I think I'll go with a Bath House Momma. Dorms for one person on the males and two in a room for females.

I'm adding a playground as well. I'll make a school map soon.
Lets put a bath house in the girls dorm and one in the boys dorm. Teacher housing will have one and their own baths in their housing.
