"Soar down from the sky and destroy your prey, Kooritaka..."

The area began to cool down to a temperature of around 10 degrees Fahrenheit after these words were spoken. Ice began to form on random buildings and in random areas, turning the entire settlement into a frozen tundra. However, there was one area where he cold and bitter chill was even worse than out in the open. A building to the left of all the battling and fighting was beginning to creak and moan from the ice and temperature around itself. A thermometer would place the temperature at negative 80 degrees fahrenheit, and this wasnt even the lowest possible for the man standing there.

A man stood atop the building now completely frozen from the temperature and the person's power. The mans white hair was waving to and fro from the freezing breeze that blew by, as well as tussling up his dark grey scarf and his long cloak. He seemed unfazed by everything going on between the fighters in the Atarashii Settlement. Even the explosive spiritual energy emanating from their bodies left him with a bored look on his face. He didn't really seem to care about the, but his attention was focused on the K-World Commander Zane.

"Are you kidding me? THIS is why I had to come out here? I thought you needed reinforcements because there was someone strong here, but it looks like youre fighting a bunch of woman and a dumb-looking Visored. The strongest person here is a frickin' Gotei 13 Captain! Thats it! Not even the Captain Commander. Ugh....anyway, I guess I'll help you. Just don't end up dying from my power, alright?"

The man stepped forward, breaking away from his standing position. Every step he made caused another creak or moan from the building he was on, and also created an icy footprint on the surface of the buildings roof. The mysterious man looked over each person in the vicinity, trying to decide which one to take out first. The strong woman in the captain haori? Or how about the creepy catgirl fighting Zane? Perhaps.....yes, the damaged Visored that seemed to lack real battle experience. If he took him out first, he wouldn't use all that much energy and be able to clean up afterwards by killing the others. His gaze now upon the Visored known as Colin Washi, Aisu began to walk towards him. As he took a step off the building, a pillar of ice shot out of the ground to meet his foot, which also occurred for his other steps, each one shorter than the last. By the time he made it to the ground, there were giant pillars of ice behind him that appeared to form a stair case. He began making his way to wear the Visored sitting on the ground, causing the temperature in the area to drop considerably, now below negative 50 degrees fahrenheit near the do-gooders.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Did I forget to introduce myself? Well, might as well do it before you die. I am Aisu Anzai, Commander of the Iron Cross of the Kokuryuteishi. Oh, and by the way, I'm the man thats going to kill you. Just thought you should know about that."

The man who has finally revealed himself to be Aisu Anzai brought his hand up to above his forehead, letting it sit there for a moment. The in one quick downwards movement, he made a Hollow-like mask appear on his face. With a combination of both his initial release and his Hollow mask, a massive outburst of spiritual energy began to radiate from his both. His snow-like reitsu also lowered the temperature even farther, bringing it down by another 50 degrees fahrenheit, with the temperature around himself now far, FAR below freezing. Any being within a close vicinity of Aisu would be slowly dying from the temperature, no matter how high the persons reitsu is. He stopped walking and beneath his mask grinned, while also having his hand up in front of himself.

"Ice Coffin!"

The ground beneath Colin shook for less than a second, than a massive wave of ice thrust its way out of the earth below as it began to envelop the Visored that was previously sitting there. The ice spread around his body, covering every surface of him in just a mere moment of seconds. The speed wasnt the only main factor in play. The ice was even colder than the air around them, making it near negative 200 degrees fahrenheit, which gave it a near-absolute resistance to fire based attacks. Oh, and lets not forget the fact that the ice is infused with Aisu's spiritual energy, which would make it extremely difficult to even break small slivers off of it.

"Count yourself lucky. I could of made this much more painful. Ice Burial!"

Aisu raised his hand to about eye level, and then quickly closed his hand, forming a fist. This meant his Ice Burial ability had activated. The ice that was covering Colin quickly multiplied its own density, crushing the boys' body. Then in one huge wave of energy, the ice imploded from the inside out with enough force to turn the Visoreds insides and body to mush. Aisu brought his hand down to his side, signalling the ending of the attack. He stood there looking pleased with himself (though none would know this since his mask is still on). With the power his mask can generate, his "Ice Coffin" to "Ice Burial" signature technique possessed tremendous power behind it. With the Visored out of his way, he turned and looked at the woman known as Bai, ready to make his next move.
