{Capture the leader!}

Required Tier:
Any tier is fine, but HIGHLY recommended for at least tier 0.

Special Requirements:
Only Shinigamis' in Gotei 13 could enter the mission, others are not allowed.
And the person [Leader] MUST not die no matter what, must be brought ALIVE.
And also DO NOT let the leader ESCAPE.

Story:
There are different leaders in each organization, which they give orders to attack either the human world or the soul society.In order to gather more information, they decided to capture one of the leaders to give an advantage for them.After getting some information from the leader, they would execute them and make sure they would not go back and alert the other leaders.

NPC Profiles:
There are 4 leaders from different "evil" organization.List of their profile in below.

Hakai Chikara [Leader of the Monsutā]->>> [Proceed with Extreme Caution]

Ashlei Mischevang [Leader of the Nuevo Espada]->>> [Proceed with Extreme Caution]

Kin Iramasha [Leader of the Kokuryuteshi]->>> [Proceed with Extreme Caution, Highly recommended for Tier 0-2 or higher to bring Kin]

Manda Patrice Marshal [Also nicknamed as Mana, the acting leader of the SinFall]->>> [Proceed with Extreme Caution]

Primary Task:
-Capture and bring one of the leaders.
OR
-Capture and bring all the leaders

Secondary Tasks:
-DO NOT Kill the leader, because they may have some information.
-Capture and bring the leader ALIVE.
-Get ALL the information from the leader before execute the leader.

Primary Pay:
-1,000,000 yen if one of the leaders is brought/captured.
-50,000,000 yen if Kin was brought ONLY.
-80,000,000 yen if all the leaders was brought/captured.

OR

-A tier upgrade if succeeded captured one of the leaders.
-Two tier upgrades if succeeded captured all the leaders.

[Depending what the person wants which payment when they applied for the mission]

Bonus Pay:
-2,000,000 yen if the leader died/suicide due the hardwork of the person capturing the leader.
-40,000,000 yen if the leader was brought/captured alive.

If someone engages in a fight against of these leaders and they win, only to witness their opponent suicide to protect information, I do not think the reward should be 0. Even if one accidentally kills a leader, the pay should be 15 million for eliminating such a massive threat. Having a drop of 40 million to 0 is quite large just for having something die, especially when that something is highly dangerous and a threat to Earth/Soul Society.
