across her elbow and the top fell onto it. The bottom hovered an inch off her sleeve. She jabbed her elbow into his back as the top drilled in. Hikaru quickly moved forward before any real damage could be done.
"Come on! Let's step it up!" Shiko complained.
"Fine… But you asked for it…" He muttered as he brought his gun up. He held his gun with both hands and took careful aim at her.
"Kuran!" He yelled as a scatter shot came out. There were nine and all glowing white. They all went in at Shiko but she flash stepped past it. But he had already gotten ready to shoot again.
"Buruson!" The shot came out blue. Shiko once again flash stepped past it but it turned and followed her.
"Oh. Tracking shot. Nice." She said as she sent her top out in front of her. Instead of just hovering in front of her hand it went out in a wide arc and hit the shot, destroying it. Then the top landed on the back of right hand. She held her arm up while dipping her left arm down as it spun down her arm, around the back of her neck, and down her left arm onto the back of her left hand.
Hikaru had already appeared behind her again. He held his hand out as there was a blue ball. A Cero. It fired as she flash stepped behind him and smiled.
"Shakkahou." She said simply. A thin bolt of lightning fired from her right hand into his back.
"Oww…" He muttered. Before he could do anything they heard clapping.
"I get it… The top spins fast enough to cut metal. And it hovers off you skin alittle cause you have control over it… Not to mention it's coated in reishi. And the gun can shoot different types of shots depending on how you want it to work. And it seems the girly is good at Kidou's." They heard someone say. They turned to see a male Soul Reaper with a high light brown ponytail that reachs to his waist. Also has soft light brown eyes. Instead of usual Soul Reaper Clothing he was wearing a black no sleeve shirt, a pair of camouflage jeans. Under the legs of his jeans are metal boots that reach to his knees, not that they could see them and on his hands were pitch black gloves. Around his waist was a red belt in the loops of his jeans.
"Don't worry. I ain't gonna tell you're here. I only hang here to get away from everyone else." He said. Hikaru and Shiko looked at the man questioningly.
"This isn't very good either…" Shiko muttered.
"I'm Musashi!" The guy said as he walked over. His Zanpaku-to was on his side. "And you are?"
"Shiko..." She muttered.
"Hikaru." Hikaru told him while glaring.
"Don't be so wary of me. I don't really like the Soul Society's system anyway. If I had the guts I would have run away like you two did." He said enthusiastically. Shiko put Rasen Tawa away and Hikaru shoved his Zanpaku-to into it's holster.
"Someone out there must really hate us..." Shiko muttered as she considered killing this guy.
…
